본 논문에서는 웹사이트에 접근하는 사용자 접근 패턴을 학습하여 정보 제공이 보다 용이한 구조로 자동 개선시켜 나가는 적응형 웹사이트를 구축하고자 한다. 즉, 기존 웹사이트의 구조를 가늠한 한 파괴하지 않는 범위 내에서 김 사이트를 변경하고자 관련성은 높으나 접근 경로가 긴 문서들의 클러스터를 찾아내고, 이들에 대한 별도의 색인 페이지를 생성하여 웹사이트 내에 위치시킨다. 이를 위하여, 먼저 대용량의 웹 서버 로그 데이터들을 대상으로 순차 패턴 탐색 방법인 AprioriAll 알고리즘을 적용함으로써 웹문서간의 충분한 연관성 지지도를 갖는 사용자 순차 접근 패턴을 분석해낸다. 사용자 순차 접근 패턴 분석을 통해 관련성 있는 문서들의 집합을 알아낸 후, 웹사이트의 하이퍼 링크 구조 정보를 고려하여 접근 경로가 긴 문서들만을 골라 웹 문서 클러스터를 생성시킨다. 이러한 웹문서 클러스터들에 대한 색인 페이지를 추가 생성하여 제공함으로써 사용자들의 보다 효과적인 정보 접근을 지원한 수 있는 웹사이트로의 변경이 가능하다.

Korea was followed by a rapid increase in road construction investment in late 1980s with the help of strong economic conditions. As a result of such investment, it will be expected that there must be a rapid increase in demand for maintenance or rehabilitation of the facilities after 2010. We are developing asset management information systems for enhancing user's satisfaction and innovating the facility management techniques within a limited budget. We suggested the assessment items for the Level of Service for tunnel facility's operation and maintenance(O&M), in this study. We have surveyed for the importance of assessment items by considering both user's viewpoints and facility management agency's viewpoints. We came to realize the relative importance of the items based on this survey using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method proposed by Satty. The relative importance of assessment items in terms of the user's viewpoint was identified in descending order such as safety, mobility, accessibility, convenience, O&M efficiency, comfort, rural revitalization, environment, and information. Also, the importance of the items in terms of the management agency's viewpoint was identified in descending order such as safety, mobility, accessibility, environment, rural revitalization, convenience, O&M efficiency, information, and comfort. It means that safety of tunnel facilities is more important than mobility, although which is the basic function of the road facility, both in agency's and user's concern. Therefore, the agencies have to pay more attentions and efforts to ensure safety of tunnel facilities when they establish the investment plans for the tunnel facility O&M.

In the study, we introduce the trend in domestic and foreign web accessibility, as well as the legal system that ensures web accessibility. Based on Korean Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (KWCAG)1.0, we investigated the web content accessibility of 80 tertiary health-care hospitals and general hospitals in Korea. We evaluated accessibility by combining accessibility-based criteria (ABC) with usability-based criteria (UBC). ABC was limited to an alternative text for Guideline 1, using a small number of frames and keyboard accessibility for Guideline 2. UBC checked the voice service (TTS), resizing text, providing multi-lingual websites, and disclosing web accessibility policy. KADO-WAH2.0 was used for representing the compliance rate. The evaluation result was a considerable improvement from previous results, even though the rate of compliance with web accessibility was generally insufficient. There was a significant difference between those medical centers which did and did not comply with web accessibility. Incidentally, many hospitals were found to have attempted to confront and come to terms with web accessibility. In future, the following factors are advisable for medical centers with publicity or public interest: they must employ active and aggressive promotion of establishment of independent accessibility guidelines to secure web accessibility, they should effect an improvement of the realization of web accessibility, there can be constant education and promotion, and there can be an institutional supplementation, as well as others.

This study analyzes the impacts of mixed-use development and transportation on housing values in Seoul, Korea. An index measuring the land use mix is proposed using three components of land uses, residence, office, and retail, which are the essential elements for everyday urban life. This index offers a relatively easy way in measuring the level of mixed-use and proves itself useful providing sensible and reliable results in this empirical study. Also surface and underground transportation accessibilities are measured. By covering both surface and underground, a comprehensive view of Seoul's transportation accessibility is provided. Finally, housing value models are constructed with developed variables, i.e. land use mix index and accessibility measures, as well as relevant socio-economic variables. The empirical outcomes verifies that mixed-use development and transportation accessibility positively affect housing values.

The purpose of this study was to propose a policy direction to improve the service of public bicycles in Seoul by identifying the physical characteristics that affect the satisfaction level in the Seoul Metropolitan Government's public bicycle use environment. To this end, a survey was conducted on users regarding their experiences using public bicycles in Seoul, and the responses of 567 people were analyzed. IPA analysis and ordinal logistic analysis were used. An analysis of the Seoul Metropolitan Government's public bicycle IPA showed that the satisfaction level was lower than that of importance in all categories. Among them, the most urgent need for improvement was the installation of bicycle roads, improved connectivity of bicycle roads, improved road management, classification of roads and bicycle roads, improved safety during night driving, and low satisfaction levels. Second, an analysis of the factors affecting the satisfaction in the public bicycle use environment showed that the model's explanatory power increased significantly from 0.062 to 0.437 after incorporating perceived variables, confirming that the perceived neighborhood environment characteristics are an important variable for determining the satisfaction level in the public bicycle use environment, among the perceived neighborhood environmental characteristics, accessibility, convenience, manageability.

공간서비스 그룹을 구성하는 업체들이 공간이라는 서비스를 제공하면서 사용자의 이용목적과 생애주기에 맞춘 용도로 그 사업모델을 구축하고 있다. 이와 같이 공간대여 서비스는 효율적이고 생산적인 학습효과를 제공하며, 스터디 센터와 스마트 워크에 초점을 많은 업체들이 등장하고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 공간대여 서비스와 소비자의 일치성에 관한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 공간대여 서비스에 대한 개념을 분석하여 공간에 대한 접근성, 내부환경요인, 서비스 내의 시설이 시설 만족도에 미치는 영향과 소비자의 자아이미지 일치성, 기능적 일치성, 가치 일치성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, 마지막으로 시설만족도와 고객만족이 이용공간에 대한 애호도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 공간대여 서비스의 구성요소인 접근성, 내부환경요인, 서비스내의 시설과 시설 만족도와의 인과관계에 대한 실증 연구결과를 요약하면 접근성과 서비스내의 시설은 시설만족도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 내부환경요인은 시설만족도에 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

This study is an analysis on the needs assessment of school library facilities in Korea. After exploring KLA's Standards for Korean Libraries, IFLA's School Library Guidelines and AASL's Empowering Learners, the needs assessment tool of school library facilities was proposed in the previous study. The tool contains 10 major properties on school library facilities. This study gathered data from 507 students and 134 teacher librarians. The result of analysis is as follows: Students and teacher librarians evaluated the importance of library facilities more highly than the current level of facilities. Collection access, convenience and space are revealed more important properties to students and good environment, expandability, collection access are more important to teacher librarians among the properties.

This study examined the perceived fit between the characteristics of immersive technology and the type of media art affects commitment, satisfaction, and revisit intention. The results showed that the quality of projection mapping and the reputation of original art had a positive effect on the perceived fit whereas the accessibility of original art had a negative effect on the perceived fit. In addition, the reputation of original art and the perception of fit increased the commitment of the media art exhibition, which positively affected the satisfaction and revisit intention. This study provides theoretical and practical implications regarding the effect of immersive technology and media art type of digital media art.

The main tasks of commander and staffs in ground operations are a continuation performing the process of making decisions in various situations. Since the current decision-making process is largely dependent on qualitative methods, it is difficult to integrate with the decision-making tools associated with the 4th Industrial Revolution. The purpose of this study is to suggest the process of deriving the relative importance of the evaluation factors using the AHP with focusing on assessing the avenues of approach in IPB related to the ground operation plan. The most important aspect of IPB is the evaluation of the avenues of approach. Evaluation factors include target accessibility, observation and seasons, concealment and cover-up, ease of maneuverability, and ease of transition to adjacent access roads. The existing methods are the comparison method with evaluation factors and the analysis with the advantages and disadvantages. However, it has been criticized that they regard evaluation factors as equal importance. The results show that target accessibility has the highest score related with priority when considering the criteria.

우리 헌법은 인간의 존엄과 가치 그리고 행복을 추구할 권리를 보장하고 있으며, 편의증진법과 교통약자법을 통해 장애인등이 교통수단, 여객시설 및 도로 등을 비장애인들과 차별 없이 이용하여 이동하고, 도로와 대중교통수단, 공공 건축물과 주거 등 생활 필수시설에 자유롭게 접근하기 위한 접근권을 보장하고 있다. 우리나라는 이동권의 보장을 편의시설 제도라는 독자적인 체계를 통해 이루어지고 있으며, 이를 실질적으로 보장하기 위하여 장애물 없는 환경 인증 제도(BF 인증제도)를 도입하였다. 시행 15년을 맞은 BF 인증제도는 양적으로는 많은 발전을 가져왔지만, 질적으로 특정 건축물 등 일부에 대한 인증 편중 현상이 있으며 안전취약계층에 대한 재해 안전확보에 대한 고려가 포함되지 않아 부진정한 이동성과 접근성의 보장이라는 한계를 가지고 있다. 이동권 보장이 얼마나 잘 이루어지느냐는 그 나라의 사회 안전망이 얼마나 잘 갖추어져 있는지 판단하는 척도라 할 것이며, 따라서 이러한 이동권 보장은 위험상태에서의 안전한 피난을 함축하고 있으며 중첩적으로 국가의 기본권 보호 의무의 이행과 관련된다. 이에 따라 이동권과 접근권의 증진을 위한 BF 인증 규정을 안전 규범으로 보완하여 장애인과 비장애인이 사회의 일원으로서 평등한 인격적 주체로 공동체에 기여하는 안전한 사회적 환경의 조성이 긴절히 요청된다고 할 수 있다.
