The Mediating Effect of the Organizational Commitment between the Coworker Relations and the Burnout of the Professionals in Community Rehabilitation Facilities (장애인지역사회재활시설 종사자의 동료관계와 소진의 관계에서 조직헌신의 매개효과)

  • The research purpose is analyzing the relationship between the coworker relations and the burnout of professionals in community rehabilitation facilities for the disabled. And this study verifies the mediating effect of organizational commitment between the two variables. We conducted a survey of professionals working in 14 facilities of Daejeon and Chungnam area, and the 352 data were utilized for analysis. The analysis results are as follows. 1) The coworker relations of professionals influenced the burnout negatively and the organizational commitment positively. 2) In addition, the mediating effect of organizational commitment was testified between the coworker relations and the burnout. Based on these research findings, several measures were suggested to reduce the professionals' burnout.

  • 본 연구에서는 판매원의 적응판매(adaptive selling)에 미치는 목적지향성(goal orientation)의 효과를 검증하였다. 판매원의 목적지향성에 영향을 미치는 요소로서 판매관리자 지향성(supervisory orientation)과 동료 피드백(coworker feedback)을 고려하였다. 판매관리자 지향성온 최종성과 지향성(end-results orientation)과 능력지향성(equability orientation)으로 구분하였고, 동료 피드백은 행동피드백(behavioral feedback)과 실적피드백(output feedback)으로 구분하였다. 판매원의 목적지향성은 학습지향성(teaming orientation)과 성과지향성 (performance orientation)으로 구분하였다. 이들 개념들 간의 관계를 가설로 설정한 후, 자동차 영업사원을 대상으로 실증분석을 하였다. 분석결과, 판매관리자의 최종성과지향성은 판매원의 학습지향성 및 성과지향성에 정적인 영향을 미치고, 동료의 실적피드백은 판매원의 성과지향에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 판매원의 학습지향성은 적응판매에 정적인 영향을 미치나, 성과지향성에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 관리적 시사점을 제시하였다.

Relationship between Job Stress and Burnout for Noncommissioned Officers: Focusing on Mediating Effects of Coworker Support and Emotional Stability (부사관의 직무스트레스와 소진간의 관계 : 동료 지지와 정서적 안정성의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between job stress, coworker support, emotional stability and burnout, and to examine the mediating effect of coworker support and emotional stability. A total of 212 noncommissioned officers were interviewed and correlation and mediating effect analysis were applied to the resulting data. As a result, the job stress showed a positive correlation with coworker support, emotional stability and negative correlation with burnout, and coworker support and emotional stability showed a negative correlation with burnout. In addition, coworker support and emotional stability were partially mediated by job stress and burnout. However, in order to examine the relationship between these two, the double mediation between job stress and burnout showed that the emotional stability of job stress was partially mediated directly by burnout, and that coworker support was mediated by burnout only through emotional stability. Based on these results, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed.

  • 현재 학교수업에서 학습자간 학습 능력의 차이를 해결하기위해 개별 학습과 수준별 학습을 이용한다. 그러나 수업시간 중에 수준별, 개별학습을 진행하기에는 어려움이 따른다. 이에 해결방법으로 동료 지도학습 방법, 웹기반 개별지도 학습방법 등이 적용되고 있으나 이 또한 동료끼리의 열등감 문제, 즉각적 피드백 부족 등으로 많은 문제점들이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 효율적인 동료지도학습 방법을 적용하는 방법으로 SNS를 기반으로한 학습지원시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템을 적용함으로써 기존의 동료지도학습 방법에서의 시.공간적인 제약 문제를 해결하였고, 개별학습과 수준별 학습이 가능하며, 자기주도적 학습이 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있다. 또한, 누구나 학습자와 교수자의 입장이 될 수 있으므로 동료끼리의 열등감 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 교수자로서의 역할 경험은 자아성취감을 고취시켜 학습의 흥미도를 높일 수 있다.

A Case Study on the Activity of Self-Initiated Learning of Computer Graphics Classes with Peer Tutoring (자기주도형 동료 튜터링을 활용한 컴퓨터 그래픽 수업의 학습 활동 사례 연구)

  • In this study, new self-initiated peer tutoring is suggested to computer graphic's subject. Subject of computer graphics is practice based subject, therefore learning efficiency and learning level of students is different from each other. To improve the learning efficiency and enhance the interest of related subject, new peer tutoring activities was performed with main class in 6 months (including vacation). We analyzed the results of tutoring activities and conducted survey tutees. Results of the analysis and the survey were shown that students (tutees) are satisfied with and interested in the class of computer graphics.

Authentic Leadership and Job Satisfaction of Employees: Moderating Effect of Co-worker's Undermining (진성 리더십과 구성원의 직무만족 간의 관계: 동료훼방의 조절효과)

  • The aim of this article is to examine the relationships between authentic leadership and job satisfaction and to test the moderating effects of co-workers undermining on that relationship. Data were collected from 24th companies in Korea. The sample included 490 employees chosen randomly. Moderated hierarchical regression was used to examine the moderating role of co-workers undermining on the authentic leadership and job satisfaction relationship. The results show that authentic leadership is positively and significantly correlated with job satisfaction. In addition, the results of the hierarchical multiple regression analyses support the moderating effects of perceived employee co-workers undermining with regard to the relationship between authentic leadership and job satisfaction. This study contributes to suggesting the role of co-worker's undermining as a key moderator of their relationship. The theoretical as well as practical implications of the results were discussed with the suggestion for future research.

Effects of classwide peer tutoring on academic achievement, self-leadership and interpersonal ability of nursing students (간호대학생의 전학급동료교수학습이 학업성취, 셀프리더십 및 대인관계능력에 미치는 효과)

  • This is a primitive experimental study to find effects of 10 times classwide peer tutoring on academic achievement, self-leadership and interpersonal ability of nursing students. According to the results of Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis test using SPSS/WIN 19.0, the motive of admission was the factor affecting the most mean ranks related to general characteristics. There were significant differences between academic achievements, cognitive strategy, and promoting relationships(p<.001; p=.020; p=.040), and there was a positive correlation between self-leadership and interpersonal ability(r=.296, p=.041) in Wilcoxon Signed Ranked test. As results of this study, the classwide peer tutoring could be applied in nursing classes for enhancing students' competence, but the researcher suggests further researches with wider range of subjects and setting control group.

Analysis of Effect that Pair Programming Develope of Computational Thinking and Creativity in Elementary Software Education (초등학교 SW교육에서 동료 프로그래밍 교육 방법이 컴퓨팅 사고력과 창의성 신장에 미치는 효과 분석)

  • In this study, It analyzed the effect of pair programming teaching methods in elementary software education. At first, for the development of SW educational programs it surveyed 162 elementary students and 34 teachers in J area. As a result, developed SW educational programs based on geometry in elementary mathematics and it was applied. For application SW programs it was constructed 22 students experimental group, 22 students comparison group of 44 students in 3, 4, 5th grade the winter break of ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ university education donation application. First, software education using pair programming will be more effective on the development of elementary school students' computational thinking. Second, software education using pair programming will be more effective on the development of elementary school students' creativity. Test results, pair programming is to show a significant difference on the development of computational thinking and creativity in elementary software education.

The Effect of Reciprocal Peer Tutoring Strategy for Inducing Structured Students' Interaction in Middle School Science Instruction (중학교 과학 수업에서 학생들의 구조화된 상호작용을 유도하기 위한 상호동료교수 전략의 효과)

  • In this study, the effects of reciprocal peer tutoring strategy on science achievement, science learning motivation, and self-esteem were investigated. Three classes of eighth graders (N=94) at a coed middle school were sampled for the study. They were divided into the comparison group, the cooperative learning (CL) group, and the reciprocal peer tutoring (RPT) group. Students were taught about the separation of mixtures for 13 class hours. Mid-term science examination scores were used as a blocking variable. The two-way ANCOVA results revealed that there were no significant differences among the three groups in the science achievement test, although the scores of the RPT group were higher than those of the comparison group. In all the subtests of the science learning motivation questionnaire, the scores of the RPT group were significantly higher than those of the comparison group. The scores of the RPT group were significantly higher than those of the other groups especially in the confidence part of the science learning motivation questionnaire. In the self-esteem test, the low achievers in the RPT group scored significantly higher than those in the CL group.

An Empirical Study on the Structural Relationships among Colleague trustworthiness, Organizational trust and Organizational citizenship behaviors (동료신뢰성, 조직신뢰, 조직시민행동 간의 구조적 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the structural relationships among colleague trustworthiness, organizational trust and organizational citizenship behaviors(OCB). To conduct such examination, the author (i) designated colleague trustworthiness, organizational trust and OCB as variables and (ii) designed a research model by conducting preceding studies on the variables. To examine the research model the author collected the survey data from the 2 universities employees, 134 copies of questionnaire. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS programs. The analysis results are as follows. Especially, (1) there was no statistically significant relationship between colleague trustworthiness and OCB. (2) it was found that higher degree of integrity the constructs of colleague trustworthiness would lead to higher degree of organizational trust. (3) organizational trust has been found to exert mediating effect on the relationship between colleague trustworthiness and OCB. The implication and limitation which this study are as follows. First, this study has discovered that organizational trust is the important mediating variable that affect the process of relationship between colleague trustworthiness and OCB. This study have limitation in that was conducted based on cross-sectional design of research. Because, the formation of trust is a dynamic process.
