최근 동영상 데이터를 활용한 교육 프로그램, 오락, 인터넷 방송 등의 서비스는 활성화되고 있으나, 중앙 집중형의 서버로 운영을 할 경우 서버의 고용량화, 고성능화가 요구되어 지며, 또한 여러 관련 기관들의 유대관계로 서로 공유할 수 있는 동영상 자료가 요구되어 지므로 이를 분산화 시켜 통합 관리하는 시스템이 필요하다. 이에 디렉토리 서비스의 표준 프로토콜인 LDAP(Light weight Directory Access Protocol)을 이용하여 네트워크 안에 있는 동영상의 자원을 마치 하나의 사이트에 있는 자원처럼 관리하며, 액세스가 가능하도록 하였다. 구현된 시스템은 실시간 전송 프로토콜인 RTO(Real-time Transport Protocol)를 이용하여 클라이언트에게 분산 되어있는 동영상과 동영상 관련 정보를 적절히 서비스하기 위한 시스템 이다.

웹기반 교육은 사용자가 원하는 시간과 장소에서 학습자 스스로 수준별 학습이 .가능하며 능동적으로 학습에 참여할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이를 바탕으로 한 웹 코스웨어는 원거리 학습자들의 학습 욕구를 가능케 했으며 기존의 텍스트, 사운드를 통한 단순한 콘텐츠에서 동영상 이미지를 중심으로 한 멀티미디어 동영상 강의, 하이퍼텍스트로 구성된 인터넷 홈페이지 등 주문형 교육 서비스(EOD : Education On Demand)가 가능해 졌다. 이처럼 현재 많은 분야에서 다양한 방법으로 웹기반 교육콘텐츠를 개발하여 학습에 활용하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 양적으로 팽창하는 웹 코스웨어의 효율성을 분석하고 이를 통하여 보다 질적인 우수성을 포함하는 콘텐츠 활용 방안을 연구하고자 한다.

These days UCC(User-created content) is being made and shared increasingly in entertainment and sports area, but its life cycle seems to be very short and the cases that it is used for an education or a learning purposes are not common yet. In this study a new methodology is suggested for adapting a UCC to a distance education. A teacher upload the movie that he or she made for the distance education system, so the students can carry out the self-centered learning procedure. After that, the students send their own movie files to the teacher, and get a feedback from the teacher as a evaluation of the course. In this study a distance education system was established as a prototype, and a short bamboo flute class was chosen for this study from the specialty developmental education program of the elementary school. According to the result of the questionnaire the students thought that their performance skill was improved a lot and they were satisfied with the learning program and the method of evaluation. They also answered that their skills dealing with a camera, a camcorder and a computer got much better. Moreover, most of the students thought that the relationships with their friends and their parents got better also because they spent lots of time together making and watching the movie files for this education program.

This paper is a research to know how to influence english lessons in a elementary school, when the class uses both video UCC and PPT to understand for an american culture and english lessons. We study 68 students in the 5th grader for 5 months. The results of the experiment research are as follows. Students of an experiment group show the advanced increase than a control group in understanding. We measure the degree of interesting about English lesson. The motive and interest in english lessons of an experiment group show the developed result. We put a question the experiment group on their opinion in video UCC utility. The experimental group answer the ratio of very positive opinion in usefulness and interest.

This is a single group pre-post study conducted to confirm the effectiveness of HIV/AIDS education for nursing students, imparted via video-learning methods. Study participants enrolled were 93 students in the 4th grade of the Department of Nursing at J-City V University. Data were collected from May 26 to June 16, 2020, and were analyzed using descriptive statistics, paired t-test, independent t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient using the SPSS WIN 23.0 program. Results of this study confirm improvements in HIV/AIDS knowledge and attitude after attending video-learning modules. However, when assessing the details of attitude, insufficient data was obtained for difference in attitude toward social stigma recognition. Therefore, numerous attempts are required for imparting educational contents and methods that will positively alter social stigma recognition. The results of this study prove that video lectures are a useful teaching and learning method to transform the knowledge and attitude of nursing students towards HIV/AIDS. We believe that results obtained are meaningful, and provide a basis for imparting education by utilizing different media, such as a video-learning module.

최근 컴퓨터와 인터넷의 급속한 발전과 더불어 교육 문화는 사용자들로 하여금 새로운 세상을 열어주게 되었다. 21세기 교육이 평생교육사회라는 분야로 집중화되면서 끊임없는 자기 개발로 빠르게 변화하는 지식기반 사회에서 자신의 경쟁력을 키워가고 있다. 원격교육은 바로 이러한 평생교육을 달성 할 수 있는 매우 효과적인 방식으로 언제나 어디서나 누구나 양질의 교육을 받을 수 있는 열린 교육문화로서 본 연구에서는 학습자의 철저한 관리를 통한 학습능력의 향상을 중점으로 별도의 인터넷 접속과정 없이 편리하고 개인성이 보장된 원격 교육 시스템을 구현하는데 목적을 두었다. 본 논문은 MS의 미디어 스트리밍 서비스를 이용한 동영상 강의 시청 및 조절 과정, My_SQL을 이용한 동영상 강의에 대한 서브노트 문서 제공 및 질의 응답이 이루어지는 토론형 시스템 설계, 사용자의 강의 진도 체크와 출결사항 및 수강과목을 편리하게 관리할 수 있도록 설계되어 있다. 또한 시스템의 처리 과정에서 사용자 수강 관리에 연구의 초점을 두었으며 시스템 내에서 실시간으로 이루어지는 학습자 관리를 중점으로 구성되어 있다.

Since the importance of teacher knowledge in teaching mathematics has been emphasized, there have been many studies exploring the nature or characteristics of such knowledge. However, there has been lack of research on the tools of investigating teacher knowledge. Given this background, this study explored teachers' knowledge of fraction lessons using classroom video analysis. The analyses of this study showed that knowledge of teaching methods was activated better than that of student thinking or mathematical content. Knowledge of fraction operation was activated better than that of fraction concept. The degree by which teacher knowledge was activated depended on the characteristics of the video clips used in the study. This paper raised some issues about teachers' knowledge of fraction lessons and suggested classroom video analysis as an alternative tool to measure teacher knowledge in the Korean context.

This study was designed to clarify the learning motivations, academic self-efficacy, and problem-solving processes in the educational evaluative method in the fundamental nursing practice using moving pictures. The learning motivations and academic self-efficacy showed statistical differences based on the students' motivations of selecting, their satisfaction with the major and nursing practice, helpfulness of moving pictures, and the suitability of practical tests using a checklist. Problem-solving processes revealed statistical differences based on the students' motivations of selecting the nursing department, their satisfaction with the major and fundamental nursing their satisfaction with the major and nursing practice, the helpfulness of moving pictures, and the suitability of practical tests using a checklist. The learning motivations showed significant positive interrelations with the academic self-efficacy and problem-solving processes. In conclusion, the educational evaluative method in the fundamental nursing practice using moving pictures was related to the nursing students' learning motivations, academic self-efficacy, and problem-solving processes.

On-Line Lectures are becoming more common due to the MOOK service and the expansion of national policy in Korea. Especially, It is being changed to new remote mixed style from traditional lecture in universities. We propose and implement a remote contents making tool with audio synchronization function based on more with less resources. To implement our proposed algorithm, we design an interactive interface to assign multiple cutting intervals and convert an input video to print a new result. In experimental, we can confirm our algorithm works properly with average performance value 9.3% cpu share ratio and 87mega byte ram usage(CPU 2.60GHz, 820*600 Area).

This study analyzes the effects of text and image presenting methods in video lectures on students' learning flow, learning satisfaction and learning outcomes. The text presenting methods include forming short sentences of 2 or 3 words or using key words, while image presenting methods include images featuring both detailed and related information as well as images containing only related information. 167 first year students from Xingtai University were selected as experimental participants. Groups of participants were randomly assigned to engage in four types of video. The research results are as follows. First, it was found that learning flow, learning satisfaction and learning outcomes of group presented with video forms of short sentences had higher statistical significance compared to the group experiencing the key word method. Second, learning flow, learning satisfaction and learning outcomes of group presented with video forms of only related information had higher statistical significance compared to the group experiencing the presenting method of both detailed and related information. That is, the mean values of dependent variables for groups of short form text and only related information were highest. In contrast, the mean values of dependent variables for groups of key words and both detailed and related information were the lowest.
