This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the actual state of data utilization and the perception of big data utilization by officials of the provincial Office of Education and to derive implications for the establishment of strategies for big data utilization. An online survey of 440 people was conducted. As a result, the types and sources of data used for work varied, and data collection and refining were the most difficult parts. The infrastructure for data utilization was insufficient and the most necessary factor. The purpose of big data utilization was related to the establishment of educational policy agenda.

정보통신부가 주최하고 한국소프트웨어진흥원과 한국데이터베이스진흥센터가 공동으로 주관하는 2004년 디지털콘텐츠 대상 2분기 시상식이 지난달 15일 정보통신부 14층 대회의실에서 개최됐다. 김창곤 정통부 차관, 최준영 정통부 정보통신정책국장, 고현진 한국소프트웨어진흥원장, 원영희 한국데이터베이스진흥센터 전무 등이 참석한 가운데 진행된 이번 시상식에서는 디지털영상, 온라인게임, 교육용콘텐츠, 모바일콘텐츠, 차세대콘텐츠 등 5개 부문에서 각 1개의 작품이 수상의 영예를 안았다. 이번 2분기 디지털콘텐츠 대상 수상작들은 국내 및 해외시장 출시를 앞두고 있는 성공가능성 높은 작품들로 선정됐다. 디지털영상 부문에서는 시네픽스의 두 번째 작품‘아쿠아키즈’가 수상했고, 온라인게임 부문에서는 씨알스페이스의‘디오’가, 교육용콘텐츠 부문에서는 이니엄의‘짱구교실’이 각각 선정됐다. 모바일콘텐츠 부문에서는 그래텍의‘이카리아2’가 선정됐고, 차세대콘텐츠 부문에서는 포인트아이의‘M-Navi’가 선정됐다. 이번디지털콘텐츠 대상 수상업체들은 향후 정통부의 해외 진출과 마케팅을 위한 각종 활동에 우선적으로 참가하는 혜택을 누릴 수 있으며, 연말에 열리는‘디지털콘텐츠페어 2004’전시회에 참가하고, 대통령상 후보에 오르는 자격을 얻게 된다.

정보통신부가 후원하고 한국데이터베이스진흥센터와 조선일보, 매일경제신문, 한국소프트웨어진흥원이 주관한 2004년도 제4/4분기 '디지털콘텐츠대상' 수상식이 지난 12월 15일 정보통신부 중앙회의실에서 열렸다. 이날 수상식에는 정보통신부 손홍 정보통신 정책국장을 비롯, 한국데이터베이스진흥센터의 이준우 전무이사 등 정보통신분야 주요인사들이 대거 참석해 자리를 빛냈다. 이날 수상한 업체 및 수상콘텐츠를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 디지털정보 및 웹케스팅 부문에서는 조이링크코리아(주)의 '조이링크'가 공익 및 교육용 콘텐츠 부문에는 '창의와탐구'의 '발명이 즐겁다'가, 디지털영상 부문에는 (주)에펙스디지털의 '환상마을 토포토포'가 각각 수상했다.

The purpose of this study is to design public service design education to strengthen the public service competencies of policy providers necessary in the changing service administration era and to confirm the effectiveness through empirical cases. Based on the theoretical research of public service and public service design, an educational program linking public service competency elements with public service design methodology was designed, and the effects through case studies and surveys demonstrated through workshops were confirmed. Team activities and practice-oriented methods and tools based on the contents of the public service design project were particularly effective in strengthening collaboration and communication competencies, and overall satisfaction was confirmed. The educational program model of this study is meaningful by presenting and demonstrating practical education linking public service competencies for policy providers, and future studies will subdivide and verify the effectiveness of competency-based education model design.

This study is to identify the factors that influence an intention to information security policy compliance of employees. To do this, this study is based on three theoretical backgrounds because of the lack of holistic perspective. Research results show that detection certainty and individual attachment have a positive effect on information security policy compliance intention. Detection certainty is influenced by security awareness education and training. Finally, response cost has a negative effect on information security policy compliance intention.

In order to utilize HPC in Computational science, It is necessary to learn the knowledge and skills of computer science such as programming, algorithms and data structure. In this paper, we investigate IT education status in Computational science and propose policy directions to improve the HPC education through user survey. To do this, we surveyed the current state of IT subjects among major subjects in physics, chemistry, life sciences, and earth science in domestic universities and surveyed the users' Recognition of HPC education. As a result, the ratio of IT subjects in Computational science was very lower than the ratio of major domain subjects. Despite the high educational needs of universities, the educational level of universities was the lowest. Most users have learned the necessary knowledge and skills through self-study. We recognized the role of the university is the most urgent and important, and the role of professional institutions and online education is also important.

A change request in design education is a phenomenon manifested by changes in the value of the industry and market demands. Changes in external requirements and internal values that affect the design industry today are shifting from consumer-centered design to stakeholder-centered design. At the center of these changes, design education should be transformed into an educational mechanism that conforms to the characteristics of each field and design specialization should coincide with the direction of the capitalist market. Design specialization must realize the policy of education in economic value first, and should be changed to a design process that enhances rationality and efficiency from the previous apprenticeship education.

대부분의 사이버 대학이 아직까지 사이버 교육에 적합한 양질의 교육용 콘텐츠나 교수진이 턱없이 부족한 것으로 알려져 개강 후 심각한 학습부진은 물론 중도 이탈하는 학생들이 늘어나는 현상이 벌어지고 있다. 또 사이버대학을 관장하는 교육인적자원부 역시 뚜렷한 정책 대안을 마련하지 못해 상당한 난항을 겪고 있는 등 많은 문제점 또한 지적되고 있다. 이에 국내 사이버대학의 현황과 문제점을 지적하고 그 대책과 발전방향을 모색해 보고자 한다.

In digital convergence environment, information security management plays crucial role in maintaining firms' competitiveness. Organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) enables informations security countermeasures to be more effectively worked by helping employees to have much knowledge of information security policy, by facilitating employees to participate in information security education/training. Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of OCB on the relationships between information security countermeasures and compliance intention. Questionary was designed based on prior information security research, and survey was conducted among companies' employees across the industry. Results showed that information security policy and information security education/training were found to be key predictors of compliance intention. In addition, OCB was proven to mediate the relationships between information security countermeasures and compliance intention.

지식정보사회의 핵심 키워드인 e-learning은 많은 발전을 하고 있다. e-learning은 오프라인 교육에 비해 시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 아니하고, 비용이 저렴하며 반복 학습과 개인화된 서비스가 가능하다는 장점이 있는 반면에 아직도 파급 효과는 크지 못한 실정이다. 또한 국가적인 차원에서 많은 지원을 하고 있고 시장의 급속한 성장과 확산에 비해, 중${\cdot}$고생들을 대상으로 하는 e-learning사이트의 컨텐츠 품질에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중${\cdot}$고생 시절에e-learning의 경험이 있는 대학생들을 중심으로 실증연구를 수행하였다.
