As the digital informatization society deepens, the digital divide of the information - underprivileged becomes increasingly serious social problem. In this study, we analyzed the relationship between digital informatization capacity and satisfaction level of leisure activity in low - income class. For the analysis, we analyzed the relationship between digital informatization level and leisure satisfaction level of the low income class based on the results of the digital information gap survey in 2017. As a result, it was found that there was a positive relationship between digital access and leisure activity satisfaction, such as having a wired / wireless information device at low socioeconomic level and availability of Internet access at all times. Second, digital information capacity level and leisure satisfaction level such as PC usage ability and mobile digital device utilization ability have positive (+) relationship. Third, the level of digital information utilization, such as the use of fixed and mobile Internet, also showed a positive (+) relationship with the leisure satisfaction level of the low income class. This suggests that it is necessary to provide various supports to resolve the digital divide between the low income class and the general public.

The purpose of this study is to propose an effective informatization policy by categorizing consumer groups according to the level of digital divide and identifying the characteristics of each type. For this end, a total of 402 data were collected through an online and on-site surveys targeting consumers with internet experience, and the data were analyzed using the SPSS 26.0 program. As a result of conducting a K-means cluster analysis based on access to, capability, and utilization of digital devices, four consumer groups were categorized: 'device lover', 'proficient user', 'general user', and 'digital alienated'. By consumer type, significant differences were found in demographic characteristics, social capital, perception of the future information society, attitude toward technology as innovativeness, discomfort and familiarity, which are the antecedent variables of the digital divide. Significant differences in digital device satisfaction and intention to use, which are outcome variables of the digital divide, were also confirmed by consumer type. This study is academically and practically valuable in that it proposes customized informatization policies for each consumer group according to the level of digitization.

Due to a long-term pandemic of COVID-19 since 2019, our society finally goes into 'un-tact (non-contact) era' in earnest by increasing an importance of non-contacted activities which are able to live without contacts among people. Un-tact era has influenced to generate a huge structural change with digitalization in our daily life as well as industrial society based on digital twin as an essential technology. As a technology representing real world in virtual digital world by integrating various technologies applied to 4^th industrial revolution, digital twin leads an innovation in industrial society with diverse industrial processes. But this technique isn't actively used across all industries due to structural limitations and environmental restrictions of digital twin. Especially, the field of construction and facility is necessary to use digital twin because it requires periodic managements of buildings in daily life and is directly connected with casualties in cases of disaster. But issues faced in reality are acting as an obstacle for applying digital twin. Therefore, this study suggests the necessity applying digital twin in facility safety response based on these issues and emphasizes active applications of digital twin by describing the expected effects being created. Furthermore, it connects to create demands of digital twin by overcoming current issues and suggesting high sustainable development.

The purpose of this study is to derive factors that affect the acceptance of digital transformation in ports and empirically analyze the impact of these factors on the acceptance of digital transformation through a survey of port workers. Additionally, we test whether acceptance attitude plays a mediating role in the relationship between these factors and digital transformation acceptance. The variables used in this study are as follows. First, knowledge, self-efficacy, and involvement were included as variables related to individual characteristics, relative advantages, complexity, observability were included as variables related to innovation characteristics, and government regulations and competitor pressure were included as variables relate to environmental characteristics, so that a total of eight latent variables were selected. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, two variables among individual characteristics, self-efficacy and involvement, were able to confirm a positive(+) causal relationship with the attitude of accepting digital transformation, and knowledge initially expected a positive(+) causal relationship with the attitude of accepting digital transformation, but the result was a negative(-) causal relationship, so that the hypothesis was rejected. Second, among the characteristics of innovation, complexity has a negative(-) causal relationship with the attitude of accepting digital transformation, and relative advantages and technological innovation have a positive(+) causal relationship with the attitude of accepting digital transformation. Finally, among the environmental characteristics, government regulations and competitor pressure, confirmed a positive(+) causal relationship with the attitude of accepting digital transformation. In addition, it was found that the attitude of accepting digital transformation had a positive(+) causal relationship with personal acceptance and social acceptance of digital transformation.

디지털 경제로의 전환에 따른 디지털 부하의 출현과 고품질, 고신뢰도의 전력요구, 거대장치산업과 분산형 네트워크의 조화, 수요자의 역할 변화 등 전력산업의 패러다임이 변화되고 있다. 이러한 전력산업의 변화는 최종소비자의 디지털 부하에 기인하여, 기존의 단순 검침기능으로만 활용되던 전력량계가 소비자 서비스를 위한 게이트웨이로 변모되며, 소비자내 전력기기와 상호 연동되고, 분산된 신재생에너지와 연계된 배전망 및 자가 치유형 전력망으로의 변화를 가져올 것이다. 그러나 현재의 전력시스템은 과거 100여 년간 산업사회를 지향한 하부구조를 지니고 있어 디지털 사회의 요구에 부웅하기 위해서는 새로운 전력시스템이 요구되고 있다. 이를 위해 최신의 정보기술을 적용한 개방형 통합 전력시스템 구축에 대한 연구가 진행중이다. 본 논문은 개방형 통합 전력시스템의 기반이 되는 아키텍처 개발에 대한 연구동향과 아키텍처 개발 방법 및 네트워크 요구조건에 대하여 소개한다.

인터넷 정보의 디지털화가 사회 각 분야에 빠르게 진행되고 있다. 인터넷 기술을 기반으로한 정보사회가 도래함에 따라 멀티미디어 정보를 생성 가공해 저장 분배하는 서비스가 광범위하게 생활화되고 있다. 방대한 데이터를 가공하고 저장하는데 있어 효율적이고 경제적으로 처리할 수 있는 혁신적인 정보서비스 솔루션이 필요한 시점이다. IP 기반 클러스터 스토리지는 방송, 통신, 컴퓨터, 가전 등을 포함한 다양한 미디어 및 디지털 데이터를 융합하는 디지털 컨버젼스 플랫폼 환경에서 양방향 디지털 이이템 거래를 최적화 시키는데 필요한 고성능/고가용성/고신뢰성을 갖는 스토리지 플랫폼이다. 본 논문은 IP 기반 클러스터 스토리지 관리를 위한 클러스터 스토리지 관리 소프트웨어 개발에 관한 연구이다. 클러스터 스토리지 관리 소프트웨어는 SNMP나 EWS와 달리 XML을 기반으로 효율적인 구성 관리 및 정보 표현 등 XML의 장점을 최대한으로 이용하여 설계하였으며 XML 및 XML-RPC를 통하여 분산된 스토리지 시스템의 효율적인 관리 방법 및 개발 방안에 대해 기술한다.

포스트 코로나시대에는 다가올 디지털 인프라 사회에서의 스마트시티에서 안전하고 편리한 사이버 경제활동을 구현하기 위해서는 특히 비대면 디지털 환경에서 바이오인식기술의 중요성은 증대될 것으로 전망된다. 이에 따라 바이오인식 관련 국제표준화기구인 ISO/IEC JTC1 SC37(Biometrics)/SC27(Security)과 ITU-T SG17 Q10(ID Management & Telebiometrics) 등 바이오인식기술 국제 표준화 동향과 아시아바이오인식협의회(Asian Biometric Consoritum) 사실 표준화 현황을 면밀히 분석하여, 모바일기기·웨어러블 디바이스 응용분야, 디지털 헬스케어분야, 자율주행 응용분야, 국제공통·국가공용 ID카드분야, 동물보호 공학분야 등 미래의 스마트시티에서 활용될 바이오인식기술에 대한 전망과 함께 관련되는 국제표준에 대한 주요내용과 적용분야를 제안하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 향후 디지털 사회로의 대전환 시대가 도래함에 따른 생체인식기술을 적용한 스마트시티의 발전전망을 고찰하고자 한다.

디지털 플랫폼을 기반으로 한 벤처를 성공적으로 육성하려면 빅데이터와 인공지능 알고리즘을 바탕으로 한 비즈니스 모델이 사회적으로 적합한 형태로 수용되어야 한다. 그러나 디지털 벤처가 데이터와 알고리즘 활용에 있어 공정한가에 대한 의구심과 도전이 지속되고 있으며 이와 관련된 연구 노력도 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 온라인 유통 플랫폼 벤처로 급격히 성장한 쿠팡이 직면한 도전을 통해 빅데이터와 알고리즘 기반의 비즈니스 수행에 따른 어려움과 이에 대한 이론적 고찰을 시도했다. 쿠팡의 도전을 알고리즘, 빅데이터, 자동 최저가 매칭 시스템, 그리고 오프라인 업체의 비교 데이터 활용에 관한 문제로 정리했다. 이들 각각에 대하여 의무 범위론의 관점에서 문제 해결의 실마리를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 쿠팡의 자체 브랜드 출시를 배경으로 디지털 플랫폼 기반의 벤처 기업이 성장하면서 제기되는 사회적 도전 과제들을 검토함으로써 지속가능성을 유지하기 위한 전략적 고민과 실천적 연구 노력이 뒤따를 필요성을 환기시킨다.

이 연구는 자폐 스펙트럼 장애(ASD)를 가진 아이들을 대상으로 한 디지털 치료제의 필요성을 탐구하고자 한다. ASD는 사회 생활 및 관심사에 제한을 가지고 있으며, 현재까지는 진단과 치료에 대한 효과적인 방법이 없는 상황이다. 최근 디지털 기술과 의료가 결합된 치료제의 중요성이 부각되고 있기에, 저자는 이를 통해 시간과 비용을 절감하는 디지털 치료 방법을 제안한다. 본 연구에서는 대화형 인공지능을 활용하여 스무 고개 게임을 통해 자폐 스펙트럼 장애를 가진 아이들의 사회성 기술을 향상시키는 플랫폼을 개발하고자 한다. ASD특성을 고려하여 디지털 기기에 익숙한 아이들에게 소통을 훈련시키는 효과를 기대한다.
