PMSM Sensorless Vector Control for Flywheel Energy Storage System (플라이휠 에너지저장시스템용 영구자석 동기전동기 센서리스 벡터 제어)

  • 본 논문에서는 영구자석 동기 전동기(PMSM)의 수학적 모델을 기반으로 한 플라이휠 에너지 저장 시스템을 매트랩/시뮬링크를 사용하여 모델링 하였다. PMSM의 센서리스 벡터 제어를 위해 속도 및 전류 제어기를 구현하였으며, PI형 상태 관측기를 이용한 역기전압 추정기와 PLL 기반의 위치/속도 추정기를 구현하였다. 초기 기동시 역기전압 추정기반 센서리스 제어 방식은 회전자의 위치를 정확히 추종 할 수 없어 Open-Loop 알고리즘을 통하여 동기 전동기를 구동시킨다. 플라이휠 에너지 저장 시스템의 센서리스 제어 알고리즘은 충전 모드와 발전 모드에서의 시뮬레이션을 통해 성능을 확인하였다.

Design of a synchronization controller for non-rail mobile rack using repetitive control method (반복제어기법을 이용한 무궤도 이동랙 동기화제어기 설계)

  • The non-rail mobile rack, which is used for cargo storage, can improve the storage capacities of logistics centers. Furthermore, it has the advantage that it can be used in traditional logistics centers without making any changes or renovation, such as installing rails. However, when the rack is operated by separated drive actuators mounted on the left and the right wheels, precise position control of the wheels is necessary even if the unbalanced cargo weight on the rack would affect the control. Therefore, internal synchronization control for position tracking between the left and right wheels on the non-rail mobile rack is necessary in this study. In addition, external synchronization control for realizing the same straight movements between mobile racks is necessary. For the internal and the external synchronization control, we propose a synchronization control algorithm based on the repetitive control theory. An internal synchronization control algorithm with repetitive control theory requires the application of the robust servo control method owing to parameter variations. In this case, we can set up the gains for the robust servo control system by considering the cargo variations on the mobile rack. Furthermore, for developing the external synchronization control algorithm, we use a double repetitive control system to perform synchronization control between mobile racks. The efficiency of the proposed control algorithm will be verified by simulation and experimental results. The proposed algorithm can be easily applied in the industry.

  • In this paper, an operating algorithm for single-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor based on PR current controller is proposed. In general, an asymmetric gap may occur depending on the shape of the rotor of single-phase PMSM, and this causes noise and vibration during high-speed operation. Therefore, in this paper, an operating algorithm for a single-phase PMSM usihng a proportional resonant current conrtoller with excellent control stability was proposed. Proportional resonant current controller has on steady state error is relatevly robust against distortion. Also, steady state error of AC input can be eleminated without complicated calculation process. The validity and availability of the proposed algorithm are verified through the experiment.

  • 러시아를 포함한 동유럽 국가에서는 아직까지 상용전원으로 권선형 동기전동기를 구동시키는 산업현장이 많이 있으며, 최근 에너지 절감을 위해 대용량 고전압 권선형 동기전동기 구동용 H-브릿지 멀티레벨 인버터에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 권선형 동기전동기의 일반 V/F 운전 시에 전동기 회전자의 속도가 완벽히 동기화되지 않아 저속영역에서 난조가 발생하여 출력토크가 진동하는 현상으로 운전에 어려움이 있으며, 저속 영역에서의 낮은 토크 출력으로 인하여 다양한 부하에 적용이 힘든 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 H-브릿지 멀티레벨 인버터의 권선형 동기전동기 구동 시 헌팅 억제 알고리즘을 추가하고 속도 지령에 보상함으로써 저속 영역의 속도/토크 헌팅 현상을 저감하는 센서리스 제어 방법을 제안하였다.

  • 본 논문은 영구자석 동기전동기의 동적 특성 개선과 토크 리플 저감 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 영구자석 동기전동기의 인가전압과 토크의 관계를 수학적인 분석을 통해 유효 벡터 인가 시간을 결정하는 기법이다. 결정된 유효벡터 인가 시간과 동기전동기의 토크 오차와의 관계를 이용하여 최종적인 지령전압벡터를 계산한다. 계산된 지령전압벡터는 영구자석 동기전동기의 빠른 응답성과 우수한 정상상태 특성을 보인다. 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 제안하는 영구자석 동기기 토크 제어 알고리즘의 타당성을 확인한다.

  • The distributed measurement and control system require technology to solve complex synchronization problem among distributed devices. It can be solved by using IEEE Standard for a Precision Clock Synchronization Protocol for Networked Measurement and Control Systems to synchronize real-time clocks incorporated within each component of the system. In this paper, we implemented the IEEE 1588v2 PTP emulator on BlueScope BL6000A using a delay request-response mechanism to measure clock synchronization.

  • In this paper, the bit error performance for the reverse link of a synchronous direct sequence code division multiple access (DS-CDMA) system employing an imperfect power control scheme over a frequency selective Rayleigh fading channel is analyzed. The system capacity degradation due to power control error (PCE), which is approximated by a log-normally distributed random variable, is estimate as a function of a standard deviation of the PCE. In addition, the impact of the multipath intensity profile (MIP) shape and the number of resolvable paths on the performance of the synchronous transmission is investigated. To estimate the system capacity, the coded bit error performance is evaluated and compared with the conventional CDMA. It is found tat synchronous transmission has less sensitivity to imperfect power control and eases the power control requirements. In particular, as the decay constant $\delta$ of MIP increases, the synchronous transmission in the DS-CDMA reverse link results in a significant BER improvement over the asynchronous transmission even in the presence of imperfect power control. We further conclude that the capacity can be improved by employing the synchronous transmission.

  • This paper is proposed an adaptive fuzzy bilinear synchronization design for uncertain $L\ddot{u}$ chaos system. It is assumed that the $L\ddot{u}$ chaos system has unknown parameters. First, The $L\ddot{u}$ chaos system can be reconstructed via TS fuzzy bilinear modeling. We design an adaptive fuzzy bilinear synchronization control scheme based on TS fuzzy bilinear $L\ddot{u}$ chaos system with uncertain parameters. Lyapunov theory is employed to guarantee the stability of error dynamic system between TS fuzzy bilinear $L\ddot{u}$ chaos system and the proposed slave system and to derive the adaptive laws for estimating unknown parameters. Simulation results is given to demonstrate the validity of our proposed synchronization scheme.

  • Wireless network has been used in many applications due to its advantages such as convenience, mobility, productivity, easy deployment, easy expandability and low cost. When it comes to stability, wireless network still shows its limitation which makes it difficult to be used for real-time control system. One of the first problems of using wireless network for control system is clock synchronization. There have been synchronization schemes proposed for wired networked control system as well as wireless network. But these should not be applied directly in wireless network control system. In this paper, we point out the importance of clock synchronization in wireless network control system. Then based on the characteristic of wireless networked control system, we propose a clock synchronization scheme for it. Furthermore, we simulate our scheme and compare with previous synchronization scheme in wired and wireless environments.

  • In this paper. a control method based on finite element analysis is presented to improve the control characteristics of t the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM). In the control method. additional compensation current is a added to the conventional control current according to the position of mover. The characteristics of thrust ripple a according to the position of mover and the current are analyzed by using finite element method (FEM). And. the value of current to compensate the thrust ripple due to the cog밍ng force is calculated from the analysis results. The c characteristics according to control method are compared in case of speed control. and to conform the validity of the p presented method, a test set is built and experiments are performed.
