Objective : This study presents guidelines for setting up a sensory integration room by applying the Delphi method. Methods : The Delphi method was applied in a survey of 22 expert panels asked to review sensory integration therapy from May to June 2020 to collect expert opinions. The survey was conducted in two rounds. The first round involved the collection of opinions based on prior research that used a total of 40 assessment tools, 23 closed questions about treatment tools, and 10 questions about the physical environment. Based on the results of the first round, the second was conducted using a process of item deletion and modification. Results : A total of 59 items were selected in the first round of the survey. In the second the contents of these 59 items were analyzed: each item scored .42 or higher, so no items were deleted. The stability of the survey was also calculated and found to be less than 0.5, so no further testing was required. The average content feasibility ratio of the final Delphi survey was .92, stability .15, convergence .36, and consensus .80, showing high agreement. Conclusion : This study is expected to help institutions and clinical therapists who want to create a sensory integration therapy room in their facilities by examining the physical environment, treatment tools, and evaluation tools used in sensory integration therapy rooms and understanding the views on such environments obtained from the clinical site to sensory integration therapists.

This paper employed typology and stratification as key elements to estimate quality evaluation of vinegar drink through Delphi and AHP(analytical hierarchical process) method to contribute the market expansion of the vinegar drink as a health drink. Through literature research and brainstorming with professionals, the first round of Delphi method was conducted with the open-ended questions including five upper concepts, i.e. 'ingredients', 'production method', 'product characteristics', 'functions' and 'packaging design'. Original study had 50 lower concepts as a result of the first round and added 'marketing' as an additional upper concept. The second and third round of Delphi method have been conducted with closed-ended questions based on the 50 lower concepts resulted from the first round. To seek concordant objectivity among the answers from the survey, the study used Kendall's W coefficient of concordance. 11 items were removed while 16 items were removed at the third round leaving 23 items through second round of Delphi method. For the final round, this study utilized the Pairwise Comparison Method to figure out the relative importance of the 23 items for the prioritization. Finally, current study formulated the final items which should be considered as an important factor in the quality evaluation of vinegar drink.

This study derived the success factors of youth enterprises by applying the Delphi Method to start-up experts. Through this, it aims to improve understanding of youth enterprises in entrepreneurship education and start-up support projects and contribute to the development of education and support programs suitable for youth enterprises. Also The purpose of this study is to help youth entrepreneurs solve their curiosity about the success factors of youth enterprises, identify the factors that youth entrepreneurs should first secure or perform among the factors they need to consider during start-ups, and use limited resources efficiently and effectively to succeed. In this study, the Delphi Survey was conducted twice in total. The first Delphi Survey utilized the Modified Delphi Method using structured closed-ended questions, and a pilot test was conducted on youth entrepreneurs and start-up experts to compensate for the problem of the Modified Delphi Method. In the first Delphi Survey, IBM SPSS Statistics 22 and Microsoft Office Excel 2016 were used to calculate the mean, standard deviation, median, interquartile range, and content validity ratio. In the Delphi 2nd survey, the same statistical values in the 1st survey and additionally cronbach's alpha were calculated. As a result of the Delphi Survey, four factors, such as the entrepreneurial characteristics, entrepreneurial preparation, entrepreneurial strategy, and entrepreneurial environment, and 22 sub-factors were derived as success factors for youth enterprises.

Recently, many companies and organizations have interests in 'Business Process Management Systems (BPMS)'. In this research, we surveyed and analyzed the objects and the required functions of BPMS for companies to implement BPMS. The Delphi Method was employed for this research. As a result, the categorization of the objectives and required functions, and weights representing the importance of functions are established. Finally, discussions on the framework to evaluate and select the effective BPMS solutions for each company or organization are proved.

본고는 장비 부문에 대한 시장 전망을 하기 위하여 방법론을 정립하고, 그에 대한 연구 결과를 제시한 사례 분석이다. 본고에서는 특히 네가지 주요 장비 부문, 즉 기업의 구내 오피스 접속, 기업의 기간 네트워크, 교환기 및 전송 부문에 대한 초고속 관련 장비 및 기존 장비부문에 대한 비교 분석을 행한다. 시장 전망의 방법론으로서 본고에서 주요 분석 대상으로 하고 있는 초고속 네트워크 관련 장비와 같은 신규 장비 부분은 과거 자료가 존재하기 않기 때문에 이에 대한 방법론으로서 델파이 방법을 채택하였다. 또한 본고에서는 델파이 방법에 의한 정량적인 결과를 얻기 위하여 여러 가지 가능한 대안 등을 고려하였으며, 이와 관련한 체계적인 방법론을 정립하였을 뿐만 아니라 델파이 방법에 의해 얻어진 결과를 분석하는 방법을 제시하였다.

4차 산업혁명 시대에 접어 들어 불확실성이 높아지고 변동성의 상시화로 세계 경제가 급변하면서, 기업가정신 교육의 중요성은 점점 더 높아지고 있다. 이러한 시대의 흐름에 따라 최근 청소년 기업가정신 교육이 확산되었다. 지속가능한 청소년 기업가정신 교육이 이루어지기 위해서는 시대의 변화와 함께 부모들의 인식과 태도도 함께 변화해야 한다. 부모는 새로운 지식과 그 시대가 요구하는 바람직한 자녀관을 형성해야 하며, 사회 전반적인 변화에 따른 학교에서의 기업가정신 교육이 가정에서도 일관성 있게 유지되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 부모교육의 중요성을 확인하고, 교육을 통해 부모의 인식을 변화시키기 위해 필요한 역량 도출하기 위해 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 기업가정신 교육 전문가와 청소년 교육 전문가로 구성된 전문가 패널들을 대상으로 3회에 걸쳐 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 델파이 조사 분석 결과, 부모 인식 전환을 위해 필요한 최종 8가지 역량(환경의 변화, 도전정신, 주체성/자울성, 창업에 대한 이해, 직업의 다양성, 기업가정신에 대한 이해, 개인의 다양성, 팀/협업에 대한 가치)을 도출하였다. 향후 후속 연구를 통해 도출된 역량을 함양할 수 있는 부모 기업가정신 교육 모델 및 프로그램을 설계하고자 한다.

기술추세분석(trend analysis)이나 특허분석(patent analysis) 등과 같이 객관적 자료를 이용하는 여타 기술예측방법과 달리, 델파이 방법은 해당 분야에 대한 전문가들의 식견(또는 주관적 평가)을 예측의 유일한 원천으로 하고 있다는 점에서 예측결과에 대한 신뢰도 분석을 강하게 요구하고 있다. 이러한 점에 착안하여 본 연구에서는 최근에 실시된 산업기술예측(1998) 자료를 이용하여 델파이 방법을 이용한 기술예측의 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 분석은 전문가들의 예측결과에 대해 내적 일관성의 유지 여부와, 전문도가 상이한 집단간에 예측 결과의 차이가 있는지 여부를 중심으로 이루어졌으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 응답 결과에 내적 일관성이 있는지 여부를 검정한 결과 생물·정밀화학분야를 제외한 모든 분야에서 일관성을 지니고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 두번째, 전문도가 높은 응답자들일수록 자신의 예측결과를 확신하고는 있으나, 전문도가 낮은 응답자들에 비해 예측결과에 이견이 큰 것으로 분석되었으며, 마지막으로 전문도가 높은 응답자들과 그렇지 않은 응답자들 사이에 기술과제의 예상 실현시기에 대해서는 거의 차이가 없는 반면, 합의(consensus)의 정도는 큰 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 델파이 방법을 이용한 기술예측을 설계하는 데 있어 몇가지 시사점을 제공하고 있다. 첫번째로 기술예측시 전문가들의 예측결과에 대해 내적 일관성이 존재하는 지 여부를 검증할 수 있도록 예측과정을 설계하는 것이 바람직하다는 것이다. 이러한 설계과정은 델파이 방법이 예측결과를 검증할 만한 객관적인 장치를 지니지 못하고 있다는 점에서 더욱 필요하다고 하겠다. 두번째는 정보로서의 가치가 큰 전문도가 높은 응답자들의 예측결과를 활용하기 위해서는, 예측결과에 대한 이들의 합의(consensus)의 정도를 높일 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 한다는 것이다. 델파이의 최종 라운드가 진행된 이후 이들에 대해서만 추가적인 라운드를 실시하거나, 예측과정에서 이들에게 관련 정보를 제공하는 것도 하나의 대안이 될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to develop core competencies for gifted education by utilizing Delphi survey methods and to present behavioral element selection and scale questions based on the definition of competencies. First, the core competence for gifted education was selected through literature analysis, and the first Delphi survey was conducted to verify that the definition of each competency is suitable for the competency name. Subsequently, through a second Delphi survey, detailed questions were developed and verified by expressing the capabilities required to develop core competencies as behavior elements. Through two rounds of Delphi surveys, eight key competencies were finally selected: attitude and practice willingness, communication and collaboration, information processing and tool utilization, creative problem solving, convergence and application, higher-order inference, community spirit, and learning achievement orientation. This study is meaningful in that it selects core competencies and behavior elements for gifted education that are necessary to pursue goals that meet social needs and it presents tools to measure the degree of competency improvement for gifted education.

This paper reports on three Delphi surveys based on draft evaluation items with the aim of deriving evaluation items prior to developing a BF certification index for school facilities in order to make the index safe and convenient. To this end, problems were formulated using content analysis and follow-up evaluation of existing BF certification indicators. Draft BF certification evaluation items for school facilities were proposed. The adequacy of each evaluation item was verified using a Delphi survey. Experts and working-level groups, such as university professors, architects, public officials, certification agencies, and organizations for disabled persons, provided feedback for all evaluation items for school facility BF, which was incorporated in the final evaluation items. As a result of the Delphi surveys, in addition to the existing 8 evaluation items, a total of 75 evaluation items were proposed as maintenance items, 12 as improvement review items, and 15 as new evaluation items.

본 논문에서는 신생아집중치료실에 입원한 미숙아와 가족 대상의 증강현실(Augmented Reality [AR])기반 맞춤형지지 케어 프로그램 개발에 필요한 관련 전문가 합의를 도출한 델파이 조사 연구이다. 3D 콘텐츠를 적용한 프로그램 개발에 필요한 핵심 구성요소 혹은 교육 콘텐츠를 발굴하여 개발의 방향성을 제안하기 위한 델파이 분석에, 미숙아 및 전문가 집단 14명(1차)과 113명(2차)이 본 연구에 참여하였다. 각 델파이 집단에서 수집된 반응들의 분석 결과, 4개의 하위영역(AR 프로그램의 필요성 및 가치(장점), AR 기반 프로그램 도입과 적용 시 고려할 점, AR 기반 전인적 e케어 프로그램 도입 시 요구와 전략적 방안, 입원 초기부터 퇴원 전 단계별 지지케어 위한 3D 콘텐츠 개발 우선순위)이 분류되었으며, 총 57문항이 도출되었다. 입원 초기부터 퇴원 전 단계별 지지케어 위한 3D 콘텐츠 개발 요구도와 우선순위에 있어서는, 부모 경우 신생아 케어의 반복적 체험 훈련 통한 부모 교육, 아기 본연의 독특하고 고유한 캐릭터나 습관 및 특성 관련 정보 공유, 발달을 돕는 양육 또는 놀이 교육, 가족 요구 기반 특수 간호 기술 훈련 등의 항목의 우선순위가 높았다. 한편, 전문가의 경우 건강한 부모역할로의 이행을 돕기 위한 심리사회적지지, 부모-아기 간 단절 최소화, 미숙아 발달 관련 정보 및 양육 또는 놀이 정보 공유, 부모-아기 상호작용 기회 제공 등으로 요구도의 우선순위가 높았다. 본 연구에서 개발된 델파이 평가문항의 내적일관성 신뢰도를 분석한 결과, Cronbach's α .89~.94로 높았고, 타당도와 문항 구성이 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과들을 바탕으로, 미숙아와 가족을 위한 AR 기반 맞춤형지지 케어 프로그램 개발의 적합성이 검증되었고, 프로그램의 임상적, 기술적, 사용적 가치에 있어서 고려할 사항과 교수매체로서 부모와 전문가 집단이 요구하는 3D 콘텐츠 우선순위를 바탕으로 효과적인 기획 및 설계의 근거를 확보했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
