In this study, we propose a logical transfer method of records using cloud storage to solve the integrity problem of digital component, which is generated when electronic records are transferred from the electronic record production system to the record management system. This method, which produces electronic records using cloud storage from the production stage and transfers them to the archives, has the following advantages. First, as a record management method, it can be effectively applied in public institutions by utilizing cloud computing technology, which has been the trend recently. Second, unlike the existing method of copying and physically transferring electronic records, the proposed method can reduce various risk factors that may occur in the transfer of electronic records by logically transferring the storage. Third, the method can prevent errors of the digital component according to the physical transfer of the electronic record; hence, the integrity of the electronic record can be guaranteed. Fourth, administrative power and cost that are wasted because of the electronic transfer of electronic records can be reduced.

This paper analyzes the price movements and the possibility of delisting by research and development intensity of firm which made technological innovation disclosure in the Korean stock market. The sample consists of firms listed on the KRX which made technological information disclosure between January 2002 and December 2014. The results are summarized as follows. The higher R&D intensity is observed for the delisted firms group. The logit regression result shows that the research and development intensity is a significant predictor of the possibility of delisting. This shows that exposure to the risk of delisting may increase as the proportion and uncertainty of intangible assets in the assets of individual firms increases. This empirical result is expected to serve as a good guide line for the stakeholders.

As the world-wide use of the Internet increases rapidly due to development of computer network the Electronic Commerce for business by treating it is growing as compared to the traditional one for the information exchange in the academic and research areas. The Electronic Payment System used for EC includes the Payment Broker System and the Electronic Purse System. And usually Electronic Purse System operates with IC cards. Saving the money in IC card has a high portability and security. Therefore, the Electronic purse System based on IC card is recently issued in the EC. In this paper, we design and implement of a IC card security system for Common Electronic Purse Specifications in Internet. CEPS is a Electronic Purse System proposed VISA, and conform EMV(Europay Mastercard VISA) security structure. With our system, users easily use Electronic Purse System with only Web browser and IC card. Original EMV paid no regard to using in the Internet. But our system, conforming to CEPS and EMV, is easily used in the Internet.

The 4th industrial revolution is progressing by country as a mega trend that leads various technological convergence directions in the social and economic fields from the initial simple manufacturing innovation. The epidemic of infectious diseases such as COVID-19 is shifting digital-centered non-face-to-face business from economic operation, and the use of AI and big data technology for personalized services is essential to spread online. In this paper, we analyze cases focusing on the application of artificial intelligence technology, which is a key technology for the effective implementation of the digital new deal promoted by the government, as well as the major technological characteristics of the 4th industrial revolution and describe the use cases in the field of disaster response. As a disaster response use case, AI assistants suggest appropriate countermeasures according to the status of the reporter in an emergency call. To this end, AI assistants provide speech recognition data-based analysis and disaster classification of converted text for adaptive response.

As society becomes more complex and advanced, the risk of accidents is inevitably increased, and this is an opportunity to increase the occurrence of not only congenital disabilities but also acquired disabilities. In this situation, the use of rehabilitation robots, a complex of advanced technologies, is expected to increase steadily in the future. So the authors would take a look the technological trends and future development prospects of domestic and foreign rehabilitation robots. Until now, disability assistive robot technology has been mainly developed in the field of supporting disability with walking disabilities or work limitations rather than cognitive disabilities. However, another issue of population aging is that cognitive impairment has the potential to increase, so development of a disability assistance robot that secures user safety must be actively promoted. This study analyzes the difference in total cholesterol blood concentration according to dietary characteristics and health characteristics, as well as general characteristics, and the relationship between that factor and total cholesterol level according to the diagnostic criteria for dyslipidemia, and then compares and analyzes the relative risk ratio of significant factors for the occurrence of dyslipidemia. As a result, the total cholesterol blood concentration increases with age, so continuous management is necessary. Mainly, waist circumference level in early adulthood, regular exercise of appropriate intensity in late adulthood, and subjective health level management in the elderly are necessary. It was found that it was necessary to manage BMI level and eating-out level overall.

Prior research on consumer psychology has primarily focused on when and why consumers exhibit impulsive behavior, such as impulse buying. This study focuses on physical stimulation during an impulse purchase as another meaningful factor. Specifically, this study examines whether thirst depletes cognitive resources. The results of two experiments show that impulse purchase tendency increases when consumers are thirsty (Exp. 1), and that the loss of self-control is based on the relationship between thirst and impulse purchase tendency (Exp. 2). These findings suggest that physical stimulation, such as thirst, may be a useful indicator of impulsive behavior in consumers.

Voice commerce has emerged as a key channel for consumer searches and purchases. This study examines the continuance use intention of voice commerce, applying value-based adoption model. An online survey was conducted with 470 consumers who has experienced with voice commerce. As participants were who buys and purchases goods; or a user who uses food delivery service in voice commerce context. This study used SPSS 23.0 and Amos 23.0 for descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structul equation modeling analysis. These reaults are as follows. First, usefuleness and response accuracy were significantly influenced the perceived value of voice commerce. Second, functional risk was significantly influenced the the perceived value of voice commerce. Third, perceived value was significantly influenced the continuance use intention of voice commerce. These results enhance understanding of voice commerce users and provide insight into the service provider of voice commerce.

This study was to understand the relationship between emergency room visit due to illness and personal health behaviors as well as population and illness characteristics of elderly patients with diabetes. This study was a descriptive correlation study that analyzed 956 respondents aged 65 or older and diagnosed with diabetes in the Korean Health Panel's data from 2014 to 2017. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 26.0 program with Mann-Whitney U test, chi-square test, and logistic regression analysis. The respondents who visited emergency room had fewer days of moderate-intensity physical activity and walking activity, were older, had activity restrictions due to disability, had depression, and had a large number of comorbid chronic diseases. In order to prevent elderly people with diabetes from visiting emergency room, it is important to encourage moderate-intensity activity and walking.

Password with a combination of 4-digit numbers has been widely adopted for various authentication systems (such as credit card authentication, digital door lock systems and so on). However, this system could not be safe because the 4-digit password can easily be stolen by predicting it from the fingermarks on the keypad or display screen. Furthermore, due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, contactless method has been preferred over contact method in authentication. This paper suggests a new password input method based on eyeblink pattern analysis in video sequence. In the proposed method, when someone stands in front of a camera, the sequence of eyeblink motions is captured (according to counting signal from 0 to 9 or 9 to 0), analyzed and encoded, producing the desired 4-digit decimal numbers. One does not need to touch something like keypad or perform an exaggerated action, which can become a very important clue for intruders to predict the password.
