Structure-Model Verification of Yacht Participants' Motivation, Basic Psychological Need Satisfaction and Intentions of Persistent Participation (요트참가자들의 기본심리욕구와 운동참가동기 및 지속적 참여 의도의 구조모형 검증)

  • The purpose of this study was verily the structure model of yacht participants' motives for sport participation, satisfactions of basic psychological need and intentions of persistent participation. Their motives for sport participation and satisfaction of basic psychological desires are reported as variables involving so much in their intentions of persistent participation in the sport activity in which participants of Life Exercise take part. Therefore, a survey research was conducted by aiming at members of yacht foyers' groups and university yacht clubs, 267 copies of the questionnaire in total were used for the analysis. SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 7.0 were used for the processing of the data, and exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and covariance structure model analysis were also applied according to each study objective. The results of the study were as follows: Firstly, there were significant correlations among yacht participants' satisfaction of basic psychological desires, participation motives and intentions of consistent participation. Secondly, yacht participants' satisfaction of basic psychological desires was found to have significant and direct effects on their intentions of persistent participation while haying indirect effects through the medium of their motives for sport participation at the same time. Thirdly, their motives for sport participation had significant effects on their intentions of persistent participation. Fourthly, suggested by the study, the structural equation model of yacht participants' motives for sport participation, satisfaction of basic psychological desires and intentions of persistent participation was found statistically appropriate.

  • This study examined the relationship between attitudes to the natural environment and motivations of Korean hunters. A self-administered mail-out questionnaire was sent to 1,000 hunters who were selected randomly from the file of approximately 15,920 hunting licenses in Korea in 1998. Among the returned questionnaires 550 valid questionnaires were analyzed for this study. The study identified three dimensions of motivation for hunting : Appreciation, Achievement and Social Aspect. The data for this study support that game management should be based on the premise that the motivations for hunting are diverse and that attitudes to the natural environment help explain differences in motivation for hunting.

  • Recently, contests for college students have emerged as an important factor in employment through self-development, and parents' psychological control on college students can prevent the development of autonomy by suppressing decisions and expressions without helping their children become independent. Therefore, this study aims to find out how the parental psychological control perceived by college students affects the motivation to participate in the contest through self-determination. As a result of the study, first, it was found that the psychological control of separation anxiety of parental psychological control negatively affects only the competence among self-determination. Second, it was found that achievement-oriented parental psychological control had a negative effect on all factors of self-determination. Third, it was found that among self-determination factors, competence had a positive effect on pleasure, financial reward, and recognition of others, and a negative effect on a sense of accomplishment. Fourth, it was found that the relationship among self-determination factors had a positive effect on pleasure, financial compensation, and recognition of others. The results of this will be used as basic data to understand the motivation of college students to participate in the contest and the psychological control of their parents.

The Effect of View on Marriage, Children, Psychosocial Maturity, Social Pre-parental Role Recognition on Marriage Motivation in Colleger (대학생의 결혼관, 자녀관, 심리사회적 성숙도, 사회적 예비부모역할 인식이 결혼동기에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting marriage motivation in colleger and to provide basic data for the countermeasures for decrease in marriage rate. The subjects of this study were 175 colleger from K-do. Data were collected from October 1st to October 10th, 2018 and analyzed using IBM SPSS WIN/21.0 to get frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Multiple regression. The subjects' view on marriage was 3.35 points, view on children was 3.11 points, psycosocial maturity was 2.99, social pre-parental role recognition was 3.46, and marriage motivation was 2.81. The marriage motivation of the subjects was positively correlated with view on marriage (r=.38, p<.001), view on children (r=.50, p<.001) and psychosocial maturity (r=0.25, p=.001), and psychosocial maturity was positively correlated with social pre-parental role. The most important factor that affects the subjects' marriage motivation is their view on children (${\beta}=.407$, p<.001), followed by view on marriage (${\beta}=.329$, p<001), Gender (${\beta}=-.184$, p=.004), psychosocial maturity (${\beta}=.159$, p=009), religion (${\beta}=.126$, p=.003). The explanatory power was 52.1% (F=26.01, p<001). Therefore, a program promoting the views on children and marriage to improve marriage motivation, a customized program considering gender and religio, and further research promoting marriage motivation is needed.

Effects of Individual Motivation on Turnover Intention among Social Workers : Focused on the mediation effects of multiple commitment (사회복지사의 개인적 동기가 이직의도에 미치는 영향 - 다중몰입의 매개효과를 중심으로 -)

  • This study set out to investigate the effects of individual motivation on turnover intention among social workers and examine their turnover intentions in details by focusing on the mediation effects of multiple commitment. To be specific, it aimed to propose and test a prediction model for social workers' turnover intentions based on the Self-determination Theory and Theory of Planned Behavior. For those purposes, a mail survey was taken among social workers working for use facilities, residential facilities, public health centers, social welfare foundations and associations, and all kinds of centers and institutions in 15 cities and provinces across the nation. Total 1,918 questionnaires were distributed, and 1,671 ones were returned, and 979 whose respondents expressed a turnover intention were used in final analysis. The analysis results indicate that psychological motivation of social workers had direct impacts on their turnover intention. However, their role stress had no direct impacts on their turnover intention, which suggests that the impulsive routes model for turnover intention is supported only in psychological motivation and job characteristics. Secondly, their psychological and job motivation turned out to have indirect impacts on turnover intention through the multiple commitment, which suggests that the reflective routes model for turnover intention is supported in all career, job, and organizational commitment. Career commitment had the most significant impacts on turnover intention, being followed by job commitment and organizational commitment in the order, which suggests that the social welfare academy should increase their interest in career commitment.   • 변혁적 리더십이 비전제시, 동기부여 등으로 부하 직원의 심리상태에 영향을 주고 변화를 유도한다는 점에서, 조직구성원의 긍정심리자본에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 연구결과(Lyttle, 2007; 이동섭 최용득, 2009)가 최근 발표된 바 있다. 또한 리더의 유머사용이 직원에게 긍정적인 마음과 동기를 심어줌으로써 긍정심리자본형성에 중요요인이라는 연구결과(Lyttle, 2007)처럼, 인재중시의 측면에서 재미있고 훌륭한 일터의 구현을 제공 및 기여하는 리더의 유머 경영에 대한 관심은 지속적으로 높아지고 있는 추세이다(Avolio, Howell, & Sosik, 1999). 본 연구는 리더의 변혁적 리더십과 유머사용이 긍정심리자본을 매개변수로 하여 부하의 혁신성향, 직무 만족, 조직시민행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 국내중소제조업을 대상으로 검증하고 최종적으로 대안모형을 탐색하였다. 근로자 272명을 대상으로 실증 분석한 결과, 모든 가설에서 유의한 결과가 나타났으며 또한 변혁적 리더십은 직무만족과 조직시민행동에 직접적으로 정(+)의 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 국내 중소기업의 경우 리더가 리더십 발현과 유머사용으로 부하 직원의 동기를 부여하고 긴장을 완화시켜주는 등 긍정적이고 낙관적인 심리형성에 기여함으로써 혁신성향, 직무만족, 조직시민행동에 영향을 준다는 것을 보여준다.

An Analysis of Competitive Structure among Entertainment Industries, focusing on Consumption Motives (관람동기를 기준으로 한 엔터테인먼트 산업간 경쟁구조 분석에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구는 동일 제품범주 내에서 상호 대체가능성(substitutability)을 중심으로 연구 되어 왔던 상표간의 사용상황 대체(substitution-in-use) 이론을 산업간 경쟁의 차원으로 확대하여 적용할 수 있는 가능성을 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 소비자의 소비경험이 선택기준의 중요한 요소로 작용하는 서비스부문을 대상으로 소비자의 선택동기, 즉 소비동기의 차원에서 산업간 경쟁구조와 경쟁강도를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구의 범위는 마케팅 분야에서 비교적 소외되어 왔던 엔터테인먼트 부문, 특히 문화예술부문과 스포츠부문에 초점을 맞추었다. 연구방법으로는 이들간의 심리적 거리를 측정하여, 그 근접성의 정도에 따라 산업간 경쟁구조와 경쟁특성을 분석하였다. 분석도구는 그 동안 마케팅의 영역에서 특정 산업 내에의 상표간 경쟁구조를 연구하는데 이용되었던 심리적 거리측정도구를 이용하였다. 이에 따라 구매자의 사용목적에 따른 상표간 대체 가능성을 산업간의 심리적 근접성을 이용해 측정하고 그 거리의 크기에 따라 경쟁강도의 선택의 대체성을 분석하였다. 방법론적 측면에서는 먼저 엔터테인먼트산업, 문화예술과 공연예술산업, 그리고 스포츠 등의 소비동기 유형을 살펴본 후, 이들 중에서 중복가능성이 있는 동기유형을 선별하였다. 이에 따라 다양한 관람 엔터테인먼트산업에서 나타나고 있는 12개의 소비동기 유 형을 발견할 수 있었다. 이후 이렇게 추출된 동기유형을 대상으로 산업간 대체성을 심적 거리좌표를 이용하여 측정하고 측정된 자료를 다차원척도법(MDS)을 이용해 2차원의 공간 상에 투사하였다. 그리고 상호간의 근접성과 경쟁구조를 확인하고 분석결과에 대해 논의 하였다. 분석결과 엔터테인먼트 상품들간에는 근접성의 차원에서 서로 대체될 수 있음을 발견할 수 있었고 이는 이들이 동일한 시장을 대상으로 경쟁관계가 있음을 시사하는 것이다. 개별 관람동기 차원의 분석 결과, 관람 엔터테인먼트 소비자들은 동일한 관람동기를 서로 다른 많은 유형의 엔터테인먼트산업이나 공연예술, 문화예술상품, 쇼나 오락, 관람스포츠 등에 의해 해결하고 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 사용한 접근방법과 연구의 결과는 향후 간접적 관계에서 직접적 관계로 경쟁이 확대되는 많은 마케팅분야에 적용될 수 있을 것이다.

On the purchase of luxury motivation factors and use benefits Causal Structure Model Analysis (명품구매동기와 사용혜택요인이 구매의도에 미치는 인과구조 모형 분석)

  • This study covered the Korean consumers' Luxury Purchase Motivation and benefit factors associated with the consumption behavior. Causal structural relationships between these variables were examined. Examined for the preceding literature on the basis of an analysis of the factor structure of Korean luxury purchase motivation factors and use benefits for Luxury of purchasing to help any relationship whether these factors were confirmed. Firstly, the results confirm the relevance luxury purchase motivations and benefits among the factors, materialistic motives, the economic benefits and practical benefits factors had a positive impact. Personal benefits and social benefits, and cost-benefit factors had a positive impact on the psychological motives. Secondly, the luxury of buying does not have a significant effect on the material motives. The other hand, had a positive effect on psychological motives. Third, the benefits of relevant factors on the purchase of luxury used. Personal factors, economic and practical benefits, they did not have a significant impact. Social benefit factors had a negative impact. Finally mediated side effects among these factors was confirmed. Only psychological motives mediating effects on factors of social benefits through the purchase of crazy. The results of this study to describe the consumer luxury purchasing behavior on buying behavior, as well as a simple linear relationship between the factors for the benefits to be gained by using luxury purchase motivation indirectly explained the process for luxury marketers in the future, and psychological characteristics offered to consider the implications.

  • It is a tentative study on the influence of the consumers' motivation of charity impulse on their loyalty who donate to non-profit organizations. Based on the self-determination theory, this thesis paper analyzed the motivation of charity impulse on non-profit organizations which is the main factor influencing the donation loyalty with consumer-nonprofit identification as parametric variables.

  • This study analyzes MMORPG in user's desire perspective and tried to find specific motivation factors. In research result, character has been separated in user character, another user character, boss monster and support character. And character's factor analysis yielded three factors: visual attraction, psychological propensity and competence. The result of the regression analysis about character's motivation factor show that it is significantly different that motivation level and motivation factors from each character. This finding implies that specific motivation factors can serve to make strategy for motivate user's game playing.
