핫이슈 - 포장디자인은 소비자 기억을 촉진시키도록 디자인 되어야 한다

  • 월간 포장계에서는 금번 4월호부터 12월호에 걸쳐, 패키지디자인에 있어서의 심리학의 중요성을 피력해 보고자 한다. 본 지는 이를 통해 패키지디자이너는 물론 경영자, 패키지 관련 용기, 기계, 재료 등 전 분야의 종사자들이 패키지디자인을 하는데 있어서 마케팅적 사고의 범주에서 벗어나 소비자 심리를 이해하고 공감하기를 기대해 본다. 본 고에서는 '포장디자인은 소비자 기억을 촉진시키도록 디자인되어야 한다'는 명제 아래, 패키지디자인은 기업의 일방적인 메시지에 앞서 소비자가 원하는 정보를 소비자 가치 기준에 맞춰 디자인해야 할 것을 강조해 보고, 소비자의 기억을 촉진시켜 구매로 유도하기 위해 전략적으로 디자인 해야할 것을 제시해보도록 한다.

  • HRD professionals should be able to contribute to performance improvement by focusing on strategic business partner activities such as planning, organizational development, and organizational design. Taking a systems view is important in the development of strategy because simply offering specific interventions neither changes nor improves the fundamental systems of an organization. In order to guide the management of organizations as systems, HRD professionals need to not only deal with resistance to change in solution implementation but also identify quantifiable measures to judge the effectiveness of implemented solutions with partnerships with relevant stakeholders. HRD professionals are particularly required to play a critical role in aligning process goals, process design, and process management to improve performance. Adjusting human performance policies and practices to local cultural differences is also among the urgent tasks for HRD professionals.

Effect of Design & Business Content Class on the Improvements of Learning Attitude for Corporate Learning Program (디자인과 경영 콘텐츠학습 태도를 기반으로 한 기업 경영자 교육의 효과 연구)

  • This study deals with the proposals and the verification of the causal relationship between improvements of corporate manager's learning attitude for enterprises productivity and managerial effectiveness, the learner's familiarity and personal character strengths that are classified as positive psychology-based theory. For this study, researchers designed the structural equation model using the AMOS analysis. And researchers conducted the interviews using a questionnaire survey of quantitative research methods. Results of the analysis are as below. First, both online and offline classes were identified as the learner's character strengths affect the positive effect to the learner's familiarity strengths. Second, the learner's familiarity affects the positive effect to improvements of learning attitude. And the last, the learner's character strengths and improvements of learning attitude are not significant effect each other, therefore researcher could be found that the role of mediating variables of the learner's familiarity strengths. In this study, researchers analyzed the relationship between familiarity strengths and improving the learning attitudes needed for a desirable curriculum development considering the learners' personality factors. These findings contribute to an ideal course of study when educator design a curriculum and contribute to a successful communication strategy.

  • environmental has given rise to a world where consumer persue satisfaction in quality and quantity of products. From this point of view, a study of the impact of logo design on brand association and consumer emotions is very important and useful. For this study, we investigate on the basis of preceding studies. Finally, it is thought that it will be necessary to conduct a more specific study on the relation between brand association and consumer emotions.

A Study on the Structuring of Professional System for Design Business (전문적 체계정립을 위한 디자인비즈니스 유형구조화 연구)

  • Those of the growth of e-business, the development of the cultural creative industry, the contents and knowledge industry have expanded and diversified the existing business models and created new ones. They are triggering new interpretations and discussions on business models. Such of changing business environment has paved the way for the expansion of design management within the design industry and opened new windows of opportunity for the traditionally small and non-specialized design business. Until now, the design business has not been distinguished from design industry or design service, and has not been viewed as an independent field. Rather, the design business has merely been part of a process. As such, the lack of dear definition and structured system had been a bottleneck for many design companies trying to achieve capital and social success and establish the foundation for growth and for companies striving to advance the design management in developing design business models or growth strategy in line with the changing environment. Against these sort of backdrops, this paper attempts to dearly define the design business. To this end, the paper tries to developed a design business model framework which classifies design business model into four types - customized, ready-made, provider and contract - according to the business activities between the producer and the end user, and business items into product, additional sonics, knowledge and promotion. The framework will expand the definition of design business and contribute to the expansion of design business activities and the development of diverse business models.

  • 본 연구는 감성 공학적 접근법을 사용하여, 벽지의 디자인 요소와 소비자의 감성과의 관계를 정량적으로 규명하는 것을 목표로 한다. 문헌조사, 인터뷰 전문가 의견 등을 종합하여, 총 13개의 주관적 감성 변수(6개의 시각적 변수, 7개의 촉각적 변수) 와 4개의 벽지 디자인 요소(color, texture pattern, embossing depth, gloss)들이 추출되었으며, 최종 목표 감성은 '고급감'으로 정하였다. 9점 척도와 100점 척도으로 구성된 설문지를 통하여, 28개의 샘플 벽지에 대해서 30명의 목표 고객들을 대상으로 감성 평가 실험을 실시하였고, 주성분 회귀 분석, 수량화 이론 등을 이용한 분석을 통하여, 소비자의 감성과 디자인 요소와의 관계를 정량적으로 분석했으며, 고급감을 향상시킬 수 있는 감성 변수 조합과 디자인 요소 조합을 규명하였다.
