동일한 작업환경과 작업조건을 가정하였을 때, 사고가 발생할 확률은 작업장에서 일하는 모든 사람들에게 거의 균등하다. 그러나 현실은 다른 사람들과 달리 특정하게 사고를 많이 발생시키는 사고 빈발자가 존재한다. 본 연구는 항해사 인 적성 평가도구를 개발하기 위한 기초단계로 항해사의 운항적성 중 지각 운동 영역에서의 운항적성을 평가하고자 하였다. 항해사의 지각 운동 영역에서의 운항적성 평가를 위해 CBT(Computer-Based Test)의 형태로 항해사의 지각 운동 영역을 측정하고자 하였으며, 지각 운동적 기능이 복합적으로 작용되는 항해의 특성 상 복합적인 측정이 가능한 형태로 검사를 구성하고자 하였다.

해상교통사고의 가장 큰 책임은 사람에게 있기에 사람이 발생시킬 수 있는 사고의 요인을 명확하게 파악하고 선별할 수 있는 대책을 마련할 필요가 있다. 특히 사고를 발생시키는 근본적인 원인은 개인 스스로도 지각하지 못하는 적성상의 결함요인에 의해 발생할 가능성이 높다. 따라서 사고의 예방을 위해 개인의 적성에 대해 명확히 개념화 하고 측정하여 관리할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 항해사의 적성검사도구 개발을 위한 기초연구로서, 항해사 개인특성에 대한 사전연구 분석, 전문가 회의 및 설문조사 결과를 종합하여 항해사의 사고경향성 평가요인을 선정하고자 하였으며, 이를 기반으로 항해사의 사고경향성을 평가할 수 있는 항해사 적성검사도구의 프로토타입을 개발하고자 하였다.

Even if Internet has been used very much, there is no method of music aptitude test for children. We develop the music aptitude test in the internet to make music aptitude test easily. We test children for music aptitude early. We provide children the learning and instruction environment. This research makes children improve the ability of music. We develop the music aptitude test system for children in the WWW for children to use it. This system is expected to be a great help for children to test music aptitude easily. This system establish a well-understood and maintenance through this system for replacing the data files of their children in a effective way.

교원의 핵심 역량 중 지식 역량이나 수행 역량 등은 교직과정 이수 결과의 확인이나 지필 시험 또는 실기 시연 등을 통해 확인 또는 평가할 수 있다. 그러나 태도 역량이나 전문성 개발역량의 일부 요소들은 별도의 도구나 평가로 심사해야 된다. 전문성 개발 역량 가운데 자기반성 노력, 지속적 학습 노력, 교육 공동체 간 의사소통 및 협력 등의 요소들은 기존의 평가 방식으로 파악하기 어렵다. 따라서 교원의 핵심 역량을 평가하기 위해서는 교직 적성 및 인성 검사와 같은 별도의 도구가 필요하다. 본 논문은 교원자격을 강화하기 위한 교직 적성 및 인성 검사를 효율적으로 실시하기 위한 온라인 웹 검정 시스템을 설계하고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 의학교육입문검사의 개념의 틀을 형성하는데 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 구체적으로 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구는 의학교육입문검사라는 의학 적성측정도구를 개념화 하기위하여 지금까지의 일반적인 적성 검사와는 달리 의학적 인지능력 정의적 심리 구인과 의학관련 배경지식과 사고라는 의학적 적성 스펙트럼을 만들고자 한다. 한국 상황에서 적용가능하고 21세기에 요구하는 의학교육입문검사를 개념화하여 이론적 틀을 만들고자 했다. 둘째, 이 연구는 의학교육입문검사의 개념의 틀 위에서 각 개념을 양화를 통한 측정도구의 가능성을 열었다. 셋째, 본 연구는 본 검사를 통하여 의학대학과 의학전문대학원 지원 하고자하는 사람들에게 다양한 개인의 정보를 부여할 뿐만 아니라, 대학과 대학원에서의 학생 선발의 타당성을 높일 수 있는 실제적 자료를 제공해 입시사정에 유용한 자료를 얻을 수 있다는 의미에서 실제적 가치를 갖고 있다.

Binary translation is a restructuring process in order to execute a program targeting a specific device on the other devices. In binary translation, it is very important to generate the translation rules between two devices. There are two methods for generating the translation rules, direct and indirect mapping. The direct mapping is the method for performance, while the indirect mapping is the method for retargetability. This paper suggests a binary translation method based on the direct mapping for the embedded systems. Because, however, the retargetability is also important requirement, we suggest the direct mapping based binary translation with considering the retargetability. In addition, we implement an automatic generation tool for translation rules to prove our concept. Through this method, we can generate the translation rules with considering the performance as well as the retargetability. Furthermore, we can reduce costs for the binary translation.

In the recent field of education, they open career-related curriculums either as formal curricular programs or extracurricular programs as highlighting value of career education. However, this lecture-based career education has failed to attract students' interest, and results are not satisfactory either. Since then, in order to design entertaining career education, the field has developed diverse tools and as a vocational aptitude testing tool for career development, methods that would use vocational cards were introduced. Today, schools from elementary school to middle and high schools frequently make use of the cards to conduct the vocational aptitude test and yet, as this web-based learning and smartphones are distributed, changes in the testing tool are being intensely demanded. This study aims to create and implement an application to help the vocational cards-using vocational aptitude test targeting students in elementary, middle and high schools to be actually conducted in a mobile platform.

Vocational rehabilitation is defined as a process which helps people with disabilities to maintain life of non-disabled people and vocational assessment is a part of it. Traditionally, vocational assessment is performed through using of assessment tools or vocational counseling, but assessment tools are very expensive and we should move to the facilities for the disabled. It is very efficient to apply vocational assessment to people with disabilities using the smart phones which users are expected to surpass thirty million in 2012, because it enables them to access anytime and anywhere. In this paper, we design and implement the mobile aptitude test system on android smart phone OS for people with disabilities. We develop the mobile aptitude test system using the Holland Test which is the assessment tool of career guidance and counseling.

Apparel Quality was one of the most important elements to evaluate the reputations of companies and products which affect the consumer's purchasing behavior. From researches on apparel quality, there was no common concept of quality as well as no common dimensions. The purposes of this study were to identify apparel quality concept and to classify the multi-dimensional concept of apparel quality. The research was carried out in theoretical as well as empirical studies. The theoretical study was conducted to find out apparel quality concept and divide apparel quality concept into four dimensions groups. The empirical study followed the theoretical study to confirm the multi-dimensional concept of apparel quality. The empirical study was investigated that the questionnaire was administered to 634 housewives in Seoul, Kwangju, and Busan during the fall of 1996. The data were analysed by LISREL analysis. This study identified that apparel quality was characteristics of consumer's desires for apparel. The results of the theoretical study verified that apparel quality concept was organized into four different dimensions: physical attribute, physical function, instrumental performance, and expressive performance.
