This study has intended to perform comparative analysis of climate change adaptation-related recognition between public officials and citizens in ChungCheongBukDo-Province, Korea. To reach this goal, we identified difference between the two groups by prioritizing target group's adaptation policies for climate change, and analyzing climate change adaptation-related recognition in each sector. Climate change adaptation policies can have great policy utility when the boundaries between policy makers and detainees are blurred. Therefore, this study has suggested some measures to reduce the recognition gaps between the target groups by analyzing the characteristics of the groups.

In this study, the priority was assessed and the compensation relationships were analyzed with regard to the issue of port development with conflicts among decision makers. First, the assessment factors were selected by the relevant literatures on port development, and fuzzy structure modeling was used to select assessment factors via structuralization analysis. Second, the local residents, port users, and local government were chosen as the main port-development related entities, and the analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the total assessment value. Third, the justice based on majority power rule method was used as an assessment method that would minimize the amount of complaints according to the total assessment results and the alternative selection when a partnership was formed among the assessment entities. Moreover, the compensation issue according to the alternative selection was quantified, and the compensation relationships were analyzed. As a result, it was found that port development in Busan must be the top priority in terms of port development in South Korea, that awareness of environmental issues must be promoted among the port users, and that the local governments must promote environmental incentive policies for Environment-friendly port development.

The biggest characteristic of Social Network Game(SNG) is that games are played through competition and cooperation with the actual acquaintances based on SNS. Even though such competition and challenge spirit have been dealt importantly as preceding factors having influence on the flow in games in the existing game area, it is rare to find researches deeply considering the characteristics of ranking competition between acquaintances in SNG. Moreover, it was not considered that such acquaintances could be the targets of competition and also challenge at the same time in SNG. Therefore, this study examined the achievements(big differences in ranking, small differences in ranking) of the targets for comparison and closeness(strong ties, weak ties) with the targets for comparison as factors having influence on competition and challenge spirit, and also empirically analyzed the influence of such factors and interactions between factors on players' competition and challenge spirit in the ranking competitive society, by analyzing the characteristics of ranking competition between acquaintances in the mobile puzzle, SNG based on SNS through the analysis on the preceding research on the self-evaluation maintenance model of the social comparison theory. In the results, when preferentially exposing competitors with small difference in ranking and also exposing competitors with stronger ties, players' competition is stimulated, so that it can improve their challenge spirit. Such results of this study can be expected to a lot contribute to the actual design work of SNG ranking table contents.

The PBS(Partial Buffer Sharing) space priority mechanism is one of priority control methods which may improve the performance of a single server queueing system when mixed traffic with different performance requirements is applied to the system. This paper analyzes the cell loss behavior of PBS assuming loss sensitive traffic and delay sensitive traffic are applied to the system. To derive the successive cell loss probabilities. which are an important performance measure of realtime traffic, we develop a recursive algorithm. Performance results show the successive cell loss probabilities obtained by our method are lager than the probabilities derived from an independent cell loss assumption. These results may indicate the limitation of PBS for realtime traffic and the increase of the admissible load with the criterion of quality of service.

신경망을 이용한 추천 기술은 항목이나 사용자간의 가중치를 학습할 수 있고, 자료 유형에 상관없이 데이터 처리가 용이하다. 또한 최근 연구를 통해서 그 우수성이 입증되고 있다. 그러나 사용자간의 상관관계로 추천하는 사용자 신경망 모델과 항목간의 상관관계로 추천하는 항목 신경망 모델이 서로 다른 관점으로 다른 선호도를 제시한 경우에 선택한 모델의 선호도에 따라 시스템의 성능이 좌우된다. 그러므로 효율적이고 성능이 우수한 추천 시스템을 위해 사용자와 항목 신경망 모델의 통합 방법을 제안한다. 두 모델 사이에 우선 순위를 결정하여 통합하는 순차적 통합 방법과 두 모델을 동시에 고려하는 병렬적 통합방법을 제안한다. 그러나 두 통합 방법은 선호도 예측 기준에 있어서 정적이고, 문제에 대한 적응성이 없다. 그러므로 신경망(퍼셉트론, 다층 퍼셉트론)을 이용한 통합 방법을 제안한다. 또한 퍼지의 소속함수를 이용하여 퍼지 추론를 적용한 통합 방법을 제안하고, 패턴 인식 분야에서 사용하는 BKS 방법을 적응하여 두 신경망 모델을 통합하여 실험한다. 본 논문에서는 사용자와 항목 신경망 모델을 통합함으로써 기존의 추천 기술인 연관 규칙과 단일 신경망 모델을 이용한 추천보다 우수함을 보이고 있다.

두 서열을 비교하여 유사성(similarity)이나 상동성(homology)를 찾기 위한 서열 정렬 방법 중에서 지역 정렬에 많이 사용되는 Smith-Waterman 알고리즘의 제한점인 Mosaic effect와 Shadow effect를 극복하기 위한 효율적인 방법을 살펴보고, 하나의 최대 값이 아닌 다수개의 최대 값을 찾아 다수개를 정렬함으로써 서열내에 존재 할 수 있는 다수개의 지역 정렬을 찾고 Normalized sequence alignment 알고리즘을 이용하여 서열 정렬된 결과들의 우선 순위를 매겨본다.

최선형 서비스(best effort service) 방식의 현재 인터넷은 실시간 응용의 출현과 보다 나은 서비스를 기대하는 사용자들에 의해 많은 변화가 요구되고 있다. 최근 사용자에게 서로 다른 수준의 서비스를 제공하는 차별화 서비스(differentiated service) 모델에 관하여 많은 연구가 진행중이다. 두 가지 우선 순위를 바탕으로 서비스를 제공하는 RIO 모델은 차별화 서비스의 대표적인 모델이지만 네트워크 상황에 따라 적절한 서비스 차별화가 이뤄지지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 이를 개선하여 보다 효과적인 서비스 차별화기 이뤄지도록 하였다.

본 논문은 고개를 상/하로 끄덕이거나 좌/우로 가로 저어서 긍정과 부정을 구별하기 위한 것이다. 다시 말해서, 마우스나 키보드 대신에 머리의 움직임을 사용해서 '예/아니오'를 인식한다. 본 논문에서는 정규화된 칼라 공간(chromatic color space)과 조도(illumination)를 이용하여 얼굴 영역을 찾고 분할하는 자동 얼굴 영역 찾기와 영상차의 위치 비교와 움직임 량을 이용하여 우선 순위를 갖는 단순한 방향성을 구별하는 자동 의사 인식의 두 단계로 구성되어 있다. 이러한 단순한 방향성의 조합으로 '예/아니오'를 구분한다.
