The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship among NCS basic vocational competencies, Teaching Personality Aptitude and DISC behavior type of pre-preschool teachers. The subjects were 110 pre-preschool teachers attended in D university located in Kyonggido. 'NCS basic vocational competencies scale', 'Teaching Personality and Aptitude scale', and 'DISC behavior type scale' were used in the collection of data. It used Pearson's correlation Analysis to analyze the data. The results of this study are as follows; first, there was positive correlations between dominance trait and mathematical competency. And, there was positive correlations between interaction trait and self-development competency. And there were negative correlations between support traits and NCS basic vocational competencies. Second, it was revealed that positive correlations between almost sub scale's of NCS basic vocational competencies and teacher teaching personality aptitude. Third, there was positive correlations between dominance trait and sub scale of teaching personality aptitude(e.g.: problem solving/ inquiry skills, judgment, creativity/practical ability, leadership, knowledge/information ability, planning ability, sincerity/responsibility). And there were negative correlations between support traits and sub scale of teaching personality aptitude(e.g.: problem solving/ inquiry skills, judgment, creativity/practical ability, leadership, sincerity/responsibility).

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship and degree of agreement between the six types of Geometry Psychological Assessment (GEOPIA) and four functions of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality test, and to investigate the appropriate level of vocational aptitude commonly recommended by each tool. A total of 377 adult men and women from Korea, aged between 19 and 70 years, were tested using GEOPIA and the MBTI. Cronbach's alpha was calculated to verify the validity and reliability of the measuring tools, and the mean and standard deviation of each variable were calculated. Also, a cross-sectional analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between GEOPIA and the MBTI. The results showed that Round/Triangle (RT) types, Round/Box (RB) types, Triangle/Box (TB) types and Box/Curve (BC) types among the GEOPIA personality types are highly related to MBTI's Sensing/Thinking (ST) types. GEOPIA RC types were related to Intuition/Feeling (NF) and Sensing/Feeling (SF) types, and TC types were highly related to Intuition/Thinking (NT) types. Based on the common characteristics of the two tests, the findings suggest appropriate levels of vocational aptitude. Through this research, it was confirmed that GEOPIA (a Korean psychology and personality test) can be used in counseling, coaching, and education, and above all, is a reliable tool for vocational psychological assessment to search for career aptitude.

이 연구의 목적은 실내디자인 학생들간에 나타나는 CAD에 대한 태도, 적성과 그들의 성격 유형간의 관련성을 알아보고 이들 성향이 CAD 교수법에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위한 것이다. 연구방법은 설문조사, 성격 유형 검사, CAD 성적, 그리고 교과목 성적을 통한 통계분석으로 이루어졌으며, 실험은 실내디자인 전공 3학년 학생 56명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 실험 실시 환경은 CAD가 디자인 도구로 쓰여지는 실내 디자인 실기 수업으로 구성되었으며, 정확한 실험 결과 분석을 위해 CAD 숙련도 성적과 종합 교과목 성적이 분리. 채점되었다. 연구 결과 학생들의 성격 유형은 의향형, 직관형, 느낌형, 및 판단형(ENEJ)을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 실험에 참여할 실내디자인 전공 학생들이 직관에 의해 사물을 인지하고, 문제 해결을 하는데 있어 감성에 의지하며, 체계적이고 조직적인 판단력을 가지고 있음을 의미한다. CAD에 대한 태도와 성격유형의 관계에서는 CAD가 유용하다고 생각한 학생들이 느낌형에 강한 선호도를 보였으며, CAD 적성과 성격 유형의 관계에서는 CAD 숙련도 성적이 높은 학생이 판단형에 강한 선호도를 나타내었다. 또한, CAD 성적이 뛰어난 학생이 종합 교과목 성적도 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 CAD 숙련도의 차이가 학생들의 전반적 디자인 능력에도 영향을 끼칠 수 있음을 시사한다. 결론적으로, 이 연구 결과는 학생들의 성격과 학습인지 성향이 컴퓨터 교육의 효율성에 영향을 미친다는 기존의 타 분야에서의 연구결과가 실내디자인 분야에도 타당성을 지님을 증명해주었으며, 실내디자인 수업에 있어 컴퓨터 관련 교과목의 교수법이 실내디자인 학생들의 성격 유형을 바탕으로 개발이 될 때 그 활용 효과를 극대화 할 수 있음을 제시하고 있다.

Traditionally, vocational assessment is performed through using of assessment tools, vocational counseling and so on. It is very efficient to apply vocational assessment to people with disabilities using the internet, but we should provide them with web accessibility. In this paper, we design and implement the aptitude test system for people with visual impairment supporting web accessibility. We develop the aptitude test system using the Holland Test which is the assessment tool of career guidance and counseling. We also show that the aptitude test system for people with visual impairment supports web accessibility more than previous Holland Test which is served in the internet.

This study was conducted in order to develop an aptitude test for child care teachers (ATCCT) and to analyze it in terms of both validity and reliability. The main participants in this study consisted of 710 pre-service child care teachers. The results of factor analysis identified 7 factors and 56 items which were selected from 121 items in the original scale. The seven factors were as follows; interpersonal relationship management abilities, receptiveness and responsiveness to children, creativity and personal development, the ability to form close relationships with children, the ability to supervise child safety, the sense of duty, and positive emotions. The four factors were related to social relationship. Criterion-related validity was established by using correlations between the ATCCT and the TSES (Teacher Self-efficacy Scale). The internal consistency was found to be relatively high (Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ = .94) and test-retest reliability was also established (r = .53). In addition, there were differences among pre-service child care teacher groups according to both relative levels of education and courses taught.

Together with a new advent of embedded processor developed to support specific application area and it evolution, a new research of software development to support the embedded processor and its commercial challenge has been revitalized. Retargetability is typically achieved by providing target machine information, ADL, as input. The ADLs are used to specify processor and memory architectures and generate software toolkit including compiler, simulator, assembler, profiler, and debugger. The EXPRESSION ADL follows a mixed level approach-it can capture both the structure and behavior supporting a natural specification of the programmable architectures consisting of processor cores, coprocessors, and memories. And it was originally designed to capture processor/memory architectures and generate software toolkit to enable compiler-in-the-loop exploration of SoC architecture. In this paper, we designed the class-based ADL based on the EXPRESSION ADL to promote the write-ability, extensibility and verified the validation of grammar. For this works, we defined 6 core classes and generated the EXPRESSION's compiler and simulator through the MIPS R4000 description.

Traditionally, vocational assessment is performed through using of assessment tools or vocational counseling, but assessment tools are very expensive and we should move to the facilities for the disabled. It is very efficient to apply vocational assessment to people with disabilities using the smart phones which users are expected to surpass ten million in 2011, because it enables them to access anytime and anywhere. In this paper, we design and implement the mobile aptitude test system on android smart phone OS for people with disabilities. We develop the mobile aptitude test system using the Holland Test which is the assessment tool of career guidance and counseling.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect on child care teachers' self-efficacy in teaching science. Subjects were 297 childhood teachers who were working at a day care center. The data were collected by using three questionnaires(Science Teaching Efficacy Belief Instruments, Inventory of Science Attitude, and Attitude Test for Child Care Teachers). The data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation and step-wise Regression. The results of this study are as follows; First, there were positive correlations between aptitude for child care teacher and self-efficacy in teaching science. Second, there were positive correlations between science attitude and self-efficacy in teaching science of child care teachers. Third, the significant predictors of self-efficacy in teaching science were interest in science, social value of science, interpersonal relationship management abilities, and positive emotions. The results of this study can be used to develop effective teacher training programs for early childhood science education.

Retargetability is typically achieved by providing target machine information, ADL, as input. The ADL are used to specify processor and memory architectures and generate software toolkit including compiler, simulator, etc. Simulator are critical components of the exploration and software design toolkit for the system designer. They can be used to perform diverse tasks such as verifying the functionality and/or timing behavior of the system, and generating quantitative measurements(e.g., power energy consumption) which can be used to aid the design process. In this paper, we generate the energy consumption estimation simulator through ADL. For this goal, firstly, we describes the energy consumption estimation and monitoring informations on the ADL based on EXPRESSION. Secondly, we generate the energy estimation and monitoring simulation library and then constructs the simulator, RenergySim. Lastly, we represent the energy estimations results for MIPS R4000 ADL description. From this subjects, we contribute to the efficient architecture developments and prompt SDK generation through programmable experiments in the field of mobile software development.
