SME informatization level analysis is significant as an indicator for analyzing the performance and competitiveness of enterprises. However, as has recently been highlighted, the importance of privacy recognized as infrastructure, and mindset are very important indicators for security and privacy. Therefore, In this study, analysis of SMEs at the informatization level, with a focus on how we can assess whether the privacy-related activities were carried out.

본 연구에서는 농촌지역정보화 사업에 대한 추진주체를 바탕으로 한 '민간주도형' 농촌지역정보화 마을과 '정부주도형' 농촌지역정보화마을간의 운영상의 차이점을 사례연구를 통하여 비교 분석하였다. 민간주도형인 경우, 자생력, 커뮤니티, 다양한 아이디어 창출 등의 측면에서 강점을 보인 반면, '정부주도형'인 경우, 확산속도, 사이트 운영, 하드웨어 보급 등의 측면에서 강점을 나타냈다. 이러한 비교분석을 통해 본 연구에서는 농촌지역정보화의 성공적 운영을 위한 유용한 가이드라인을 제공하고자 한다. 특히 지역정보화 사업을 추진하는 정부, 지방자치단체, 지역주민에게 방향설정을 제시해 줄 것이다.

The Internet is being used in daily life, information literacy for the aged is become necessary. For the aged, they can communicate with different age groups and can improve their lives as a component of the society through information literacy. In this paper, we first analyze the computer class of Gumi Senior Welfare Center of Gyeongsangbuk-Do and then present the questionnaire including their needs for education and their changes after receiving information literacy. We also give the future direction of information literacy for the aged. The results of this paper will be useful to improve the lives of the local aged.

Information strategy planning(ISP) is an analysis of the organization's work, information flow, and current information systems, and planning information structures to achieve organizational strategies and objectives. In addition to the systematic promotion of the information sector in the public sector, the government is required to establish an information strategy plan in order to enhance the efficiency of the information sector. However, there are many cases in which the IT project budget is reflected without establishing the information strategy planning. The purpose of this study is to clarify the criteria for establishing the information strategy planning in order to enhance the effectiveness of the information strategy planning. For this purpose, we set up a judgment model for Information strategy planning through expert group review (FGI) and conducted questionnaires on public sector experts. In addition, we proposed a project to establish an information strategy planning and an exceptional project based on the size of iinformatization project and characteristics of informatization project.

1990년대에 급속한 정보화 사회와 디지털 사회가 진행되면서, 디자인 분야에서도 디자인 조직과 프로세스, 정보교환의 방식이 변화하고 있는데, 이러한 변화의 근본적인 원인인 정보화와 디지털 사회에 대해 이론적 배경과 원리를 알아보고, 디자인 개발 프로세스의 사례를 살펴봄으로써 미래의 디자인 정보 시스템의 기본 환경을 제시하고자 한다.

21세기 정보사회를 향한 채비가 차곡차곡 시행되고 있다. 정부는 정보화를 촉진하고 정보통신산업을 육성하기 위한 국가전략사업으로 초고속정보통신기반구축 종합계획을 '95 3월에 확정하는 한편, 중소기업의 정보화를 위해 '정보화촉진기금'을 마련했다. 서비스 개시를 목전에 두고 있는 '공공 응용서비스'는 범국가적인 정보화 추진을 위해 민간부문 정보화에 앞서 공공부문부터 정보화하자는 취지에서 비롯된 것이다. 또한 초고속정보통신사업을 주관하고 있는 정보통신부는 자금난에 허덕이고 있는 중소기업을 위해 '정보화 촉진기금'까지 마련해 두고 있어, 중소기업의 숨통을 틔워주고 있다.

공공부문 정보화사업의 효율적인 관리를 위해서는 정보화사업의 특성을 반영한 관리방법론이 필요한 상황이다. 그러나 기존의 유사한 프로젝트관리의 경우 그 내용이 시스템공급자 위 주로 되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 추상적이고 다양한 해석을 가질 수 있어 공공부문에서는 적용하기에는 어려움이 많았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공공부분에서 정보화사업이 갖는 특성을 반영하여 개별 사업에 따라 관리를 용이하게 하고, 성과측정 기반의 관리 모델을 제시하였다. 제시한 관리방법론 프레임웍은 실증분석과 보완을 거쳐 최종적으로 국내의 다양한 정보화 사업 프로그램과 각 부처의 독자적인 사업관리에 적용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 이러한 사업관리방법론의 적용을 통해서 사업관리의 과학화 및 체계화를 이루어 궁극적으로 정보화사업의 성공적인 추진 및 관리를 도모를 기대한다.
