Recently, many people perform jobs including study and work within a common indoor space. Yet this space could have an adverse effect on operational efficiency as well as health because of many pollution factors. So maintaining a pleasant environment in the common space is important. In this thesis we study the integrated environment management system for better living conditions. This system analyzes and manages harmful environmental factors to make more pleasant environment in office, library or classroom. The proposed indoor environment management system will provide a pleasant environment by monitoring the indoor environment and driving the actuator in real time. In addition, it can be applicable to different types of indoor space to reach solutions to raise recognition of indoor environment pollution by people.

EBLIP seeks to improve library practice by utilizing the best available evidence in conjunction with a pragmatic perspective developed from working experiences in librarianship. The purpose of this study is to apply the evidence-based library and information practice(EBLIP) in Korean librarianship with encouraging the practitioners to publish in their workplace. Content analysis on papers accepted for publication among five LIS journals and focus group interview were performed in order to investigate the contexts and perceptions on the publishing activities of practicing librarians. While the proportion of papers that librarians wrote was calculated at 26 percent among the sample, the percentage of papers with librarians as a single author was only 9.2. Significant obstacles for librarians to publish papers due to organizational level were observed. The author suggests organizational support and better framework for communicating research based on practice such as publication of evidence-based practical journal and the adoption of structural abstract. The findings reinforce the importance of teaching rigorous research methods in workplace.

Recently, the quantity of using information go on increasing geometric-progression. At the same time, the management of information is effected on the most organization's effective operation so that many user call for the powerful equipment which expound. access more information. As information searching technology is concentrated about the object of information based on a letter mainly, an effective searching technology for the object of multimedia such as a still image, a video and a sound must be studied. As a monitor of computer is 2-D, it difficult for one to grasp the whole aspect at a look glance like a library. Accordingly, some condition is necessary. First, it acquired the virtual video, turning a camera around by 30 degrees with a camera of 15mm lens, giving a warping and distortion. Second, it improved the books for user to search easily, adding to the video in existing books information system. The original text suggests some way which can embody the video searching technology under the base of personal computer.

The times when students are university age is a time or period of great transition and individual growth from adolescence to adulthood. Students are still semidependent upon their parents both economically and psychologically. However, it is also a time for growing self-determination and responsibility, such as studying on their own, finding effective approaches for job searches, and realizing or becoming aware of their future places in society. Therefore, as with middle and high school students, it can be a very confusing time, especially with an individual's self-identity. If students are able to read pertinent subject matter books, talk with people and expand their scope of recognition, they should be able to better grasp traditional values and current society viewpoints maturity levels and confidence will be greatly enhanced. In this study, I propose introducing and implementing the necessary methods for the organization and management of university student reading clubs, focusing specifically on case studies with the whole country library and information science to aid students in this critical time in their young lives.

This study aims to identify the current situation and core competencies of records managers and archivists through an in-depth interpretation of the perception and its meaning behind their experiences and, based on them, to seek the educational service directions of professional organizations. As a result of qualitative data analysis using interpretive phenomenological research method, this study identified three categories of field needs, core competencies, and educational service directions, as well as 10 super-topics, 30 sub-topics, and 82 semantic units. Based on this, this study has suggested the educational service directions of professional organizations, such as the provision of opportunities to secure external driving forces for work innovation, the provision of learning opportunities for communication and public discussion among institutions, and the provision of new partnerships and practical learning opportunities. This study is meaningful in having derived the main educational service directions that professional organizations should focus on and support by identifying the current situation and core competencies of records managers and archivists.

In this study, the appraisal in record continuum theory is analyzed in conjunction with the appraisal in life cycle model. In order to understand the more fundamental implications of appraisal in electronic record environment, it is essential to analyze the appraisal inherent in record continuum theory. Record continuum theory can provide a theoretical basis for appraisal in electronic record environment in that it is a theoretical system in opposition of the appraisal based on life cycle model and dualistic records management system resulting from it. In particular, considering that the appraisal is a purposive act of seeking the meaning of records, the reinterpretation of the concept and meaning of records intended in record continuum theory enables us to derive the different appraisal logics than before. Therefore In this study, based on comparison with the appraisal based on life cycle model and the new record concept presented in record continuum, the appraisal in record continuum theory is analyzed focusing on three aspects.

Sense-Making Theory gives persuasive power to information seeking behavior while acknowledging the diversity of subjects. It is being used as a theory and methodology to explain the phenomenon of information seeking in various temporal and spatial contexts related to the communication of individuals' inner realms, face-to-face, organization, and mass communication. However, it is not to be a theory to explain the information seeking behavior of a group in that it explains the individual epistemological interpretation of the subjects. Also, the purpose of the theory was to establish a receiver-centered communication theory that constructs sense-making by itself, away from the receiver who unilaterally accepts the sender's information from the perspective of communication theory. However, Dervin accepted the existence of object information without explaining the relationship between the recipient's external information and the receiver. Owing to the establishing his concept of information following the Popper(1972)'s world concept, its object of observation is not World III(objective content of thought), but the process of sense making in which World II(psychological world) receives information generated in World III. In this context, Dervin's theory is not to explain the communication behavior at a group level.

최근 기후변화로 발생되는 폭우, 강풍 등의 기상현상으로 인해 하천범람, 내수침수, 해수범람 등 특히 해안도시지역에서의 물 문제는 날로 심화되고 있다. 이에 정부에서는 저영향개발(Low Impact Development, LID) 사업 및 친환경그린인프라(Green Infrastructure, GI) 기술요소의 적용확대를 추진하고 있다. 이에 환경부에서는 환경기술개발사업의 일환으로 '그린인프라 제도/정책 및 재원관리의 선진화(2021)' 연구용역을 통해 관련 추진체계 구축, 제도 개선방안 등을 모색하였다. 해당 연구에서는 기존의 LID 및 GI 관련 정책·제도 개선, 강우유출수 관리목표 설정방안, 투수/불투수도 제작 지침 마련, 시민인식조사 등을 통해 그린인프라 확대를 위한 과학적 근거 및 통합관리제도를 마련하였다. 이와 더불어 2013년부터 도시지역의 우수유출 저감, 물순환 구조 개선, 비점오염원 관리를 위해 '그린빗물인프라(Green Stormwater Infrastructure, GSI) 조성 사업'을 추진하여 국비지원을 지속하고 있다. 'GSI 조성사업'은 2014년 공공청사 중심에서 학교, 도서관, 체육시설, 공원 등 적용 범위를 확대 하고 있는 추세이나, 수도권지역과 물순환선도도시 조성사업이 진행중인 5개 지역(김해시, 광주시, 안동시, 울산시, 대전시)을 제외한 각 지자체에서는 실효성 있는 추진체계 및 가이드라인 부존 등의 문제로 적용에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 경상남도는 지역적 특성을 반영한 GSI 조성 추진체계 마련을 목표로 본 연구용역을 추진하였으며, GSI 관련 국내외 현황조사, GSI 조성을 위한 공공청사의 우선순위 선정, 지형적(토지피복, 토양형 등), 기상학적 현황을 토대로 한 우선순위 선정, 이를 통합한 경남형 GSI 조성 추진체계를 제시하고자 한다.

With the arrival of the knowledge information society, records as assets have become increasingly important. As defined in ISO 30300, records must be actively utilized to contribute to organizational management and generate added value. To create added value through records, their utilization must be prioritized. While countries like the UK, New Zealand, and Australia recognize records as assets and propose record assetization policies, specific measures for managing records as assets have yet to be suggested. To address this gap, we analyze Directive (EU) 2019/1024, established by the EU, to facilitate commercial use and promote accessible public information. We derive seven characteristics from the analysis and extract insights from Italian policies and actual implementation cases that reflect them in accordance with the regulations of the EU guidelines. In addition, the correlation between the Public Data Act and the Public Records Act in Korea was revealed, and points that could reflect Directive (EU) 2019/1024 in Korea were derived. Through this study, it is expected that public data will be treated as information assets and serve as a stepping stone for preparing information assetization policies for records.

This study proposes a selection plan for research entities and PIDs and a strategy for building and operating a PID consortium based on a survey of advanced cases of research entities and PID operations in major countries such as the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, Japan, China, and Australia. The criteria for selecting research entities and PIDs are 'research life cycle' and 'PID infrastructure maturity'. Based on the two selection criteria, it is proposed to prioritize research entity-PID pairs such as 'Researcher-ORCID', 'Publication-DOI', 'Data-DOI', 'Institution-ROR', 'Grant-DOI', and 'Project-RAiD' and expand to other research entities and PIDs in the emerging stage. The strategy for establishing and operating a PID consortium should encourage the participation of various PID stakeholders, identify the latest trends through collaborative networks with domestic and international PID organizations, lead education and outreach activities to raise awareness and increase utilization of PID, and secure policy support and financial stability. This is expected to lay the foundation for domestic research entities to gain visibility and accessibility at the global level.
