In order to suggest the utilization measures suitable of the 4th industry and design right in the management of jewelry company and also applying it to Korean jewelry industry, Also, the current status of Korean jewelry industry and design right was researched. Based on the theoretical background, the hypotheses were set up. After conducting a survey on the 4th industry, design right, management mind, and management intention targeting jewelry industry workers focusing on the set-up hypotheses. In the results The job currently working for in the jewelry industry and the job desired in the future were the design with the highest ratio, so that the importance of design was high in Korean jewelry industry. Also, design was the first priority of management mind, important elements of jewelry industry management, and successful management strategy while technology showed a bit less importance than factors of marketing, capital, and personal connections.

As the Internet becomes widespread as a significant tool of obtaining information, there is a growing demand for a system to efficiently organize and manage information on the Internet. Accordingly, research on the directory classification structure that directly affects the efficiency of a users information search is actively investigated in every field. The study intends to suggest an efficient classification structure by comparing and analyzing the directory classification structure of current design portal sites with the theory of literature classification structure, in order to increase the efficiency of search according to the directory classification structure of design sector.

객체지향 시스템 개발환경에서 모델링의 표준화를 위해 UML을 이용하고 있으며, 설계정보 재사용을 위해 디자인 패턴을 이용하고 있다. 그리고 문서의 표준화로 XML을 제정하고 있으며, 분산객체개발 환경에서 설계정보의 재사용을 요구하고 있다. 그러나 XML로 표현된 설계정보의 효율적인 재사용을 위한 검색 방법이 요구되어지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 XML로 표현된 디자인 패턴 설계정보의 재사용을 위한 효율적인 검색을 목표 위해 XML-QL을 적용하여 재사용을 위한 검색효율을 높이고자한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시스템 구축에 필요한 객체의 질의 효율을 놀이기 위해 XML로 표현된 디자인 패턴정보를 XML 계층구조로 변환하고 XML-QL을 적용하여 설계정보를 질의하도록 시스템을 설계하였다. 그리고 본 연구에서 제안한 XML-QL 질의시스템을 이용하여 표준화된 디자인 패턴 설계정보의 효율적인 검색이 가능하여 분산객체개발 환경에서 설계정의의 재사용을 가능하게 하였다.

현재 소프트웨어 개발 생산성과 품질을 개선하기 위해 컴포넌트 재사용에 관한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있으며, 특히 분산 개발 환경에서 팀 개발의 생산성을 향상시키기 위한 컴포넌트 재사용 방법이 연구되고 있다. 그러나, 이들 컴포넌트들을 효과적으로 개발, 공유, 관리하기 위한 방안이 부족한 상황이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트의 재사용성을 최대화하기 위하여 반복적 설계 문제를 해결하기 위한 구조를 갖고 있는 디자인 패턴을 대상으로 하는 공유 가능한 디자인 패턴 기반의 컴포넌트 개발 시스템을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 DPCM(Design Pattern Component Modeling) 도구는 추상적인 디자인 패턴 구조와 구체적인 컴포넌트 구조를 저장하기 위해 각각 별도의 Library를 구축한다. 그리고, 두 Library 사이에는 패턴 구조를 특정 애플리케이션에 적합하게 구체화하는 과정을 시각적으로 모델링 하며, 구체적인 구현 코드와 함께 COM 사양의 컴포넌트로 변환한다. 본 논문에서는 개발자들이 애플리케이션 개발에 필요한 컴포넌트를 제공 받을 수 있는 디자인 패턴 기반의 소프트웨어 컴포넌트 개발 도구의 방향을 제시하였다.

Recently, the paradigm of SOC investment has shifted from new construction to maintenance. This shift became more important for the highway system because it is as one of the most important SOC. In Korea, highway maintenance costs are about 20% of the total annual highway construction budget, which is about two-thirds of developed countries. In addition, establishing standardized guidelines for the highway maintenance operation is not in place. Therefore, in order for domestic road construction and maintenance technology to secure competitiveness in the global construction market, it is urgent to improve the management capacity for maintenance as well as the technology and management capacity. This study examines highway maintenance practices in OECD countries such as North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan to identify core elements of highway maintenance practice. It is imperative to establish a comprehensive management system based upon asset management principle. Even if the budget for the highway construction is reduced, investment in maintenance needs to be maintained.

본 연구는 일본 국립공원의 경관관리를 위한 법제적 내용특성 중 공원시설물을 위주로 정리한 것이다. 이를 위해서 전국적 기준인 일본의 자연공원법규의 내용을 경관관리 측면에서 정리한 후. 아소. 쿠쥬 국립공원을 대상으로 공원계획서의 내용을 정리하여 전국적 기준과 지역적 관리기준의 차이를 파악하면서 국내범규와 차이점을 검토하였다. 그 결과 일본의 자연공원법규 중 우리 나라와 차이가 있는 공용제한의 내용과 공원계획의 내용 및 공원시설물의 차이를 파악하였고, 공원 내 각종행위에 관한 심사기준이 법제화되어 있음이 조사되었다. 한편, 일본의 경우에 있어서 법적인 근거는 없으나 집단시설지구에서의 이용허가 및 규제내용을 제시하기 위해 국립공원관리소장이 작성하는 관리계획은 보호, 유지할 지역의 경관자원을 명확히 하면서 각종 시설물의 건설행위에 대해 그 규모, 위치, 색채, 디자인 관련 사항 등에 관하여 관리지침을 작성하여 운영하고 있는 실체를 파악할 수 있었다.

There are many problems such as uncertainty of sequencing and irrational interdependence of processes in work breakdown structure of construction project. This study suggests work structuring for improving work reliability and transparency of processes to solve problems of work breakdown structure. Also, It proposes a process design diagram The goal of improving process design by work structuring is to make work flow more reliable and quick while delivering value to the customer. The process design diagram aims at achieving lean project objectives, such as, reduction in the share of non-value adding activities, increased transparency, process simplification and increased product flexibility.

커미셔닝은 건물의 에너지 사용량을 줄이기 위한 일련의 과정을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 건물 에너지 관리를 수행하기 위한 커미셔닝 시스템의 디자인에 대해 서술한다. 건물 내에 존재하는 각 설비에 센서를 설치하는 것에 더하여 센서의 정보를 저장하기 위한 설비 작동 정보 데이터베이스가 구축되어야 한다. 설비 작동 정보 데이터베이스 및 기상 정보 데이터베이스 등을 활용하여 커미셔닝 시스템은 전체 건물의 에너지 사용 환경을 분석한다. 커미셔닝 시스템 엔진의 분석결과는 건물 관리자에게 제공되어 더 나은 건물 에너지 관리를 가능케 한다.

In this paper, we implemented design pattern retrieval system for efficient management and reusability of design patterns. Pattern is consisted of property information and meta information. Property information is used for similarity measurement on classification and retrieval of patterns. Meta information is used for UML modeling of patterns. We classified design patterns with the empirical scope in addition to Gamma's basic classification.

최근 반복적 설계에 대한 해결방안으로 제시되고 있는 디자인패턴을 체계적으로 분류, 공유하여 사용하려는 연구가 진행되고 있으나, 시스템 설계자 개개인이 제시한 패턴은 공유 대상에서 제외되고 있다. 또한, 특정 CASE 도구를 사용하여 모델링한 구조는 컴포넌트화되더라도 특정 도구나 플랫폼에 독립적으로 사용될 수 없었다. 본 논문에서는 기존 디자인패턴뿐만 아니라 사용자들에 의해 새로이 제시된 패턴을 모델링하는 패턴 에디터를 이용하여 설계정보를 도구와 플랫폼에 독립적인 XML코드로 컴포넌트화 할 수 있는 XML 기반의 디자인패턴 관리시스템을 설계, 구현하였으며, 효과적인 패턴 검색을 위해 Spreading Activation 검색 방법을 사용하였다.
