This study deals with the digital policy proposal through the study about the relation of the sustainable use and the addiction to social media such as facebook. Researcher tried to figure out the antecedents and consequence factors about the service addiction recognized by the social media users and to obtain the measures for the sustainable use of service and the implications for the prevention of addiction. Research results showed that 1) the individual innovation had an effect on the service satisfaction, the addiction, and the sustainable use, 2) the service satisfaction influenced on the addiction and the sustainable use, 3) the perceived service addiction had a reverse effect on the sustainable use. This is described that user's addiction recognition is the obstacle of sustainable growth in service. The proposed policy of this research is summarized as the following two. 1) When the users act the addictive using behavior, service provider has to pay attention to user's withdrawal from the service because of their addiction. 2) The government should offer healing facilities, service etc. for the addicted users and the prevention of the service addiction when they recognized their discomfort.

The Vocabulary Recognition System made by recognizing the standard vocabulary is seen as a decline of recognition when out of the standard or similar words. In this case, reconstructing the system in order to add or extend a range of vocabulary is a way to solve the problem. This paper propose configured Bhattacharyya algorithm standing by speech recognition learning model using the Bayesian methods which reflect parameter estimation upon the model configuration scalability. It is recognized corrected standard model based on a characteristic of the phoneme using the Bayesian methods for parameter estimation of the phoneme's data and Bhattacharyya algorithm for a similar model. By Bhattacharyya algorithm to configure recognition model evaluates a recognition performance. The result of applying the proposed method is showed a recognition rate of 97.3% and a learning curve of 1.2 seconds.

Through analyzing papers on digital libraries and the contexts of usage of the term, ‘digital library’, this study investigates that the professional discourses about digital libraries regard them digital technologies. But digital libraries need to be recognized as socio-technical networks which are constructed by social interaction between heterogeneous elements. The study suggested that Social Informatics and a STIN(Socio-Technical Interaction Network) model should be applied to understand and analyze digital libraries as socio-technical networks.

Due to the 4th industrial revolution and an aged society, many studies are being conducted to apply virtual reality to medical field. Research on dementia is especially active. This paper proposes virtual reality based on cognitive rehabilitation contents using image recognition and clustering method to improve cognitive and physical disabilities caused by dementia. Unlike the existing cognitive rehabilitation system, this paper uses travel photos that reflect the memories of the subjects to be treated. In order to generate automated cognitive rehabilitation contents, we extract face information, food pictures, place information, and time information from photographs, and normalization is performed for clustering. And we present scenarios that can be used as cognitive rehabilitation contents using travel photos in virtual reality space.

인구 밀집도가 높은 곳에서의 안전사고 대응과 이에 대한 예방을 위한 기술 및 해결 방안의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 이를 위한 기존의 기술들은 지능형 CCTV 기반의 경고 알림을 울리는 방식과 스마트폰의 신호를 수집하여 유동인구를 측정하는 기술 등이 사용되고 있다. 그러나 군중 밀집 사고의 원인인 병목현상과 군중 난류 현상까지 대응하지는 못하는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 CCTV로부터 수집된 영상 정보만으로 딥러닝 영상인식 기술을 이용하여 병목현상이 일어나기 쉬운 출입구의 유·출입 인구 카운팅과 광장의 밀집도 분석을 디지털 트윈 기반으로 실시하고 이를 통해 위험 상황 발생 시 출입구의 통제와 대피를 위한 안내가 가능한 시스템을 제시한다. 제시하는 시스템은 유동 인구가 많고 인구의 급격한 밀집으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 안전사고의 예방과 이를 해결하기 위한 통제 및 안내를 위한 대처 방법으로 활용할 수 있다.

The Vocabulary Recognition System made by recognizing the standard vocabulary is seen as a decline of recognition when out of the standard or similar words. The vector values of the existing system to the model created by configuring the database was used in the recognition vocabulary. The model to be formed during the search for the recognition vocabulary is recognizable because there is a disadvantage not configured with a database. In this paper, it induced to recognize the vector model is formed by the search and configuration using a Bayesian model recognizes the Bhattacharyya distance measurement based on the vector model, by applying the Wiener filter improves the recognition rate. The result of Convergence of two method's are improved reliability experiments for distance measurement. Using a proposed measurement are compared to the conventional method exhibited a performance of 98.2%.

In ubiquitous computing environment, a user can access their personalized services at anytime, anywhere, through any possible mobile or fixed terminals in a secure way. If the user wants to move to a different location, they need to stop the video play at the current location and makes a new request at the new location. As well, the user needs to manually search for the last frame to be seen at the previous location. In this paper, we proposed an implementation of multimedia contents streaming service mobility by user's location tracking. User can play video seamlessly while moving from one machine to another along the user's moving trail.

This study investigated the impacts of perceived organizational support and psychological empowerment on organizational citizenship behavior. To accomplish this purpose, the authors conducted a survey of employees in manufacturing companies in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region. A total of 272 questionnaires were used for the study. Hypotheses were tested through multiple regression analysis. As a result, perceived organizational support and psychological empowerment both positively affected organizational citizenship behavior. Perceived organizational support and psychological empowerment have less been studied as exploratory variables of organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, the results of this study have many theoretical and practical implications.

A significant number of studies have been conducted on user perceptions of archive and record contents for the National Archives of Korea (NAK) and local record centers in the field of archives and records management in Korea. Yet, there has not been such a research on the use of digital archive contents designed for contents creation. Accordingly, this study investigated user perceptions of the use of the contents on the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA)'s Culturing archive designed for creation purposes. A survey was conducted, examining the user's degree of interests, the expected user preference of the use and the expected extent of help by the contents of the archive. For the analyses of the survey data, this study performed one-way ANOVA for the comparative analyses of the means related to the subjects' general characteristics and the perceptions, along with cross-tabulation analyses for the association among the same items and nominal variables related to perceptions. On the basis of these analyses, this study suggests the following: ① to supplement the contents of the archive; ② to design customized interfaces and to enhance the readability; ③ to reinforce site PRs for large portal sites and creators' groups.

피트니스 분야 인공지능 서비스의 성능 개선을 AI모델 개발이 아닌 데이터셋의 품질 개선을 통해 접근하는 방식을 제안하고, 데이터품질의 성능을 평가하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 데이터 설계는 각 분야 전문가 10명이 참여하였고, 단일 시점 영상을 이용한 운동동작 자동 분류에 사용된 모델은 Google의 MediaPipe 모델을 사용하였다. 팔굽혀펴기의 운동동작인식 정확도는 100%로 나타났으나 팔꿉치의 각도 15° 이하였을 때 동작의 횟수를 인식하지 않았고 이 결과 값에 대해 피트니스 전문가의 의견과 불일치하였다. 향후 연구에서는 동작인식의 분류뿐만 아니라 운동량을 연결하여 분석할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다.
