The Analysis of Success Factor and It's Weights of Supply Chain Management System (공급사슬관리시스템의 성공요인 및 중요도 분석)

  • The goal of this paper is to set up the rank list of the critical success factors according to its weights. To get the empirical data for this research, the Internet-based questionnaires were performed. This research is carried out in two steps. At first step, the critical success factors(CSF) are crystallized through factor analysis methods. To find out the weights and ranks of critical success factors in second step, the analytical hierarchical process(AHP) method were performed. The order list of all CSFs will be determined according to their priorities. This order list shows which factors have the most useful influence on the performance and success of SCM. This result could play the role as milestone for the effective management of Supply Chain Management System in korean manufacturing company.

Development of a convergence inpatient medical service patient experience management model using data mining (데이터마이닝을 이용한 융복합 입원 의료서비스 환자경험 관리모형 개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a convergence inpatient medical service patient experience management model(IMSPEMM) that can help in the management strategy of a medical institution to create a patient-centered medical culture. Using the original data from the 2018 Medical Service Experience Survey, 593 people with medical services inpatient(MSI) over the age of 15 were analyzed. By using the decision tree model, we developed a prediction model for overall satisfaction(OS) with the inpatient medical service experience(IMSE) and the intention to recommend patient experience(RI), and were classified into 4 and 7 types. The accuracy of the model was 68.9% and 78.3%. The OS level of IMSE was the nurse area and the hospital room noise management area, and the RI decision factor was the nurse area. It is significant that the IMSPEMM for MSI was presented and confirmed that the nurse area and the noise management area of the hospital room are important factors for the inpatient experience. It is considered that further research is needed to generalize the IMSPEMM.

A Measurement and Analysis of AIS Level in SMBs using Nolan Model (Nolan 모형을 이용한 중소기업 회계정보시스템 수준과 성과분석)

  • The purpose of the research was to identify the level of accounting information system for SMBs and environmental factors, and to analyze whether the level of accounting information system affects system performance. The research method measured the AIS level using Nolan's growth phase model, and the verification of the factors affecting the situation, AIS level, and performance was verified using the regression analysis model. The results of the study are summarized as follows: In measuring the level of an accounting information system, it was found that it was in the stage of integration, which is Step 4, and the analysis of the factors influencing the level of an accounting information system showed that the uncertainty in the environment was absolutely affected.

  • This study focused on the Korean-wave content consumed in the global market and analyzed success/failure factors of services through business model analysis. It aims to offer an effective new media content platform model. ViKi, Drama Fever, Maaduu.com which are representative global OTT were researched on management strategy by case analysis. The success of the global OTT platform is organized into three factors, target customer coverage, revenue model and community activation. Clear and wide coverage of target customer is important to determine the value of the service. Also, revenue model based on the pay service and community for Korean-wave fandom are essential to make good performance in new media platform business.

  • This paper aimed to analyze the factors affecting on the implementation of supply chain management (SCM) system of manufacturing company in Korea. For preparation of the data for this research, the Internet-based questionnaires with 5 Likert's scale were performed to the 125 manufacturing companies in Korea. The affecting factors on the implementation of SCM system were crystallized through factor analysis methods. And the correlations between factors were analyzed with structural equation model (SEM). The factors affecting on the implementation of SCM system are company's IT-competence and relationship with supply chains. This paper could contribute to show the guideline for the successful implementation of SCM system to the korean manufacturing company.

  • The outsourcing has become a general part of the convergence in modern game development process for generating a higher profit margin. This study examines and defines the work competences required for the game graphic designers in a collaboration performance of outsourcing. In this study, we introduce the basic concept and advantages of the outsourcing and extend prior work on identifying three work competencies of graphic designers. We conducted in-depth case studies of outsourcing system used by North America's major game developer. The findings from this study offer insights into the essential core competencies expected for graphic designers, providing effective guideline from the practical perspective.

An Empirical Study on the Revitalization of O2O: A Unified View of Offline Channel and Mobile Channel (O2O 서비스 활성화 방안에 대한 실증 연구: 오프라인 채널과 모바일 채널의 통합적 관점에서)

  • This study explores unified service experience to boost O2O services. Previous studies on service management and marketing only focused on customer experience in offline stores, while prior works on information systems looked only at the experience of services in mobile applications. In this vein, this study took into accounts the characteristics of offline stores and the benefits of their mobile applications. Moreover, the final dependent variable was share of wallet to measure customer's expenditure within the category. The theoretical model was tested based on 219 consumers who frequently visit Starbucks and use its mobile application. PLS method was applied to analysis the research model and hypotheses. The analysis results showed that customer satisfaction about offline store is not significantly related to share of wallet, while satisfaction about mobile application plays a significant role in enhancing share of wallet. Hedonic and social benefits were found to have significant effects on satisfaction about mobile application. The analysis results help establish service marketing and strategies to enhance the unified customer experience of O2O service.

Weight Analysis of Critical Success Factors for Business Intelligence System (비즈니스 인텔리젼스 시스템 성공요인의 중요도 분석)

  • The rapid change of business environments request the company to act more smart and intelligent in making business strategies and planning the business processes. To meet this requirement, we need to have smart Business Intelligent System(hereinafter "BI") in the company. On the one hand, many korean companies had already installed BI system, and the other hand some companies have plans to implement BI Systems additionally to their Information System. It is very important to have the pictures which factors are critical to the successful implementation of BI, and to survey which critical success factor(hereinafter CSF) are important compared to each factors. In this paper data was gathered from companies already have their BI Systems. We measured IT-Infra maturity, User Education, and Company Organization, and Company Business Strategy, which are the critical success factors for the BI System. After surveying the CSF of BI System, we measured the weights among these factors by AHP. Factor analysis resulted in 6 major factors (Eigenvalue > 1.0), and the AHP analysis showed the list of CSF's weight list according to its significance priorities. The results of this paper could be the valuable references for the implementing process of the BI System in korean company.

A Study on the Analysis of Consultation Needs of SMEs through Big-Data (빅데이터 분석을 활용한 중소기업의 상담요구 분석)

  • This study was conducted to identify the contents of major consulting needs of SMEs using Big Data and to suggest the efficiency of operation. The subjects of the study were counseling cases posted on the website of the Business Support Center of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. To do this, from 2009 to March 2018, we crawled about 7,000 cases of counseling cases, followed by word cloud analysis centering on effective keyword. The main results were as follows: First, the frequency of counseling cases in each field was found in the order of establishment, management strategy, human resources, financial order. Second, in word cloud analysis, the most frequent keyword related to counseling demand were small businesses, exports, methods, procedures, registration and authentication. In this study, we obtained research results that we can improve the efficiency of the policy in real time from a new point of view by conducting big data analysis on public policy.

Convergence outpatient medical service patient experience research using data mining (데이터마이닝 기법을 이용한 융복합 외래 의료서비스 환자경험조사 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out specific measures that can help the management strategy of patient-centered medical institutions by conducting research on patient experience surveys of convergence outpatient medical services using data mining techniques according to changes in patient-centered medical culture. Using the raw data of the 2018 Medical Service Experience Survey, 8,843 people over the age of 15 who had patient experience in outpatient medical services were analyzed. Decision tree analysis was performed. The determinants of satisfaction with outpatient medical services patient experience were the doctor's area and patient's rights protection area, and the determinants of intention to recommend outpatient medical services were the doctor's area and facilities comfort. Women evaluated the experience positively in overall satisfaction as compared to men, and those over the age of 60 positively evaluated the overall satisfaction and intention to recommend. It is significant that the outpatient experience decision-making model is presented, and that the doctor's area, patient's rights protection area, and facility comfort are important factors. Long-term research on the 'Medical Service Experience Survey' is needed, and research on the inpatient medical service experience is needed.
