  • Digital speedometer which is supposed to provide the basic data for analyzing human factors of drivers has a limitation for human behavior studies of drivers, because it records limited driving information including GPS velocities. Besides, Black Box, which is currently being actively commercialized in the market, records mostly vehicles' risky patterns rather than drivers' behaviors. As a result, it also shows a limit to analyze dangerous driving patterns. This study performed a risky driving study for human factor analysis. This study conducted before and after comparisons for real time warning study using a risky driving judgment device. The analysis was conducted based on Longitudinal acceleration, Lateral acceleration, and Yaw rate of vehicles.

  • According to the accident statistics published by the National Police Agency in 2007, the number of commercial vehicle accidents explains 3.5 percent of the total number of traffic accidents of the year. Compared to other types of vehicles commercial vehicles may provide more serious damages to both driver himself and passengers. Thus, they generate more serious social and economic problems. There have been various forms of systems such as a digital speedometer or a black box to meet the social requirement for reducing traffic accidents and improving safe driving. However, since the current systems are based on the data often accidents happened, there are lots of limitations to control drivers in real-time. Also, the current speedometers provide drivers with only speeds of vehicles and RPM information regardless of actual dangerous drive behaviors. Therefor, they lack of the effectiveness in terms of safety. In this research, real-time information systems for improving driver safety based on automatic risky driving behaviors, and thresholds to determine risky driving patterns were studied.

  • Recent climate change has increased the occurrence of flood disaster. There are two approaches to prevent flooding damage. One is a structural method and the other is a non-structural method. The production and usage of a flood risk map are the example of non-structural way. The flood risk map displays several kinds of information to minimize casualties and property damage caused from flooding. In order to increase the usage of current flood risk maps and improve intuitive recognition of flood information, this paper produced flood risk maps based on geo-spatial information system using three dimensional virtual reality techniques and investigated the applicability of the maps. Because flood information is easily accessed through online, flood risk maps suggested in this paper are regarded as an efficient tool.

  • 도심지에서의 침수피해는 이상홍수 및 국지성 호우 시 우수관거 시설기준 미달, 펌프장 등 배수시설이 설치되지 않아 하천의 계획홍수위보다 제내지의 지반고가 낮은 저지대 지역에서 많이 발생하고 있다. 특히, 내수침수의 경우는 외수에 따른 범람보다는 국민의 재산과 인명피해에 직접적인 영향을 미치므로 침수피해 위험도가 높은 지역의 주민에게 그 지역의 침수빈도와 범위를 인지시키고 사전대응 능력을 향상시킬 필요가 있다. 따라서 연구의 목적으로 매년 피해가 발생한 이력이 있는 위험지구에 대해 전국단위 시군구별 침수피해 지도를 작성하여 침수심 산정과 피해액 예측할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용하고, 주민들의 신속한 대처를 통해 그들의 생명과 재산을 보호하여 재난 안전 국가 이미지 제고에 기여하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 도심지 유출모형인 XP-SWMM을 활용하여 내수재해 위험요인에 대한 전국을 해석하는 것에 한계가 있어 풍수해저감종합계획에 수록된 XP-SWMM모의 분석 결과 값을 활용하고자 하였다. 기 수립된 전국 풍수해저감종합계획의 과거 피해 자료를 바탕으로 이상 집중호우나 태풍의 내습 시 풍수해 피해 발생 가능성이 제일 높은 지역을 연구범위 대상지역으로 선정하였다. 그 중 풍수해의 주요 원인으로서 태풍, 집중호우 및 해일로 인한 피해발생 빈도가 높은 지역이면서 하천재해 및 내수침수 피해가 많은 경기도 동두천시를 연구대상 지역으로 선정하였으며, 대상지 유역 현황과 지형정보 및 빈도별 침수심을 조사하였다. 수록된 내용에 따르면 경기도 동두천시는 우수관망의 밀도가 높은 4개 위험지구를 내수재해 발생가능성 지역으로 선정하여 10년, 20년, 30년, 50년, 100년, 200년 6개 빈도에 대해 XP-SWMM 모의를 실시하였다. 이와 같이 수록된 각 빈도에 대한 모의 결과 값을 GIS기술을 이용하여 디지털화 하고 부가적인 분석을 위한 GIS데이터화 하는 내삽법을 선정하여 침수면적 및 침수심을 산출하였다. 그러나 면적비교를 통해 모의 결과 값을 디지털화 하는 과정에서 많은 오차가 발생되는 것을 확인하였고, 이를 보완하기 위해 좌표보정 자동화 프로그램을 개발하여 이러한 문제점을 제거하여 신뢰도를 향상시켰다. 이렇게 계산된 연구 대상지역의 침수심과 침수면적을 활용하여 지도제작 표준 지침서 및 가이드라인을 제시하여 한국형 호우피해 지도제작 기술개발에 기여하고, 비구조적 대책으로서 이상홍수에 대한 위험도를 파악하여 지역별 도심침수 방지를 위한 대비체계를 구축하는 등 위험지역에 대한 사전분석 및 활용에 기초자료로 도움이 되고자 한다.

A study on the relocation strategy of the control line considering the marine pollution risk index and control capacity (해양오염 위험지수와 방제능력을 고려한 방제선 재배치 전략에 관한 연구)

  • The numbers of occurrences and the amount of spills of marine oil pollution have increased, and accordingly, it is necessary to secure additional control capabilities. Therefore, it was intended to present an empirical basis for improving the overall idle capacity through the relocation of control ships existing in each region. First, the marine pollution index was derived and the control capability compared to the marine pollution index of each region was compared to examine the appropriateness of the deployment of control ships. The marine oil pollution risk index was derived by multiplying the nine items that cause marine pollution by the weight derived by experts. We checked the control capacity (A) compared to the marine pollution risk index (F) for each sea area. Mokpo (F:13.4, A:1.9), Busan (F:14.3, A:6.4), and Yeosu (F:21.5, A:16.6) are the areas that lack control capabilities compared to the marine pollution risk index. On the other hand, the areas that have room for control compared to the marine pollution risk index for each sea area are Masan (F: 5.9, A:13.3), Gunsan (F:1.7, A:8.3), and Jeju (F:2.7, A:6.9). Therefore, for improving the standardized control capacity proportional to the risk of marine pollution nationwide, it is suggested that the control ships of Masan, Gunsan, and Jeju should be relocated to Mokpo, Busan, and Yeosu, which lack control capacity.

  • 중국은 세계 무역기구에 가입하면서 세계경제에서 차지하는 위치가 강화되고 디지털 경제체제에 편입되면서 산업구조를 고부가가치 산업으로 개편하고 있다. 동안 상대적으로 외국기업에 대해 폐쇄적이었던 중국의 유통시장은 2006년부터 전면개방이 시작될 것으로 전망되고 있다. 그러나 중국전자상거래 시장에서 정보 기초화와 물류배송 금융체계의 문제는 나날이 안정화되어 온라인 구매환경은 나아지고 있으나, 오히려 해마다 인터넷쇼핑물 구매율의 하락은 온라인 쇼핑몰 상거래에 대한 불신 문제가 그대로 남아있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 중국의 소비자수준에서의 온라인 구매가 활성화되지 못하는 주요 장애요인으로써 불신(distrust)을 제기하고자 하며 신뢰를 신뢰와 불신의 2차원으로 파악하여 각각의 차원(신뢰와 불신)이 마케팅 성과에 차별적으로 공헌하고 있음을 밝히고자 한다. 본 연구에서 선행변수로 상호작용, 지각된 평판, 정보유용성, 지각된 보안위험, 지각된 거래위험을 설정했으며 매개변수로는 신뢰와 불신을, 결과 변수로는 관계몰입과 구매의도로 구성하였다. 결과에서는 온라인 맥락에서는 신뢰와 불신의 선행요인이 온라인 쇼핑몰에 대한 관계몰입과 구매의도에 서로 차별적으로 공헌한다는 것을 밝혔다. 이는 기존의 신뢰를 2차원으로 구분하여 신뢰와 불신으로 분리하여 관리하는 것이 필요하다는 것을 시사한다고 할 수 있다.

Effect of Internet Addiction by Using Digital Textbook in Teenager (디지털교과서 활용이 인터넷 중독에 미치는 영향)

  • Society and science digital textbooks were developed in 2014. That have been using in some elementary and middle school. But some people worry about the internet addiction of student accelerated by using digital textbook. However I didn't agree that, because studies about that had not been performed enough. So I analyzed effect of internet addiction by using digital textbook. As a result, Internet addicted students at class to be not using digital textbook are twice as many as Internet addicted students at class to be using digital textbook. But the difference between two groups do not means according to cross analysis. Therefore, I can't conclude that using digital textbook have an adverse effect on internet addiction.

  • The purpose of this paper is to explore the characteristics of a digital culture, its negative effects, especially automatism of perception, a poetic strategy against automatism of perception and the utility of poetry including the therapeutic function of poetry. The new technologies offer us various experience, great opportunities and rosy future by freeing us from boring and laborious tasks, and difficult decisions. Through the excessive and habitual use of new technologies, we may become too dependent on machines, losing our thinking abilities, sensibility, perception and creativity. Therefore, we need poetry to recover the sensation of life and make us feel things. Reading poetry allows us to look into someone else's soul and cultivate the ability to empathize. As a healing fountain, poetry leads us to a way for a change of heart, a recovery of psychic health and universal love through perfect communion in ourselves and in society. Furthermore we need a systematic and in-depth study of digital poetry as well as traditional poetry.

Fall Risk Analysis of Elderly Living in the City (도시 거주 노인의 낙상 위험요인 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare of the fall risk factors for elderly in the city. 62 people aged 65 years or older were classified as fallers and nonfallers based on experience of their falls in the previous year. By comparing the difference between the groups via evaluations of general characteristics, health related behavior and chronic disease, balance-related psychological (K-ABC) and physical measurement (BBS), depression (SGDS), and the correlations between the significant differences in variables were identified. According to the results, K-ABC, BBS, and SGDS are statistically significant differences between fallers and nonfallers (P<0.05). Also it has positive correlations between BBS and K-ABC (r=0.499) whereas negative correlation between K-ABC and SGDS(r=-0.472).

A Meta analysis of variables related to Burnout of nurse in korea (국내 간호사의 소진과 관련된 변인의 메타분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the effect size of protective variables and risk variables based on the previous study which is related to nurse burnout. Master's doctoral and journal degrees from 2005 to 2014, a total of 116 articles side by conducting a meta-analysis suggests a convergence conclusions. The biggest effect size of a nurse burnout protection variable was job variable and the largest effect sized of sub-variable was empathy satisfaction. The biggest effect size of the nurse burnout risk variables was organization variables, the largest effect size of sub variables was the violent reaction. Based on the results of this research, a variety of programs and policy measures for appropriate interventions and arbitration of nurse burnout should be built to decrease the risk variable which can cause nurse burnout and reinforce the protection variable that restrains a nurse burnout.
