The Role of Liner Shipping Co-operation in Business Strategy (해운기업의 경영전략과 전략적 제휴의 역할에 관한 연구)

  • 우리나라 정기선사는 1970년대 이후 경쟁선사와 다양한 형태의 전략적 제휴를 통하여 꾸준히 성장하여 왔으며 오늘날 세계 정기선시장에서 경쟁우위를 확보하게 되었다. 따라서 우리나라 정기선사의 전략적 제휴에 관한 연구는 제휴전략에 관한 이론을 더욱 더 발전시키는데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다. 이에 따라 본 논문은 정기선사의 경영전략과 전략적 제휴의 역할에 관하여 연구하고자 하며, 다음의 세 가지 연구 질문을 통하여 분석하였다. 첫째, 정기선사의 제휴동기는 무엇인가\ulcorner 둘째, 제휴형태에 따라 제휴동기에 차이점이 있는가\ulcorner 셋째, 정기선사의 경영전략이 제휴형태의 선택에 영향을 미치는가\ulcorner 자료수집 방법은 전략적 제휴의 경험이 있는 해운선사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했으며, 각 선사의 제휴 의사결정에 참여하는 담당자와 인터뷰를 통하여 연구목적과 관련된 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석의 결과, 우리나라 정기선사는 여러 가지 동기에 의하여 제휴를 선택하고, 제휴형태에 따라 각 동기의 중요도에 차이가 있음을 나타내고 있다. 또한, 정기선사의 경영전략이 제휴형태의 선택에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 본 논문은 경영전략에 따른 정기선사의 올바른 제휴형태 선택에 도움을 주는 의사결정 모델을 제시하고 있다.

The Relationship between Learning Motivation, Learning Strategies, and Korean Proficiency of Chinese Korean Language Learners (중국인 학습자의 한국어 숙달도에 따른 학습동기와 학습전략의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between learning motivation, learning strategies and Korean proficiency. Therefore, this study conducted a learning motivation and learning strategies survey on 101 learners of Korean language from Korean and Chinese universities who obtained a middle and high-level on the Test of Proficiency in Korean. A frequency analysis and correlation analysis was conducted on these students using the SPSS 28.0 program. As a result of the study, it was found that the motivation for learning Korean in Chinese learners was high in the order of integrated motivation and instrumental motivation. The frequency of using metacognitive strategies was the highest. There was no difference in learning motivation corresponding to Korean language proficiency, but there was a correlation in the use of social strategies for learners in levels 3, 4 and 5. Based on these research results, I proposed a teaching and learning method for Chinese learners. Further research should be conducted by comparing the learning motives and learning strategies of learners in the beginner-level group and learners in the middle and high-level group.

Comparative Study of Learning Strategies between Mathematical Gifted Children and Average Students in Elementary School (초등수학영재와 일반학생의 학습전략 검사결과 비교 연구)

  • This study is to understanding characteristics of Mathematical gifted children by comparing and analyzing of the learning strategies between gifted children and average students. The result of this study is as below. First, the mathematical gifted children's application ability on the cognitive meta-cognitive strategies and learning resources management strategies was higher than average students. Second, in case of learning resources management strategies between gender, male mathematical gifted students's t-test showed higher than female gifted students. Also, in case of average students, male student's t-test for the learning motive was higher than average female students. Third, mathematical gifted children are positive correlation among the learning motive, self-efficacy, cognitive meta-cognitive strategies, and learning resources management strategies. And in case of average student, it had a positive correlation among the learning motive, self-efficacy, and cognitive meta-cognitive strategies. But there is no correlation between learning strategies and cognitive meta-cognitive strategies.

  • 본 연구는 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 UCC를 네티즌들이 올리는 동기와 내려보는 동기를 분석하였다. UCC생산자와 소비자의 동기를 파악하면 UCC서비스 사이트의 마케팅 전략과 UCC를 마케팅에 활용하고자 하는 기업들에게 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것이다. UCC를 시청하고 게시하는 동기에는 각각 사회적인 측면, 개인적인 측면, 정보추구 측면, 오락적인 측면, 경제적인 측면 등 이상 다섯 가지 동기로 분류되었고 이들의 특성에 대해 분석해 봄으로써 이런 동기가 UCC마케팅 전략에 어떻게 적용될 수 있는지 제시하였다.

The Effect of Education based on Simulation with Problem-based Learning on Nursing Students' Learning Motivation, Learning Strategy, and Academic Achievement (문제중심학습 연계 시뮬레이션 기반 교육이 간호대학생의 학습동기, 학습전략 및 학업성취도에 미치는 효과)

  • This study was conducted in order to develop an education program based on simulation with problem-based learning, to apply it to nursing students, and to examine its effects on the students' learning motivation, learning strategy, and academic achievement. The subjects of this study were 69 seniors majoring in nursing. Education based on simulation with problem-based learning was applied to the students from September to October in 2015, and then a questionnaire survey was conducted on their learning motivation, learning strategy, and academic achievement. According to the results of this study, the education based on simulation with problem-based learning reduced the nursing students' other-directed motivation (external motivation), increased their self-regulation motivation (identified motivation, intrinsic motivation), and improved their use of resource management strategies. In addition, academic achievement (academic performance, and educational satisfaction) was in a positive correlation with identified motivation and learning strategies (cognitive strategy, meta cognitive strategy, and resource management strategy). In conclusion, education based on simulation with problem-based learning was found to be an effective education strategy for enhancing nursing students' autonomous motivation and improving their use of resource management strategies. Thus, it is necessary to promote the application of simulation with problem-based learning in various care situations and to study factors and parameters influencing learning related variables.

Factors Influencing Competence: On Academic Motivation and Learning Strategies of Gifted and Non-gifted Students (유능감에 영향을 주는 요인: 영재와 평재의 학업동기 및 학습전략을 중심으로)

  • This study was to examine whether high school students' academic motivation and learning strategies influence their competence. Of the 600 high school students surveyed from 3 high schools in two metropolitan cities, Korea, 489 completed and returned the questionnaires yielding a total response rate of 81.50%. The final sample consisted of 399 males (81.6%) and 82 females (16.8%). Among the final sample, 113 students were gifted, and 376 students were non-gifted. Their average age was 17.20 years. Measures of students' competence (i.e., cognitive competence, and social competence), academic motivation (i.e., intrinsic motivation to know, toward accomplishment, and to experience stimulation, and extrinsic motivation identified, introjected, and external regulation, and amotivation), and learning strategies (i.e., metacognition, self-monitoring, strategy formation) Spearman's rho(${\rho}$) indicated that students' competence was positively associated with intrinsic (i.e., to know, toward accomplishment, to experience stimulation) and extrinsic (i.e., identified, introjected) motivation, and learning strategies. However, students' competence was negatively associated with amotivation. Hierarchical multiple regression analyses showed that intrinsic motivation (i.e., to experience stimulation), extrinsic motivation(i.e., external regulation), and learning strategies (i.e., strategy formation) were the crucial contributors for enhancing students' competence. Results are discussed in relation to theoretical implications and school settings.

  • Flow is an optimal psychological state that people experience when engaged in an activity that is both appropriately challenging to one's skill level, often resulting in immersion and concentrated focus on a task. Through the study model, we found that Flow can result in deep learning and high levels of learning performance.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a teaching-learning program for the unit 'youth sex and peer relationship' of middle school seventh - grade technology & home economics by applying Keller's ARCS model in five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. In the analysis stage, earlier studies of motivation were analyzed, and a survey was conducted to select ARCS strategies, in the design stage, in which way motivation strategies should be designed, in the development stage, a teaching-learning program for eight sessions was developed in accordance with the two practical problems. In the implementation stage, middle school seventh graders took six sessions according to the program, in the evaluation stage, the highly applicable teaching-learning program was finalized in response to the needs of the students. This study focused on revising ARCS strategies which provide in the teaching-learning programs by implementing and evaluating. Students desired for interesting instruction. It was necessary to develop new ARCS strategies can apply to Home Economics.

  • 설득 테크놀로지(persuasive technology)란 컴퓨터화된 다양한 시스템을 이용하여 사용자의 행동 양식과 태도를 변화시키는 상호작용 기술을 의미한다. 설득 테크놀로지는 사람들의 태도나 행동을 변화시키기 위해 미리 어떠한 의도를 가지고 설계된다. 즉 어떠한 목적을 가진 설득 테크놀로지냐에 따라서 설득의 전략이 달라지는 것이다. 설득에 영향을 주는 수많은 요인들 중에서 어떤 것을 적절히 활용하느냐가 설득 전략의 기초가 된다. 설득 테크놀로지는 광고, 교육, 안전 등 여러 분야에서 사용이 되고 있다, 그 중에서도 최근 주목 받고 있는 식생활 및 다이어트에 관한 셀프 모니터링(self-monitoring) 설득 테크놀로지를 설계할 때 어떠한 설득 전략을 세워야 하는지 연구해 보았다. 다이어트를 위한 식생활 변화를 위해서는 사람들의 자발적인 행동과 태도 변화를 이끌어 내는 것을 목적으로 해야 하기 때문에 구체적인 사용자 동기 유발 전략을 필요로 한다. 인간의 동기 유발을 위한 설득 전략으로 동료 압력(peer-pressure), 정보원의 공신력(information source public trust), 피드백(feedback) 방법을 다이어트 설득 테크놀로지에 적용 시켜 어느 정도 효과가 있는지 살펴보았다. 이 연구는 이러한 요인들을 적용한 다이어트에 대한 동기유발 실험을 통해 각 요인들간의 설득의 정도를 비교 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 결과는 다이어트, 금연 등의 생활패턴의 개선 이외에도 의료, 교육, 환경 등 다양한 분야에서 사용자가 스스로를 좋은 방향으로 나아가게 동기화 시키는 컴퓨터화 된 기술을 개발하는 토대가 될 수 있을 것이다.
