고령화시대를 맞아서 한국은 2008년부터 노인장기요양보험을 실시하면서 노인부양부담을 가족으로부터 국가의 책임으로 인식하기 시작하였다. 데이케어센터(주간보호센터)는 사회적 보살핌을 제공하는 시설 중의 하나로 입소생활시설과는 다른 주간이용시설인데 설립초기 자원부족 및 서비스 질 향상 등의 문제가 지적되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 데이케어센터를 지역을 중심으로 접근하면서 그 발전방향을 논의하였다. 또한 전문가심층면접분석을 통해서 데이케어센터의 차후 비전을 제시하였다. 심층분석 결과로는 데이케어센터에서 제공하는 건강케어 프로그램은 지역사회의 문제 및 특성을 반영하여야 하고, 사용자 중심이어야 하며 지역통합적 방식을 취해야 함이 제시되었다.

맞벌이 가정이 증가함에 따라 영유아, 장애인, 노인 등의 사회적 약자를 낮시간 동안 보육/보호하는 데이케어 센터의 수요가 증가하고 있다. 데이케어 센터는 센터 경쟁력 확보 및 보호자 만족도 제고를 위해서 피보호자의 일상 사진을 제공하는 곳이 대부분이다. 하지만 데이케어 센터의 직원이 다수의 사람에 대한 사진을 촬영 및 선별해서 메시지를 전송하는 일은 데이케어 센터 본연의 업무를 방해할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사진 선별을 업무 부담을 완화시키는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 얼굴 특징 기반 사진 자동분류하는 시스템을 개발한다. 제안한 방법에서는 얼굴 특징 추출 기법과 클러스터링 알고리즘인 DBSCAN을 이용하여 얼굴기준 사진 분류시스템을 설계하엿다. 특히, OpenCV와 face recognition 라이브러리를 이용하여 카메라로 촬영된 사진 속의 얼굴 객체를 인식하고 얼굴사진을 저정한 후 얼굴의 특징을 추출한다.

본 연구는 서울형 데이케어센터 요양보호사의 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 자아탄력성이 조절하는지 검증하고자 요양보호사의 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 요양보호사의 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 자아탄력성의 조절효과를 확인하였다. 서울시 데이케어센터 28곳의 종사자 256명을 대상으로 직무스트레스, 직무만족, 자아탄력성의 연구조사를 실시하였으며, 요양보호사 138명을 중심으로 분석하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 25.0 및 Hayes가 제시한 SPSS PROCESS Macro를 활용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 요양보호사 직군이 타 직군보다 직무스트레스 높고 직무만족감이 상대적으로 낮았다. 둘째, 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 부적(-)영향을 확인하였다. 셋째, 자아탄력성이 직무스트레스와 직무만족 사이에서 정적(+) 조절효과를 확인했다.

Recently the Elderly with dementia is increasing in Korea with rapid aging of the population. In addition to increasing a number of nuclear family and women's advancement in society, people are less capable of supporting family with dementia. In response, the Seoul city increased welfare facilities for the elderly with dementia about two times for one year. I think that the quantitative portion of facility get to meet the requirements but it is lack of qualitative one in fact. Therefore, the space for the elderly can keep up with the falloff of mental and physical functions, dementia and geriatric diseases according to aging and careful consideration about the space considering stability and convenience is required. At this point, this study has the purpose to plan a daycare center which reflects the characteristics of the elderly to protect them within the community safely and comfortably. As for the research method, case study was conducted to understand the overall situation on the space plan of the daycare center for 3 daycare centers located in Seoul and found out problems. From the generalization of the above study, a space plan for a daycare center considering the characteristics of the elderly was provided. The composition of Dementia welfare facility should be carefully planned to fit characteristics of the patient's behaviors.

본 연구는 미국에 거주하고 있는 한인 노인을 대상으로 현재 뉴욕 시에서 시행하고 있는 데이케어 프로그램(Adult Day Care Program)의 일환인 치료 레크리에이션의 신체적, 정신적 효과를 평가하고자 시행되었다. 연구 방법은 비동등성 대조군 사후 실험 연구로 2017년 2월부터 4월까지 진행되었다. 본 연구에 참여한 대상자는 실험군 35명, 대조군 35명이었으며 이 중 66명의 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구에 참여한 대상자의 평균연령은 79.4세 이었으며 미국에 거주한 기간은 평균 24.6년 이었다. 치료 레크리에이션 프로그램은 데이케어센터에서 제공하는 프로그램으로서 본 연구결과, 데이케어센터 치료 레크리에이션에 참여한 노인의 일상생활 수행능력, 우울 및 외로움에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 문화적 감수성을 고려한 노인 대상 다양한 치료 레크리에이션 프로그램이 개발, 운영되어져야 할 것이며 이에 대한 효과를 평가하기 위하여 근거기반 연구가 수행되어져야 할 것이다.

As part of alternative of elderly problems in the future super-aging society, this study aims to extract an improvement plan of interior environment design of Seoul-type day care centers to expand in future by observing day care centers as medical and healing environments, from the perspective of user experience. For this study, after selecting major activity areas of representative cases of Seoul-type day care centers, user behaviors in the space were observed and 4 seniors of baby-boom generation who are potential uses were chosen as personas by reflecting characteristics of healthy elderly, physical aging, mental aging and infirm elderly, from the perspective of user experience. Based on previous studies on healing environments, these characteristics and demands of personas were classified into environmental aspects, physical aspects and mental aspects to extract an improvement plan. The study results are as follows. First, interior environment design reflecting persona characteristics helps the elderly adapt to the environment and provides a comfortable environment like home for stability, treatment and recovery of memory. Second, interior environment design reflecting persona characteristics helps psychological healing through light entering the large windows and natural environment elements. Third, for interior environment design reflecting persona characteristics, finish materials with bright and soft colors should be used to change the images of facilities positively. Fourth, spatial composition should be remedied through division of space and built-in furniture depending on the needs of users for loitering of extra time and programs.

Along with the rapid increase of the elderly population, our country is facing the elderly problem as a social issue due to nuclear family, the increase of female social activities and recognition changes about the elderly support. In this connection, the welfare services to protect the overall elderly is requested urgently and the countries which have been experiencing aging earlier than our country are studying a lot a community daycare method which delays moving of the elderly into facilities as long as possible, reduces costs and efficiently provides services in order to curtail the big burden to the national economy. As one of these solutions, there is the elderly daycare center and this can be considered to be a compromising service type to correspond to our social changes, make individual and social supports without damage to the sense of value about support. Therefore, the space for the elderly can keep up with the falloff of mental and physical functions, dementia and geriatric diseases according to aging and careful consideration about the space considering stability and convenience is required. At this point, this study has the purpose to plan a daycare center which reflects the characteristics of the elderly to protect them within the community safely and comfortably. As for the research method, case study was conducted to understand the overall situation on the space plan of the daycare center for 5 daycare centers located in Seoul and found out problems. In addition, interview research was conducted for the heads of daycare centers or social workers, care workers and photographing and drawing collection were performed simultaneously. From the generalization of the above study, a space plan for a daycare center considering the characteristics of the elderly was provided.

치매가 진행되면서 인지기능 저하로 인해 기억력 감퇴, 언어능력 저하, 시공간 파악능력 저하, 판단력 저하가 오게 되어 일상생활과 관련된 과제들을 수행하는데 어려움이 발생하게 된다. 경도인지장애를 동반한 치매 환자들을 위한 지역사회 기반 비 약물적 중재치료는 인지, 운동치료, 예술과 같은 활동을 포함 작업, 운동, 오락치료가 있고, 환자들의 삶의 질, 라이프케어의 증진에 영향을 준다. 본 연구는 라이프케어 증진을 위한 후마네트 운동 프로그램이 노인의 인지기능, 우울기능에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자, 경기도에 소재한 데이케어센터에서 실험군 15명, 대조군 15명을 8주간 실시하였다. 두 집단간에 지남력, 기억회상, 주의집중 및 계산, 우울기능에 유의한 차이가 있었고, 기억등록, 언어기능, 이해 및 판단에는 유의한 결과를 얻지 못하였다. 후마네트 운동은 치매 노인에게 인지기능 향상과, 우울기능에 효과가 있다고 판단되었다. 집안 내 생활이 많아지고, 운동기능, 우울기능, 인지기능이 감소될 수 있는 노인, 치매, 경도인지장애 환자들을 대상으로 라이프케어 증진을 위한 후마네트 운동 프로그램을 적용할 수 있는 방안을 마련하고 그 효과를 반복 측정하는 연구를 제언한다.

한국은 저출생 현상과 급속한 고령화로 인하여 노인돌봄 위기에 처해 있다. 2008년 노인장기요양보험이 본격적으로 실시되면서 노인돌봄의 사회화가 이루어지게 되었으나 다양하지 못한 서비스 선택권, 맞춤형 돌봄의 부족, 커뮤니티 케어의 불안정함 등으로 돌봄의 공백은 아직 사회문제로 남아있다. 또한 고령화의 진전에 따라 치매유병율의 증가는 새로운 사회위기이다. 이러한 상황에서 복지기술은 부족한 자원과 증가하는 수요의 공백을 메꾸어줄 미래의 중요한 대안이다. 본 논문에서는 지역에서 다양하게 제공되고 있는 치매서비스를 경험한 바 있는 경증치매노인 집단그룹면접, 치매고위험군 집단그룹면접을 통해 복지기술에 대한 친밀성, 접근성, 치매예방방안 등을 파악하였다. 치매 정도에 따른 차이는 있으나 두 그룹 모두 복지기술을 활용한 치매서비스에 관심이 높았다. 특히, 일상생활에서 자립적 훈련은 친밀한 도구인 TV나 전화를 활용하는 방안이 제시되었고 경증치매노인군의 경우 데이케어센터에서 기술활용을 위한 도움서비스와 가정 내 연계방안의 필요성이 제시되었다.

본 연구는 현장에서 수어통역 서비스를 제공하는 수어통역사와 청각장애인통역사 그리고 수어통역서비스를 이용하는 농인들을 대상으로 초점집단면접을 실시하여 현 수어통역사 자격제도에 대한 구체적인 인식을 알아보고 이를 통해 수어통역사 자격제도 운영의 개선점을 살펴보고자 하였다. 주제분석 결과 각 그룹별로 세 개의 상위범주가 도출되었고 이를 다시 종합한 결과 '수어통역 역량과 전문성을 공인받을 수 있는 자격제도로의 변화'와 '한국수어와 농문화에 기초한 자격제도로의 개선'으로 정리되었다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 '수어통역사 자격시험 관리 운영을 전담하는 상설 기관 신설', '수어통역의 전문성 및 수준과 경력이 반영된 자격제도로 개편', '모든 시험 문제와 시험의 과정을 수어 중심으로 진행', '농인이 주체가 되는 시스템', '수어통역사와 청각 장애인통역사를 위한 윤리강령 제정'을 제언하였다.
