For cities with ancient buildings at core areas, night lighting is an effective means to demonstrate their history and culture. In this regard, night scenes of these ancient buildings are evaluated from multiple aspects, such as color rendition, brightness ratio affected by ambient light and technological realization of lighting facilities. This study builds a visual evaluation system for night scenes of ancient buildings based on three dimensions, namely ancient architecture carrier performance, visual perception and technological realization, and explains specific evaluation sub-criteria one by one. In addition, this study adopts Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analyze the impact of each sub-criteria item on the weight of the whole evaluation system, and conducts a consistency test to show that the evaluation system meets the reasonable requirements of hierarchy setting. Moreover, relative importance of each sub-criteria item may be determined based on their corresponding weights.

With the low birth rate and the inner city decline, the number of small schools is expected to increase. In this trend, the Ministry of Education has consistently used the number of students as a standard for the merger and abolition of schools since 1982, but it seems that has generated a vicious circle of education in rural areas and also it did not reflect realistic requirements and changes in the times although it is efficiency of local education finances. With the number of students constantly decreasing, it has a high probability to make villages without schools in urban areas if decisions are made by the number of students. In this sense, it is suggested that regional contexts and socioeconomic environment should be taken into account rather than to conduct the merger and abolition of small schools with economic logic. It is necessary to change the direction of improving the quality of education through the operation of small schools for coexistence of schools and villages and a cultivating the manpower needed in the 21st century knowledge information society and the 4th industrial revolution era. Therefore, we tried to find tasks for expanding small schools of the local community and developing small schools suitable for future social change.

The importance of the creative class has been emphasized as the industrial structure changes. However, there are only a few studies on gender wage difference in the creative class. The purpose of this study is to analyze the various factors influencing the gender wage gap in the creative class by using labor panel data. The results of this study are as follows: First, it was found that the wage of the male creative class is higher than the wage of the female creative class. Second, there were different factors affecting wages depending on the gender of the creative class. Third, female workers in the creative class suffer wage discrimination due to differences, but a larger part is due to gender discrimination. Fourth, compared to the non-creative classes, the gender wage gap of the creative classes was small. The gender gap caused by discrimination was the highest among the younger generation.

Recently, many cities around the world introduced and operated shared bicycle system to reduce the traffic and air pollution. Seoul also provides shared bicycle service called as "Ddareungi" since 2015. As the use of shared bicycle increases, the demand for bicycle in each station is also increasing. In addition to the restriction on budget, however, there are managerial issues due to the different demands of each station. Currently, while bicycle rebalancing is used to resolve the huge imbalance of demands among many stations, forecasting uncertain demand at the future is more important problem in practice. In this paper, we develop forecasting model for demand for Seoul shared bicycle using statistical time series analysis and apply our model to the real data. In particular, we apply Holt-Winters method which was used to forecast electricity demand, and perform sensitivity analysis on the parameters that affect on real demand forecasting.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of anxious attachment on psychological violence victimization and the role of relationship addiction on the relationship between anxious attachment and psychological violence victimization. To do this, 201 adults between 20~30 years old who live in G city and J area were administered anxious attachment, relationship addiction, and psychological violence victimization scale. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 for correlational analysis to examine the relationship between variables, and the structural equation for mediating effect validation was performed using AMOS 22.0. As a result, there were positive correlations among anxious attachment, relationship addiction and psychological violence victimization. Also, the effects of relationship addiction on the relationship showed full mediation effect. This suggests that anxious attachment may lead to psychological violence victimization through relationship addiction. Through this study, a counseling intervention method which is helpful to clients who have psychological violence victimization is presented. Based on the study, findings and implications are discussed.

This study conducted topic modeling, association analysis, and sentiment analysis focused on text mining in order to reflect regional characteristics in the process of establishing an information plan in Chungcheongbuk-do. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that Chungcheongbuk-do occupies a relatively high proportion of educational activities to bridge the information gap, and is interested in improving infrastructure to provide non-face-to-face, untouched administrative services, and bridge the gap between urban and rural areas. In addition, it is necessary to refer to the fact that there is a positive evaluation of the combination of bio and IT in the regional strategic industry and examples of ICT innovation services. It has been confirmed that smart cities have high expectations for the establishment of various cooperation systems with IT companies, but continuous crisis management is necessary so that they are not related to political issues. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as one of the methods to specifically reflect regional changes in the process of informatization.

Recent years have seen a rapid boom of the 4th industry and relevant policies in regions. However there are only a few studies about the impact of the 4th industry on the local economy. This study examines the agglomeration effects of the 4th industry on regional economy by using a spatial statistical models. As a result, it was found that the agglomeration of the 4th industry had a positive effect on the productivity of the local economy, while there is not good enough evidence to prove the relationship between the 4th industry and the income of the region. These findings indicate that the impact of the agglomeration of the fourth industry on the local economy is limited. In addition, the impact on the local economy was different by the type of the fourth industry, and the manufacturing industry and financial and insurance industries had a positive impact on the growth of the local economy.

With the recent growth of the big data technology market, interest in visualization technology has steadily increased over the past few years. Data visualization is currently used in a wide range of disciplines such as information science, computer science, human-computer interaction, statistics, data mining, cartography, and journalism, each with a slightly different meaning. Big data visualization in smart cities that require multidisciplinary research enables an objective and scientific approach to developing user-centered smart city services and related policies. In particular, spatial-based data visualization enables efficient collaboration of various stakeholders through visualization data in the process of establishing city policy. In this paper, a user-centered spatial big data visualization expression request method was derived by examining the spatial-based big data visualization expression process and principle from the viewpoint of effective information delivery, not just a visualization tool.

Recently, there has been a growing interest in the fourth industrial revolution, expected to have a significant impact on society. However, there are only a few studies on spatial distribution and location of the fourth industry. This study tried to classify the spatial distribution of the fourth industry by using LQ, a non-geographical method, and Getis-Ord's Gi^*, a geographical method. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, there are the specialized areas of the fourth industry in the non-Seoul metropolitan area as well as the Seoul metropolitan area. Second, industrial clusters and neighborhood areas of the fourth industry were located mostly in the Seoul metropolitan area. Third, industrial clusters were concentrated on the southern part of Gyeonggi Province and Seoul, and there are no industrial clusters in the northern part of the Seoul metropolitan area and the nature conservation area. This paper shows that the cluster area of the fourth industry is concentrated in the Seoul metropolitan area. Therefore, policies for the 4th industry are needed to solve this unbalanced spatial distribution of the fourth industry.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship between politicians' YouTube information service quality, politician's image and trust, and voters' social and political participation intentions. To investigate this, 306 voters were sampled through an online survey. The quality factors of the politician's YouTube information service were found to have a positive effect on the image of a politician. Among them, timeliness and reliability had a positive effect on the trust of politicians, but playfulness did not. Both the image and trust of politicians through YouTube were found to have a positive effect on voters' intention to participate in society and politics. As a result of examining the indirect effect, it was found that the image of a politician had an indirect effect on the quality of information service and the intention to participate in society and politics. This study is significant in revealing that the fact that the image and trust of politicians is a major variable that appeals to citizens' social and political participation is also applicable to YouTube.
