최근 부산 영도를 중심으로 해상관광에 대한 논의가 활발히 이루어 지고 있다. 그에 따라 해상관광에 대한 법률 및 항로 개정, 부산 북항-남항에 대한 여건변화가 지난 몇 년에 걸쳐서 현재까지 계속되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산 영도에서 이뤄지는 해상관광의 현황을 분석하고 해양도시에 적용할 수 있는 도시형 해상관광 네트워크 구축 방안에 대해 제안하였다.

최근 도시농업의 중요성이 부각되면서 정책적 육성과 지원에 힘입어 다양한 형태의 도시농업 조성이 확대되고 있다. 현대 농업은 스마트팜 보급이 일반화되고 있지만, 대부분의 도시농업은 전통적인 작물재배 방법을 사용하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 도시농업의 다양한 유형을 고려한 도시형 스마트팜 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 도시형 스마트팜 시스템은 스마트팜 통합 컨트롤러와 스마트팜 서비스 플랫폼 서버로 구성되며, 스마트온실 표준 인터페이스 기반의 센서 및 구동기 연동과 IoT 서비스 플랫폼을 이용하여 도시농업의 유형에 따라 유동적으로 시스템을 구성 할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다.

Restructuring urban land use patterns from the motor-oriented to transit-oriented ones is a contemporary trend in urban planning and transportation. It is expected that transforming urban land use patterns to be transit and walking friendly would resolve various urban problems such as heavy energy consumptions, air pollutions, and traffic congestions. Korean cities have much potentials for developing transit-oriented urban environments in terms of its density and civil service levels, but the level of transit usage levels and the environmental quality of cities are not good enough for supporting such transition. The purpose of this study is to analyze the urban transit center areas and identify the problems to be solved to create transit-oriented urban environments. Case studies of four urban transit center areas in Seoul Metropolitan region were conducted to examine the spatial characteristics of urban transit center areas and identify their problems. Development density, land use diversity, walk-ability and transit connectivity were the primary feature of interests.

도시공간정보 통합플랫폼은 도시의 체계적이고 과학적인 관리, 특히 지상 및 지하시설물 관리에 필요한 센서 및 미들웨어 기술, 유무선 네트워크, GIS-USN 연계 등의 요소기술이 집적된 지능형 도시운영 기반환경으로 정의된다. 도시공간정보 통합플랫폼은 상수도, 하수도, 가스, 난방, 송유, 전력, 통신의 7대 지하시설물과 교량, 육교, 터널 등 도시 지상시설물 등 도로기반시설물 관리를 지능화 할 수 있는 기반 환경을 제공하는 역할을 수행해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 지능형 도시공간정보 통합플랫폼 개발을 위해 플랫폼의 비전을 설정하고 개방형 분산처리 레퍼런스 모델(RM-ODP, Reference Model for Open Distributed Processing)의 적용을 통해 개발전략을 도출하였다.

Unlike the past, the elderly who are growing rapidly in Korea are called 'active seniors'. They prefer to live in urban silver towns despite high living cost and make their own new urban contents. The new urban contents that reflect the living characteristics of active seniors have an important impact on their choice of residential location. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the location characteristics of urban silver towns, which are preferred as the main residence of active seniors, based on the urban living contents of active seniors. The location characteristics of urban silver towns considering the urban living contents of active seniors can be classified 1) public transportation, 2) nearby arterial roads, 3) culture shopping facilities, 4) medical facilities, 5) apartment complexes, and 6) natural environments. Especially, the accessibilities of medical facilities, apartment complexes, and culture shopping facilities were the main characteristics of urban silver towns. The results of this study are expected to be helpful not only the location of urban silver towns, which is the urban new content of active senior, but also for the policy on housing for the elderly.

A convention is a customary channel that not only distinguishes the contemporary urban fantasy contents from other genres but also feels familiar with users for its currency. To begin with, the study defines the fantasy investigating the types of the fantasies, the time and the space which are regarded as the world of the fantasy, the fantasy storytelling and the convention, the custom of the fantasy. Next, the meaning and the convention of the contemporary urban fantasy contents are discussed. Ultimately, through the contemporary urban fantasy contents analysis, the study traces changes in the fantasy genres understanding how the convention destruction of the fantasy genre generates the convention in contemporary urban fantasy contents. Finally, the study proposes the directions of the convention in contemporary urban fantasy contents production which would provide us with a new experience and a dimension of fun.

Integrated Urban Spatial Information Management Platform (USIMP) is defined as an operational environment where technologies for intelligent management of urban facilities are made possible through the integration of diverse technologies such as sensors for ground and underground facilities, middleware technology, wired and wireless network, GIS-USN linkage. To make the integration of these diverse technology possible, it is imperative to have a sound reference model for the platform. This paper provides a standardized reference model for USIMP based on the RM-OPD(Reference Model for Open Distributed Processing) standard.

전국적으로 도시재생에 대한 연구와 사업이 진행되고 있는 시점에서 창원시의 마을흔적보전사업은 지역 맞춤형 도시재생의 한 가지 사례가 될 수 있다. 마을흔적보전사업은 재개발, 재건축으로 사라지는 옛 마을의 흔적을 보전하여 주민들의 추억과 마을역사, 공동체 문화를 이어주는 도시재생사업의 일환이다. 마을흔적보전사업은 현대산업발전의 시대적 산물이며 주민들의 공통된 추억과 기억이 담긴 공간과 환경이 도시개발과정에서 멸실되는 것을 방지한다. 또 지역의 문화적 가치를 창출함으로서 '지역맞춤형 도시재생'을 실현하는 한 가지 실천적 방법이 될 수 있다.

This study suggests Compact City type urban development strategies and planning elements with the purpose of sustainable development. The suggestions are based on analysis of the development projects promoted in the cities within Green-Belt. Following are the findings of this study: First, in the late 20th century, Compact-City has been suggested as standard of sustainable urban development in the developed countries, and this promoted urban development plans were presented in detail. Second, The development plans are suggested plan elements by urban environment, space, community, and management. It was classified as an applicable element in Green belt and Compact City type. Finally, after comparing several city development projects (Gwacheon, Uiwang, Hanam), differences and Limitations between the Compact-City type urban development. Considering analysis of this study, urban development projects in Green Belt should be prepared to sustainable Compact city type urban development.
