This is a study on the direction of the teaching support program contents analysis and teaching support platform of the teaching and learning center. To this end, in April 2020, a literature study was conducted, an analysis of the current status of teaching support at other universities and K universities, an analysis of professor interviews, and expert verification were conducted. The main research results are as follows. First, as a result of examining the current status of teaching support programs at 24 universities, it was confirmed that special lectures on teaching methods, class consulting, teaching method research meetings, and educational resource rooms were operated as representative programs. Second, the basic structure of the platform is composed of a lecture case sharing bulletin board to enable active exchange of opinions on teaching methods among teachers, a teaching support program application bulletin board to enable application for a teaching method program, and Edu-tech to activate the platform, and a professor support menu. Third, the contents of the teaching support platform were implemented based on the basic structure of the teaching support platform. This study analyzed the contents of the teaching support program and conducted a study to suggest the direction of the teaching support platform to discuss the direction of establishing an effective teaching support platform.

The purpose of this research was to perform a comparison of face-to-face and blended learning of TOEIC to see if there is a difference in their learning effectiveness. The research compared the improvement rate of the students' academic achievement, their self-evaluation results, and their participation rate and results of the online assignment by using t-test, pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The research results demonstrated that the blended learning is pedagogically more effective than the face-to-face although the difference is not large. It was analyzed that the results were largely thanks to the following facts: In the blended learning, the students could interact with their instructors face-to-face in the off-line class, they got the weekly text message to encourage them to participate in the online class, and their routine online class attendance could cause their more positive participation in the online assignment.

Conversational AI which allows users to interact with satisfaction is a long-standing research topic. To develop conversational AI, it is necessary to build training data that reflects real conversations between people, but current Korean datasets are not in question-answer format or use honorifics, making it difficult for users to feel closeness. In this paper, we propose a conversation dataset (KOMUChat) consisting of 30,767 question-answer sentence pairs collected from online communities. The question-answer pairs were collected from post titles and first comments of love and relationship counsel boards used by men and women. In addition, we removed abuse records through automatic and manual cleansing to build high quality dataset. To verify the validity of KOMUChat, we compared and analyzed the result of generative language model learning KOMUChat and benchmark dataset. The results showed that our dataset outperformed the benchmark dataset in terms of answer appropriateness, user satisfaction, and fulfillment of conversational AI goals. The dataset is the largest open-source single turn text data presented so far and it has the significance of building a more friendly Korean dataset by reflecting the text styles of the online community.

The purpose of this paper is to study the mechanism of Acquisition of Customer Knowledge through Web Site at Global Electronic Commerce Times in Korea. The major findings of this paper is that the models of inter-business alliance network for EC based on contents, types of participating company, categories of business of participating company, modes of alliances, and concentrated industry or function are various and complex. Therefore all companies should know this result and reflect in their business strategy.

In the early 2012, European Union proposed new legal framework, including the right to be forgotten, for the protection of personal data. The new Proposal articulates kind of sweeping new privacy right and there has been debates on its potential threat to free speech in the digital age. While the situation is similar in Korea, I want to introduce the right to be forgotten in the Proposal. Then, I will analyze current legal system in Korea regarding the new privacy right and suggest some guidelines in searching direction for the coming legislation with respect to the right to be forgotten. The right to be forgotten should not have been promulgated without considering fully its effect on the free speech, especially in the society where the voice toward direct democracy or movement toward participation of the citizen, mainly through cyber space or Social Network Services, has risen much higher in Korea. Especially, the new right seems not to cover the control of data subject on a third party where the third party expressing his opinion by posting himself other's personal data on his blog or others.
