4차 산업혁명 기반 스마트 재난안전관리 대응체계 구축 (Established Smart Disaster Safety Management Response System based on the 4th Industrial Revolution)

  • 본 논문에서는 4차 산업혁명을 기반으로 한 스마트 재난안전관리 전 과정에 적용하여 사고나 재난으로부터 인간 사회 경제 환경 피해 등을 최소화하고 빅데이터를 활용한 위험예측 및 위험징후 모니터링 기술에 의한 예측평가와 재난정보수집분석 및 현장상황 실시간 감지 분석에 의한 5세대 통신시스템의 예방, 가상현실과 증강현실을 활용한 몸으로 기억하는 교육과 훈련에 의한 대비, 재난안전관리 의사결정 지원시스템의 인공지능에 의한 대응, 정찰 탐색 및 방재 구호에 위한지능형로봇에 의한 복구와 피해규모 분석 현장상황 공유하기 위한 무인항공기를 활용한 조사 분석의 스마트 재난안전관리 대응체계 구축 전략방안을 제시하였다.

  • "제주 정낭 Code I, II, III"에서는 배경과 역사 그리고 물리적 의미에 대해 알아보았다. "제주 정낭 Code II" 논문에서는 디지털휴먼 이진 코드인 한국의 제주도 전통에서 나무문으로 쓰인 정낭 정보통신의 뿌리를 소개하면서 AWGN 모델과 비슷한 정낭 결정 채널 모델을 조사하고, 채널 용량 분석에 접근하는 결정적 모델을 발견을 목표로 했다. 정낭 정보통신은 가족의 행방을 전달 위해 세 구멍으로 두 수직 돌에 3개의 서까래를 놓은 것으로 결정적인 신호였다. 본 논문에서는 선형 결정적 (linear deterministic) 신호에 대해 근사적(approximately)으로 결정적 신호처리의 채널 용량을 구한다.

  • 본 연구는 정적 라우팅과 동적 라우팅의 장점을 활용하여 최단 거리를 산정하는 하이브리드 방식의 라우팅 기법이다. 네트워킹은 휴먼 펙터에 의해 결정이 되기 때문에, 네트워크 트래픽은 항상 특정 시간에 몰리게 되고 네트워크 트레픽 레코드를 분석하면 각 시간대별로 네트워크 트레픽 추측이 가능하다. 따라서 RIP의 잦은 정보 교환으로 인해 발생되는 부하를 줄여 IP 네트워크에서 최단 경로를 산정하는 것이 이 논문이 목적이다.

에지 방향성 히스토그램과 주성분 분석을 이용한 손 형상 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on Hand Shape Recognition using Edge Orientation Histogram and PCA)

  • 본 논문에서는 별도의 센서를 부착하지 않고 영상만을 이용하여 실시간으로 손 형상을 인식하는 알고리즘에 대해 기술한다. 손은 형상이 매우 복잡하기 때문에 2차원 형상의 불변량에 해당하는 에지의 방향성 히스토그램을 이용하여 인식을 행한다. 이 방법은 복잡한 배경에서 피부색을 지닌 손 영역이 정확히 추출되며 손 형상을 인식하는데 있어서 수행속도가 빠르고 조명변화에 덜 민감하기 때문에 실시간 손 형상 인식에 적합하다. 본 논문에서는 손의 형상에서 방향이 틀어지는 경우에도 인식을 가능하게 하기위해 주성분 분석법을 사용하여 인식오차를 줄이는 방법을 기술한다. 이 방법을 사용함으로써 손 영상이 3차원적으로 회전에 의해 변하는 경우도 인식가능하게 되었다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 가정용 가전제품이나 게임을 제어하는 실시간 휴먼 인터페이스 제작에 사용 할 수 있다.

  • The 4th industrial revolution, digital image technology has developed beyond the limit of multimedia industry to advanced IT fusion and composite industry. Particularly, application technology related to HCI element algorithm in 3D image object recognition field is actively developed. 3D image object recognition technology evolved into intelligent image sensing and recognition technology through 3D modeling. In particular, image recognition technology has been actively studied in image processing using object recognition recognition processing, face recognition, object recognition, and 3D object recognition. In this paper, we propose a research method of human factor 3D image recognition technology applying human factor algorithm for 3D object recognition. 1. Methods of 3D object recognition using 3D modeling, image system analysis, design and human cognitive technology analysis 2. We propose a 3D object recognition parameter estimation method using FACS algorithm and optimal object recognition measurement method. In this paper, we propose a method to effectively evaluate psychological research techniques using 3D image objects. We studied the 3D 3D recognition and applied the result to the object recognition element to extract and study the characteristic points of the recognition technology.

해체주의 패션의 표현 특성을 응용한 한복 디자인 개발 - 3D 디지털 패션 디자인 작품 제작을 중심으로 - (Development of hanbok design using deconstruction fashion features - Focused on the creation of 3D digital fashion design works -)

  • This study aims to develop a hanbok design method in response to recent changes in consumption trends that emphasize new aesthetic and cultural values, which contrast with the existing cultural order and repetitive normative styles in fashion designing. With this in mind, our study explores the main features of deconstruction fashion design as a theoretical guide for developing a methodology for deconstruction hanbok design, on the basis of which new, experimental and creative hanbok design works can be produced. To do this, we first investigate current trends in hanbok design and changing concepts of Korean fashion design through literature review of previous studies. Secondly, we explore deconstructionism and analyze its features to lay down the foundation for a post-modern approach in hanbok design. As the result of analysis, the main features of deconstruction fashion design are summarized as the following: 1) non-finishing, 2) decomposing and recomposing, 3) recycling, 4) transparent, 5) grunge, 6) flattening, and 7) exaggeration. Based on the identified core features of deconstruction fashion design, we develop a creative method of hanbok design in the context of modern Korean fashion design. Finally, we show five design outputs via a 3D digital fashion design process using the CLO3D software program.

부정적인 정보가 공동브랜딩에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Influence of Negative Information on Co-Branding)

  • This study analyzed the impact of negative information on co-branding, targeting co-branding consisting of a symbolic brand and a functional brand with similar brand assets. Through attribution theory, when consumers are exposed to negative information, they will infer the cause of the negative information. As a result, it was confirmed that when co-branding with a symmetrical symbolic brand and a functional brand, negative information has different effects on co-branding depending on the type. Negative information about the quality of co-branded products had a more negative impact on consumer attitudes than negative information about the iconic brand. It was confirmed that negative information about functional brands has a smaller impact than negative information about co-branding, but has a greater impact than negative information about symbolic brands. In addition, it was confirmed that negative information about the symbolic brand had a smaller negative impact on co-branding than negative information about the quality or functionality of the co-branded product.

한국적 패션 디자인 분석을 통한 해체주의 패션 디자인 - 3D 가상착의를 기반으로 - (Deconstruction fashion design through an analysis of Korean fashion design - Using 3D virtual clothing -)

  • This study explores the possibility of creating new experimental hanbok designs by accommodating the latest world fashion trends and the changing needs of consumers, in order to attempt to overcome the limitations of traditional Korean fashion design. To do so, We analyze works by contemporary Korean fashion designers to investigate current developments in Korean fashion design and to identify areas of improvement within hanbok design. The results show that most contemporary hanbok designs repeat stereotypes of traditional hanbok with minor modifications. So there arises a need to create new hanbok designs that are clearly distinct from traditional hanbok but also maintain its core features. To develop such designs, I apply the techniques of deconstruction fashion, which allow making experiments with form, composition, and materials use to realize new aesthetics. The use of CLO 3D fashion design software also proves to be very efficient for developing experimental designs. The study results make meaningful contributions to the development of virtual clothing and 3D fashion for hanbok, particularly as metaBUS, a cloud-based research synthesis platform, is rapidly gaining ground, and reality and virtual reality are increasingly mixed in everyday life. This attempt at 3D design of hanbok is expected to trigger more creative experimentation in hanbok design.

중국 당나라 여성 호복의 특성을 활용한 패션디자인 - 3D 가상착의를 활용하여 - (Development of fashion design applying the characteristics of women's Hu clothing from Tang dynasty in China - Utilizing the 3D virtual clothing program -)

  • This study analyzes traditional women's Hu costumes of the Tang dynasty, and deploys a creative fashion design to converge contemporary and traditional styles. In this costume, women wear a robe with striped or plain patterns in the lower part of the pants, and it appears frequently in red and yellow colors. Depending on the sleeve, it is either a round collar or a turn down collar robe. In the Hu hat, the huntuomao and juanyanxumao were leather and mili and weimao were used to prevent the sand from flowing. This study uses the CLO 3D program with the "moment" theme based on the Hu costume for women to deploy 4 pairs of fashion design and to produce works for 2 pairs. The 3D virtual clothing program demonstrates important effects in design deployment and pattern arrangement through its efficiency and convenience of clothing production. The CLO 3D program was closely combined with the 2D design and the 3D affect, and it heightened the efficiency in saving the processing time and energy of the sample clothes. Through facilitating the 3D digital fashion design, the production may reduce time needed and contribute to an effective economy, and it may compare digital fashion design to actual products as well as illustrate the potential of digital fashion design.

  • In digital virtual manufacturing simulation, Digital Human widely used to optimal workplace design, enhancing worker safety in the workplace, and improving product quality. However, the case of ergonomics simulation solutions to support digital human modeling, Optimal DHM (Digital Human Model) data needed to develop and perform DHM will collect information related to the production process. So simulation developer has burden of collecting information. In this study, to overcome the limitations of existing solutions, we proposed the ADAGIO(Automated Digital humAn model development for General assembly usIng Ontology) framework. The ADAGIO framework was developed for DHM ontology to support optimal deployment of digital virtual environment and in order to ensure consistency of simulation components that are required for simulation modeling was made of a library.
