  • In the smart grid environment, there are various security threats. In particular, exposure of smart meter data can lead to serious privacy violation. In this paper, we propose a method for de-identification method of metering data. The proposed method is to de-identify the time data and the numeric data, respectively. Therefore, it can't analyze the pattern information from the metering data. In addition, there is an advantage that the query is available, such as the range of search in the database for statistical analysis.

  • So far, the importance of informatization, as well as investment into it, has been growing steadily. Due to the uncertainties and risks in adopting information technologies, systematic decision-making is definitely needed in investing in a large scale information system. Based on the existing theories about the economic life span of information systems and in consideration of the actual cost involved in the adoption and operation of the systems by the financial institutions in Korea, this study presents the optimal economic life span for all types of information systems in terms of the economic cost and generalizes the optimal life span. The ultimate purpose of this study is to develop a model that could be used in anticipating the timing of economic replacement of the information system of the same type and making decisions on IT investment.

  • Modern society is increasingly demanding in many areas of big data processing technology to collect, aggregate, and analyze large amounts of data over the Internet and SNS. A typical application is to evaluate the reputation of a company or college. To measure and quantify a reputation, fair and precise data and efficient data processing are very important. For this purpose, a quantitative quotient was obtained using public data, a qualitative quotient was obtained through sentiment analysis using news articles, and a complex college reputation quotient was calculated. In this paper, a complex college reputation quotient was calculated based on the quantitative index, reflecting the sentimental reputation, and based on the proposed mixed university system. In this paper, the Complex College Reputation System(CCRS) was proposed, which produced the Complex College Reputation Quotient with an objective quantitative quotient and qualitative quotient reflecting the sentimental reputation to measure the college reputation.

  • 최근 새롭게 등장한 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경은 기존의 컴퓨팅 환경과는 다르게 통신 인프라가 없는 환경에서도 동작이 가능한 저전력 소출력의 무선 센서간의 네트워크를 형성하고 이들간의 정보 유통이 이루어진다. 이러한 u-센서 네트워크는 Ad-hoc 성격뿐만 아니라 무선이 가지는 방송 특성으로 센서정보의 도청, 비정상적 패킷의 유통, 메시지의 재사용 등의 데이터 위. 변조 문제와 네트워크 전체를 마비시킬 수 있는 서비스 거부 등의 공격에 쉽게 노출된다. 본 고에서는 센서 네트워크에서의 정보보호요구사항과 구조, 키 관리의 문제 및 라우팅과 수집된 데이터를 집계하는 데 있어서의 보안 이슈와 동향에 대해 소개한다.

  • 본 논문은 현재 교통사고로 인한 피해가 심각한 상황에서 기존 교통사고 원인분석을 위한 많은 양의 자료를 효과적으로 처리할 수 있는 WebGIS 기반 교통사고 정보관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 더불어 교통정보를 어떻게 구성하고 어떤 방법으로 전달할 것인가에 대한 방안을 제시하고, 교통사고 정보에 대한 비공간적인 속성뿐만 아니라 도형자료와 기본적인 수치지도 등을 통합 관리할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 교통사고 자료가 일반인들에게 제공되기 위한 준비 기간이 길었던 종래 방식에 비해 데이터 입력이 완료되는 즉시 인터넷을 통해 해당 지역의 교통사고 정보를 제공하는 실시간 교통사고 현황 정보제공 기능을 구현하였다. 이전의 단순한 집계에 의한 비공간적인 데이터를 사용한 교통사고 분석보다는 교통사고의 자세한 내용 및 통계자료와 함께 사고위치를 시각적으로 도시하여 가시적으로 주변 환경을 파악할 수 있는 기능을 제공하였으며 사고 담당 경찰관과 직접 연계할 수 있는 인터페이스를 제공하였다.

  • XML 문서의 검색을 위한 질의 언어인 XQuery는 다양한 데이터 소스로부터 가져온 고유한 구조를 가진 질의 결과로 구성할 수 있도록 설계되어 XML질의 언어의 표준이 되었다. 현재 XQuery는 반복문 등을 포함하는 과다한 검색기능을 지원하도록 함으로써 질의 표현이 상대적으로 복잡한 형태를 취한다. 따라서 일반적인 SQL처럼 XQuery에 명시적인 group by절을 도입한 질의 표현기법을 모색하여 XML데이터의 재구성과 집계함수 처리론 위한 그룹화를 보다 쉽게 구성할 수 있도록 하고자 하였다.

  • XML(eXtensible Markup Language)은 용이한 이식성, 정보 표현의 유연성 및 폭넓은 확장성 등의 장점을 가지고 있어 웹상에서의 데이터 표현, 상호교환, 검색을 위한 포맷으로 널리 사용되고 있다. XML 문서의 검색을 위해 다양한 질의 언어들이 제안되었는데 그 중 XQuery는 사실상 XML 질의 언어의 표준으로 자리잡았다. 본 논문에서는 현재 XQuery 구문에서 그 기능이 제공되고 있지는 않지만 일반적인 SQL에서처럼 데이터의 재구성과 집계처리를 위한 그룹화를 쉽게 해주는 명시적인 group by 도입을 통한 효율적인 질의 표현 기법을 제안하고자 한다.

Data Cube Generation Method Using Hash Table in Spatial Data Warehouse (공간 데이터 웨어하우스에서 해쉬 테이블을 이용한 데이터큐브의 생성 기법)

  • Generation methods of data cube have been studied for many years in data warehouse which supports decision making using stored data. There are two previous studies, one is multi-way array algorithm and the other is H-cubing algorithm which is based on the hyper-tree. The multi-way array algorithm stores all aggregation data in arrays, so if the base data is increased, the size of memory is also grow. The H-cubing algorithm which is based on the hyper-tree stores all tuples in one tree so the construction cost is increased. In this paper, we present an efficient data cube generation method based on hash table using weight mapping table and record hash table. Because the proposed method uses a hash table, the generation cost of data cube is decreased and the memory usage is also decreased. In the performance study, we shows that the proposed method provides faster search operation time and make data cube generation operate more efficiently.

Classification of Domestic Freight Data and Application for Network Models in the Era of 'Government 3.0' ('정부 3.0' 시대를 맞이한 국내 화물 자료의 집계 수준에 따른 분류체계 구축 및 네트워크 모형 적용방안)

  • Freight flow data in Korea has been collected for a variety of purposes by various organizations. However, since the representation and format of the data varies, it has not been substantially used for freight analyses and furthermore for freight policies. In order to increase the applicability of those data sets, it is required to bring them in a table and compare for finding the differences. Then, it is shown that the raw data can be aggregated by a particular criterion such as mode, origin and destination, and type commodity. This study aims to examine the freight data issue in terms of three different points of view. First, we investigated various freight volume data sets which are released by several organizations. Second, we tried to develop formulations for freight volume data. Third, we discussed how to apply the formulations to network models in which particular OR (Operations Research) techniques are used. The results emphasized that some data might be useless for modeling once they are aggregated. As a result of examining the freight volume data, this study found that 14 organizations share their data sets at various aggregation levels. This study is not an ordinary research article, which normally includes data analysis, because it seems to be impossible to conduct extensive case studies. The reason is that the data dealt in this study are diverse. Nevertheless, this study might guide the research direction in the freight transport research society in terms of data issue. Especially, it can be concluded that this study is a timely research because the governmemt has emphasized the importance of sharing data to public throughout 'government 3.0' for research purpose.

Implementation of Bytecode based Data Service Middleware Supporting Energy Efficiency in Geosensor Networks (지오센서 네트워크에서 에너지 효율성을 지원하는 바이트코드 기반 데이터 서비스 미들웨어 구현)

  • Recent development in wireless communication and mobile positioning technologies make geosensor networks widely used in the various fields of real world. As a result, much research has been done on the middleware that uses limited energy resources efficiently. However, because traditional middleware does not consider the characteristics of sensor node, such as computing power and specification, the existing middleware call not support the sensor nodes with only the restricted system resource. Therefore, in this paper, we design and implement a new Bytecode based Data Service Middleware supporting energy efficiency in geosensor networks. At first, the proposed middleware provides the optimized functions for sensor nodes by using minimum by tee ode instruction set and data manager supporting hardware abstraction. Secondly, the proposed middleware increases the energy efficiency of sensor node through both data aggregation query processing and data filtering that minimize data transmission by eliminating unnecessary data. Finally, we show from our performance analysis that the proposed middleware is more energy efficient than the existing SwissQM.
