  • 'Data' is the key component that leads Digital Healthcare. Most of the Healthcare Data is personal information of data subject and includes Sensitive Information. It is very important for companies to use data lawfully and safely during the lifecycle of data collection, use, provision, and destruction. However, small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs), ventures, and startups, which account for 78% of the Healthcare Services Industry, have had difficulties in performing tasks related to personal information protection. The personal Information Protection Act's requirements depending on the purpose of using Personal Information are different. Also, the requirements for each personal information lifecycle are varied. Therefore, this study suggests six purposes for companies to use healthcare data. It examines the considerations during the lifecycle in which personal information is collected to be destroyed.

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically verify how UI usability of mobile healthcare applications affects the perception of technostress and continuous use of elderly users. Through this, the effect of UI usability of mobile healthcare applications on technostress and continuous use intention was demonstrated for 199 people aged over 60. As a result, all four sub-factors of UI usability had a significant effect on technostress, and the magnitude of the influence was found to be in the order of content, process, design, and system. On the other hand, it was found that technostress had a significant effect on the intention of continued use. Through the above results, a UI design strategy that can lead to continuous use by relieving the technostress experienced by the elderly was suggested. This provides academic and practical implications for the future development and service direction of mobile healthcare applications for the elderly.

  • As IoT and AI have recently developed, interest in digital healthcare is increasing. Therefore, this study aims to identify technology trends through a patent analysis on digital healthcare and present future promising areas by analyzing domestic and foreign technology competitiveness and keywords. The detailed technologies to be analyzed were designated as Health Information Measurement Technology, Healthcare Platform Technology and Healthcare Remote Service Technology, and 61,166 patents were analyzed to identify the patent trends of the world's major patent offices and major patent applications. In addition, the analysis of the technological competitiveness of each detailed technology and Korea's technological competitiveness based on its patent activity, the rate of major market securing, and the uses of the patents showed that Korea's technological competitiveness was lower than global technology. In addition, the key keyword analysis showed that the core promising areas of digital healthcare were expected to require a focused strategy for fostering health care platform technologies in Korea.

  • Most wearable system for mobile healthcare applications consists of three parts. The first part is the sensing elements based on bio-signal, the second is the circuit module for control, data acquisition and wireless communication and control and the third is garment with a built-in electrodes and circuits. The existing healthcare garment systems have to find a solution to signal-wire and uncomfortable and inappropriate electrode to long-term attachment. Even if the wireless communication is used for healthcare garment system, the interface between sensors and circuits have to use wires. To solve these problems, this paper use electrode using PEDOT coated PVDF nanoweb for ECG signal and PVDF film sensor for respiratory signal. And, we constructed garment network using digital yarn of 10um, and transmitted ECG and respiratory signal to mobile phone through the integrated circuit with bluetooth called station To evaluate feasibility of the proposed mobile healthcare garment system, we experimented with transmission and measurement of ECG and respiratory signal using nanoweb electrode and digital yarn. We got a successful result without noise and attenuation.

  • Recent advances in healthcare-adapted devices, the increase in chronic diseases and the increasing social needs due to aging, trigger the development of smart healthcare systems and present a new medical paradigm. As a result, moves are being made to accommodate the changing healthcare concept of modern residential areas. In particular, the bathrooms in residential areas are becoming diverse as medical spaces with various types of bathroom culture. Therefore, by actively utilizing the digital medical procedure 3, the smart health care system was applied, I thought about future bathroom products (like smart shower and smart scales) and searched for the technology necessary for each person's needs. By planning a product suitable for a changing bathroom, it will be useful for the development of smart healthcare technology through future national and policy improvements in preparation for the age of the fourth industrial revolution.

  • Due to the convergence between digital devices and the development of wireless communication technology, bit-signal sensor miniaturization, building an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) which is a digital version of a paper chart that contains all of a patient's medical history and the information of Electronic Health Record (EHR), Ubiquitous healthcare (u-Healthcare) that can monitor their health status and provide personal healthcare service anytime and anywhere. Also, the appearance of cloud computing technology is one of the factors that accelerate the development of u-healthcare service. However, if the individual information to be used maliciously during the u-healthcare service utilization, leads to serious problems directly related to the individual's life because if it goes beyond the level of simple health screening and treatment, it may not provide accurate and reliable healthcare services. For this reason, we analyzed a variety of security issues related to u-healthcare service in cloud computing environment and described about directions of secure health information sharing system construction. In addition, we suggest the future developmental direction for th activation of u-healthcare industry.

  • Hybrid video call healthcare system that we propose in thesis is a service for powerless people rather than ordinary people. This system is for communication between users and protectors(or volunteers). To reduce the underprivileged through the 'Malbeot Nanumi' is the purpose of the system. Hybrid Health Care System using a video call and temperature/humidity/pulse sensors that we propose in thesis can connect sensors with software, and save p2p connection information for 'Malbeot Nanumi' service by database. And health check data can save locally. Hybrid Health Care System in a Wireless Network Environment is a system that elderly people living alone is to be a conversation. The purpose of this thesis is to develop the software and to design a convenient UI to the user, And increasing consumption of care system by increasing the happiness index and increasing aging population.

  • Recently, as the non-face-to-face environment has developed due to COVID-19 and environmental pollution, the importance of online digital healthcare is increasing, and venture start-ups and activities such as health care, telemedicine, and digital treatments are also actively underway. This study conducted the impact on the acceptability of digital healthcare smartwatches with an integrated approach of the expanded integrated technology acceptance model (UTAUT2) and the behavioral inference model (BRT). The most advanced integrated technology acceptance model for innovative technology acceptance research was used to identify major factors such as utility expectations, social effects, convenience, price barriers, lack of alternatives, and behavioral intentions. For the study, about 410 responses from ordinary people in their teens to 60s across the country were collected, and based on this, the hypothesis was verified using structural equations after testing reliability and validity of the data. SPSS 23 and AMOS 23 were used for research analysis. Studies have shown that personal innovation has a significant impact on the reasons for acceptance (use value, social impact, convenience of use), attitude, and non-use (price barriers, lack of alternatives, and barriers to use). These results are the same as the results of previous studies that confirmed the influence of the main value of innovative ICT on user acceptance intention. In addition, the reason for acceptance had a significant effect on attitude, but the effect of the reason for non-acceptance was not significant. It can be analyzed that consumers are interested in new ICT products and new services, but purchase them more carefully and selectively. This study has evolved from the acceptance analysis of general-purpose consumer innovation technology to the acceptance analysis of consumer value in smartwatch digital healthcare, which is a new and important area in the future. Industrially, it can contribute to the product's purchase and marketing. It is hoped that this study will contribute to increasing research in the digital healthcare sector, which will play an important role in our lives in the future, and that it will develop into in-depth factors that are more suitable for consumer value through integrated approach models and integrated analysis of consumer acceptance and non-acceptance.
