Vehicle control system base on the low power long distance communication technology(NB-IoT)

  • In this paper, we developed a vehicle control terminal using IoT and low-power long-distance communication (NB-IoT) technology. This system collects information on the location and status of a parked vehicle, and transmits the vehicle status to the vehicle owner's terminal in real time with low power to prevent vehicle theft, and in the case of a vehicle in motion, When primary information about the vehicle, such as an impact, is collected and transmitted to the server, the server analyzes the relevant data to generate secondary information on traffic congestion, road damage, and safety accidents. By sending it, you can know the exact arrival time of the vehicle at its destination. This terminal device is an IoT gateway for a vehicle and can be connected to various wired and wireless sensors inside the vehicle. In addition, the data collected from vehicle maintenance, efficient operation, and vehicles can be usefully used in the private or public sector.

  • 멀티미디어 시스템에서는 미디어 데이터의 연속성을 보장하는 것이 중요한 문제이다. 90년대에 제안된 구역분할 디스크에서 연속성을 보장하면서 멀티미디어를 효과적으로 저장, 전송하기 위하여 새로운 스케줄링 방식과 데이터 블록의 배치가 제안되었다. 이 방식은 구역을 순환하면서 데이터 블록을 배치시키고 SCAN 알고리즘으로 데이터를 읽어 들이는 방식이다. 이 경우 SCAN 알고리즘으로 데이터를 읽어 들이므로 이중 버퍼링(double buffering) 방법을 사용하게 된다. 이중 버퍼링의 데이터를 읽어 들이는 주기와 서비스 주기의 불일치성으로 인하여 새로운 스트림의 요청이 있을 때 기존의 서비스 스트림에 주기시간의 증가로 인한 데이터의 지연문제(jitter)가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 구역분할 디스크를 이용하는 비디오 서버에서 새로운 요구의 도착으로 인하여 발생하는 데이터 지연 문제(jitter)를 해결하기 위하여 선행 버퍼링이란 기법을 제시한다.

  • In this paper, we study an optimal service policy of the M/M/2/K queueing system with two types of customers. The incurred costs consist of waiting cost, service cost and incurred costs consist of waiting cost, service cut and changeover cost. The changeover cost occurs when a server who assigned to serve a particular type of customers reassigned to the other types of customers. Two servers serve two types of customers who arrive to the two separate queues. The two types of customers differ in respect of their arrival rate, service rate, waiting cost, and service cost. The servers require a policy, for determining when they should change their service type, which minimizes the long run expected total cost. The policy is obtained by a Markov decision process model that consists of a finite number of states and actions. In order to find the optimal service policy, we define states and actions of the system, compute onestep transition probabilities, and apply to the successive approximations algorithm.

  • 실시간 시스템에서 주기 태스크의 마감시간을 보장하며 도착 시간을 예측할 수 없는 비주기 태스크를 처리되도록 스케줄링 하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 정적 우선순위 스케줄링 방식 중 최적인 RM방식으로 주기 태스크를 스케줄링하고, 비주기 태스크의 발생시 비주기 태스크를 EDF 방식으로 스케줄링하여 오프라인에서 구한 슬랙을 비주기 태스크에 할당한다. 제안한 방식은 비주기 태스크의 마감시한내의 슬랙과 비주기 태스크의 실행 시간을 비교하여 비주기 태스크가 마감시한 내에 실행되지 못하는 경우 주기 태스크와 슬랙을 최적적합으로 교환하는 방식을 사용하여 비주기 태스크의 처리를 가능하게 하였다. 제안된 방식은 경성 비주기 태스크와 연성 비주기 태스크에 적용이 가능하며, 실험 결과 교환 알고리즘을 적용한 스케줄링 방식이 적용하지 않은 스케줄링 방식에 비해 비주기 태스크의 처리율이 높게 나왔다.

  • The linear traffic model(Vertical queueing model) that is adopted widely in traffic flow estimation assumes that all vehicles have the identical motion before joining a queue at the stop-line. Thus, a queue is supposed to form vertically not horizontally. Due to the simplicity of this model, the departure time of the leading vehicle is assumed to coincide with the start of effective green time. Thus, the delay estimates given by the Vertical queueing model is not always realistic. This paper explores a microscopic traffic model(a Kinematic Car-following model at Signalised intersections: a KCS traffic model) based on the one dimensional Kinematic equations in physics. A comparative evaluation in delay and sensitivity of delay difference between the KCS traffic model and the previously known Vertical queueing model is presented. The results show that the delay estimate in the Vertical queueing model is always greater than or equal to the KCS traffic model; however, the sensitivity of delay in the KCS traffic model is greater than the Vertical queueing model.

  • Signals in an underwater channel get distorted by multipath propagation. In this paper, pre-coding method is suggested which helps comprehending the signals with minimum equalization. The signals are transformed based on the knowledge of the impulse response of the channel. Proposed pre-coding method is tested by simulations based on the ray theory and through water tank experiments. In weak multipath environment, in case of an SNR of about 20 dB, BER is $10^{-3}{\sim}10^{-4}$, while in strong multipath environment, similar BER is achieved with SNR of about 30 dB. In order for the pre-coding method to be used for underwater vehicles, channel prediction method utilizing the waveguide invariant is suggested and tested.

  • Air transport today is a means of transport that is optimized for exchanges between nations. Around the world, has experienced an increase in operating and the number of airline route expansion that has entered into the international aviation agreements in order to take advantage of the air transport efficient, but the possibility of the occurrence of air transport accidents increased. When compared to the accident of other means of transport, development of air transport accidents, not high, but it leads to catastrophe aviation accident occurs. Air Transport accident many international transportation accident than domestic transportation accident, in the event of an accident, the analysis of the legal responsibility of the shipper or the like is necessary or passenger air carrier. Judgment of the legal order of discipline of air transport accident is a classification of the type of air transport agreement. Depending on the object, air transport agreements are classified into the contract of carriage of aviation of the air passenger transportation contract. For casualties occurs, air passenger transportation accident is a need more discussion of legal discipline for this particular. Korean Commercial Code, it is possible to reflect in accordance with the actual situation of South Korea the contents of the treaty, which is utilized worldwide in international air transport, even on the system, to control land, sea, air transport and welcoming to international standards. However, Korean Commercial Code, the problem of the Montreal Convention has occurred as it is primarily reflecting the Montreal Convention. As a cause of liability for damages, under the Commercial Code of Korea and the contents of the treaty precedent is reflected, the concept of accident is necessary definition of the exact concept for damages of passengers in particular. 행성 근접통과를 이용한 행성간 탐사선의 궤도 설계에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구에서는 행성 근접통과(Gravity Assist, Swingby, Flyby)를 이용한 행성간 탐사선의 궤도를 설계할 수 있는 알고리즘 개발을 자체적으로 수행하였다. 미 항공우주국(NASA)에서는 이를 이용한 행성간 탐사선의 궤도에 관한 연구를 이미 1950년대부터 시작하여 왔으며, 1973년 Mariner 10호가 한번에 두 행성, 금성과 수성을 탐사하는데 성공하였다. 행성간 임무에 있어서 행성 근접통과를 적절하게 이용한다면 임무 수행시 요구되는 에너지를 최소화 시킬 수 있어 발사비용의 절감효과와 함께 한번의 발사로 여러 행성의 탐사가 가능하여 임무의 효율성을 증대 시킬 수 있다. 행성 근접통과를 이용한 행성 탐사선의 궤도설계를 위해서는 근접 통과하는 행성(Flyby planet)에서의 진입속도벡터( $V_{\infty}$$^{ -}$) 및 출발속도벡터( $V_{\infty}$$^{+}$)의 크기, 근접 통과시의 비행 고도(Flyby altitude), 근접 통과 행성과의 충돌여부 분석(B-plane analysis), 최종적으로 도착하고자 하는 행성(Target planet)의 위치 등 많은 제한조건이 고려되어야 한다. 연구된 알고리즘의 결과를 미 항공우주국 (NASA)의 임무였던 Mariner 10호의 결과와 비교하여 보았으며, 우리나라가 향후 목성으로 탐사선을 보낸다고 가정하였을 경우, 행성 근접통과를 이용한 탐사선의 발사시기(Launch Window), 요구되는 발사 에너지(C3)값, 그리고 각각에 따른 궤적들을 산출하여 보았다. 이미 기술 개발을 완료한 국가들이 관련 기술의 제휴를 기피하고 있는 현 상황에서 이와 관련된 연구는 우주개발의 시대를 열고 있는 우리나라의 우주개발관련 기초 기술 분야를 위해 선행 연구되어야 할 부분이다. 기초 기술 분야를 위해 선행 연구되어야 할 부분이다.다.향을 해석하고 시뮬레이션 하였다.Device Controller)는 ECU로부터 명령어를 받아서 arm 및 safe 상태에 대한 텔리 메트리 데이터를 제공한다 그리고, SAR(Solar Array Regulator)는 ECU로부터 Bypass Relay 및 ARM Relay에 관한 명령어를 받아 수행되며 그에 따른 텔리 메트리 데이터를 제공한다. 마지막으로 EPS 소프트웨어를 검증하는 EPS Software Verification을 수행하였다 전력계 소프트웨어의 설계의 검증 부분은 현재 설계 제작된 전력계 .소프트웨어의 동작 특성 이 위성 의 전체 운용개념과 연계하여 전력계 소프트웨어가 전력계 및 위성체의 요구조건을 만족시키는지를 확인하는데 있다. 전력계 운용 소프트웨어는 배터리의 충ㆍ방전을 효율적으로 관리해 3년의 임무 기간동안 위성체에 전력을 공급할 수 있도록 설계되어 있다this hot-core has a mass of 10sR1 which i:s about an order of magnitude larger those obtained by previous studies.previous studies.업순서들의 상관관계를 고려하여 보다 개선된 해를 구하기 위한 연구가 요구된다. 또한, 준비작업비용을 발생시키는 작업장의 작업순서결정에 대해서도 연구를 행하여, 보완작업비용과 준비비용을 고려한 GMMAL 작업순서문제를 해결하기 위한 연구가 수행되어야 할 것이다.로 이루어 져야 할 것이다.태를 보다 효율적으로 증진시킬 수 있는 대안이 마련되어져야 한다고 사료된다.$\ulcorner$순응$\lrcorner$의 범위를 벗어나지 않는다. 그렇기 때문에도 $\ulcorner$순응$\lrcorner$$\ulcorner$표현$\lrcorner$의 성격과 형태를 외형상으로 더욱이 공간상에서는 뚜렷하

  • The Korea Maritime Police Agency(KMPA) is the national maritime Search and Rescuee (SAR) authority with the responsibility to promote an efficient organization of SAR services and to coordinate the conduct of SAR operations within the Korean Search and Rescue Region(SRR). The maritime SAR operations shall provide an adequate and effective search and rescue services to minimize the loss by rendering aid to persons in distress and property in the marine environment. The essence of a successful search and rescue operation is the speed with which it is planned and carried out because survivors who need assistance and whose chances of survival diminish rapidly with time. This paper aims to propose an optimal allocation model of maritime SAR fleet in view of minimizing the search and rescue time. When maritime accidents occur, rescue units have to reach to the distress scene within the specified time. For this, SAR units must be redeployed to an advanced base so that Rescue Units(RU) can reach to the scene of distress in the shortest possible time. The Korean maritime SRR is divided into 180 sub-areas in consideration of an operational and technical ability of SAR units. The suggested model is verified through an empirical application to the Korean maritime SRR. And also the Rescue Vessels(RV) required is estimated for each Rescue Co-ordination Center(RCC).
