Application of Environmental Management System Model for the Local Food Industry and the Analysis (로컬푸드산업의 환경경영시스템 모델 적용 분석)

  • Local food industry has been spreading all over the world. Korea is also actively applying and developing local food industry. However, relatively high distribution cost in Korean agricultural market is hindering its further growth. Distribution cost has close relation with shipping distance. Raised distribution cost brings major impacts not only on quality and price of products but also on greenhouse gas(carbon dioxide) emissions. Therefore, it is necessary to find a solution for inefficient distribution system of the local food industry to reduce overall cost and greenhouse gas. In this study, we present a location selection model for local food regional center using Analytic Hierarchy Process. The location of local food regional hub center is decided based on expert opinions on five factors: accessibility, quality, population, size of area, and shipping distance. The relative importance of the five factors has been concluded as follows: quality (0.430) ${\gg}$ population (0.262) ${\gg}$ travel distance (0.201) ${\gg}$ accessibility (0.075) ${\gg}$ and area (0.033). We apply and analyze the environmental management system model for Local food industry to develop the regional hub center site selection criteria and to analyze the effects of greenhouse gas emissions in the local food industry. This study, by applying and analyzing the environmental management system of the local food industry, is believed to be a valuable asset for managing greenhouse gas emission in the local food industry. Also, the data will be used for the autonomous local food industry's direct sales stall management. Eventually, this study will contribute so greatly to the local food industry's competitiveness that even large distribution companies will give way for the local food industry.

  • Policy-Based Network Management (PBNM) architecture is to meet various needs of network users and to provide effective management facilities in distributed and large scale networks to network managers. In PBNM, network managers perform network management operations by stipulating a set of rules rather than control each network component. On the other hand, providing security services such as authentication, privacy of messages as well as a new flexible and extensible administration framework, SNMPv3 enables network managers to monitor and control the operation of network components more secure way than ever before. Despite of its enhanced security services, SNMPv3 has difficulties in managing distributed, large-scaled network because it does not provide centralized security management facilities. In this paper, we propose a new security model called Role-based Security Management model (RSM) with security management policy to support scalable and centralized security management for SNMP-based networks. Also, the structure and the operation of the security system as well as the efficiency analysis of RSM in terms of security management are also described.

  • 선형계획법의 해법으로 최근에는 내부점기법(Interior Point Method)가 관심 을 끌고 있다. 이 내부점 기법은 계산복잡도 뿐만 아니라 수행속도면에서도 우수한 결과를 보이고 있다. 이 방법은 매 회 대칭양정치(Symmetric Positive Definite)인 선형시스템을 풀어야 하는데 이 과정이 전체 내부점 수 행시간의 80-90%를 차지한다. 따라서 내부점 기법의 수행속도는 대칭양정치 인 선형시스템을 효율적으로 푸는 방법에 달려 있다. 대칭양정치인 선형시스 템을 풀기 위해서는 상하분해를 이용하게 되는 데 가우스소거를 이용해서 상하 분해를 하는 경우 매 단계에서 행렬의 모든 요소를 가지고 있을 필요 가 없다. 행렬의 모든 요소에 대한 정보를 동시에 필요로 하지 않는다. 즉, 현 단계에서 가우스소거와 관련된 열들에 대한 정보만 있으면 상하 분해가 가능하고 이러한 개념을 이용한 방법이 프런탈방법이다. 프런탈 방법은 대형 선형계획 문제를 풀기에 유리하다는 장점이 있다. 이러한 프런탈 방법을 확 장해서 동시에 여러 개의 프런탈을 계산하는 방법이 멀티프런탈방법이다. 이 방법은 알고리듬 자체가 병렬처리에 적합하기 때문에 병렬처리와 관련해서 도 많은 연구가 수행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 삭제나무(Elimination Tree)를 이용한 프런탈 방법과 프런탈방법에 슈퍼노드의 개념을 도입한 슈퍼노들 프 런탈방법등에 대해서 이제까지의 연구 현황을 알아보고 프런탈방법에 적합 하고 효율적인 자료 구조와 멀티프런탈 방법에 적용 가능한 병렬알고리듬에 대하여 연구하고자 한다. 본 연구결과 기대효과로는 프런탈 방법에 적합하고 효율적인 자료 구조와 멀티프런탈 방법에 적용 가능한 병렬알고리듬을 개발 함으로써 내부점 선형계획법의 수행속도의 개선에 도움이 될 것이다.성요소들을 제시하였다.용자 만족도가 보다 높은 것으 로 나타났다. 할 수 있는 효율적인 distributed system를 개발하는 것을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 데이타베이스론의 입장에서 아직 정립되어 있지 않은 분산 환경하에서의 관계형 데이타베이스의 데이타관리의 분류체계를 나름대로 정립하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. 또한 이것의 응용은 현재 분산데이타베이스 구축에 있어 나타나는 기술적인 문제점들을 어느정도 보완할 수 있다는 점에서 그 중요성이 있다.ence of a small(IxEpc),hot(Tex> SOK) core which contains two tempegatlue peaks at -15" east and north of MDS. SI업체를 가진 그룹내 계열사들의 외주 위탁 전략에 관한 연구

  • 변환기에 있는 국내 외주위탁 시장의 특징은 대기업을 중심으로 시장이 형 성되어 있다는 것이다. 즉, 전체 시장규모의 약 절반 가량을 대기업들의 그 룹내 정보시스템 관리 비용이 차지하고 있으며, 자본금 10억 이상의 대형 외 주업체가 전체 70%정도를 점유하고 있다. 대부분의 그룹들은 계열사들의 정 보 시스템 부문을 통합하여 시스템 통합 회사를 설립하고, 이를 통해 내부 정보 시스템의 관리 및 운영을 실시하고 있다. 따라서, 계열사들은 기업의 환경과 요구 사항에 관계없이 무조건적으로 그룹내 시스템 통합 업체에 정 보 시스템을 외주 위탁하여 왔다. 하지만, 기업의 미래는 정보 시스템이 제 공하는 정보의 질에 의해 좌우된다고 해도 과언이 아니므로, 계열사들은 외 주위탁을 위해 그룹내 시스템 통합 업체 뿐 아니라 전문 기술과 경험을 가 지고 있는 외부 회사들을 고려하여야 한다. 즉, 기업의 환경과 필요한 정보 기술에 적합한 외주 위탁 회사를 선정하도록 하여야 한다. 계열사들이 기업 내부의 상황과 그룹의 환경에 따라 최적의 외주위탁 전략을 결정하도록 하 기 위해 본 연구에서는 두 가지 요소 -조직의 정보강도, 그룹의 영향지수-를 도입하였다. 이 요소들을 사용하여 계열사들의 독특한 업무의 환경에 적합한 외주위탁 상황 모형을 제시하고, 제시된 모델의 적합성 여부를 검증하기 위 해 시스템 통합 업체를 가진 국내 대기업의 사례들을 분석, 평가해 보았다. 6개의 그룹에서 11개의 계열사들을 선정하여 각 계열사들의 현재의 외주위 탁 전략, 조직의 정보강도, 그룹의 영향요소 및 정보 시스템에 대한 사용자 만족도를 상위 관리자들과의 인터뷰를 통해 조사하였다. 이 사례 연구들의 결과는 각 계열사들의 상황에 따라 제시된 외주위탁 전략과 현재의 외주위 탁 전략이 일치할 때 정보 시스템에 대한 사용자 만족도가 보다 높은 것으 로 나타났다. 할 수 있는 효율적인 distributed system를 개발하는 것을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 데이타베이스론의 입장에서 아직 정립되어 있지 않은 분산 환경하에서의 관계형 데이타베이스의 데이타관리의 분류체계를 나름대로 정립하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. 또한 이것의 응용은 현재 분산데이타베이스 구축에 있어 나타나는 기술적인 문제점들을 어느정도 보완할 수 있다는 점에서 그 중요성이 있다.ence of a small(IxEpc),hot(Tex> SOK) core which contains two tempegatlue peaks at -15" east and north of MDS.   • The factors of uncertainty such as work delay could cause many problems, for example, increase of construction cost and terms of work, and the deterioration of quality. Because of these, the uncertainty risk is regarded as an important management factor to obtain the success of construction project. So, the systematic management plan about the uncertainty factors is needed because it plays an important role in the completion of entire project. And also analysis of some factors which can cause the work delay can be one way of improving construction project's certainty and making it competitive. In this reason, we have to make an effort to set a priority based on analysis of quantitatively numerical value about work delay factors to manage them effectively. Thus, this study aims to suggest the basic data for the effective management and prevention of work delay in steel-frame work which is progressive actively now, along with increasing of demand of high-rise buildings by analyzing each reasons of work delay factors and also by suggesting important management factors that are coded according to each construction work using FMEA method which could give a data about the importance of work delay factors through quantitatively numerical value.

  • As Korea has been industrialized high recently, the constructional plant part which is the major driving force to Korean economic growth is being developed. In spite of the great importance, there are many ill-prepared parts in EPC project management procedure, and working in practice of EPC project management procedure manual is not systematic. That is why the governmental progressive policy on the relevant technology and the establishment of EPC project management procedure are needed. This study was aimed to derive reform measures by analyzing problems of EPC project management procedure manuals which are in use at 13 large-sized construction companies currently. The reform measures which are based on the theory of PMI(Project Management Institute)'s PMBOK(Porjcet Management Body Of Knowledge) are about deriving administration factors to control the project, and EPC project administration factors are derived from the definition of CMAA(Construction Mangement Association of America). The reformed electronic EPC project management procedure manual system is set up by standardizing derived administration factors.

  • The deck of steel box girder bridges is composed of deck plate, longitudinal rib, and transverse ribs. The orthotropic steel decks have high possibility to fatigue damage due to numbers of welded connection part, the heavy contact loadings, and the increase of repeated loadings. Generally, the local stress by the repeated loadings of heavy vehicles causes the orthotropic steel deck bridge to fatigue cracks. The increase of traffic volume and heavy vehicle loadings are promoted the possibility of fatigue cracks. Thus, it is important to exactly evaluate the structural behavior of bridge considering the contact loading area of heavy vehicles and real load patterns of heavy trucks which have effects on the bridge. This study estimated the effect of contact area of design loads and real traffic vehicles through the finite element analysis considering the real loading conditions. The finite element analysis carried out 4 cases of loading patterns in the orthotropic steel deck bridge. Also, analysis estimated the influence of contact area of real truck loadings by the existence of diaphragm plate. The result of finite element analysis indicated that single tire loadings of real trucks occurred higher local stress than one of design loadings, and especially the deck plate got the most influence by the single tire loading. It was found that the diaphragm attachment at joint part of longitudinal ribs and transverse ribs had no effects on the improvement of structural performance against fatigue resistance in elastic analysis.

A FEA Study on the Bond Property according to the Rib-Shape of Reinforcement (철근 마디형상에 따른 부착특성에 관한 해석적 연구)

  • Effects of various parameters on bond property between reinforcing bar and concrete are investigated in many researchers, and various study is on going to improve the bond strength. Properties of interface between reinforcement and concrete is important role in bond property. This study analyzed the interfacial bond mechanism between deformed bar and concrete by finite element analysis (FEA) to evaluate the effect of rib shape. The FEA model in this study is simplified 2D plane stress model. The variables of analysis are selected by rib angle, rib height, rib spacing and relative rib area. From the results of analysis, reinforcing bars with rib angle $30{\sim}60^{\circ}$ showed better bond strength than the others. Bond strength ratio following to the rib height is proportionally increased up to the $0.12d_b$, but rib spacing has little effect on bond strength. The results also indicated that relative rib area can be efficiently represented the properties of deformed shape in reinforcing bars, and zigzagged rib height shape showed excellent bond strength increase.

  • As wind turbines become larger and lighter, they are likely to respond sensitively by dynamic loads applied on them. Since the responses at resonances are particularly interested, it is required to be able to predict natural frequencies of wind turbines reliably at early design stage. To achieve this, the foundation-soil analysis is needed to be carried out and a finite element approach is adopted in general. However, the finite element approach would not be appropriate in early design stage because it demands heavy efforts in pile-soil modelling and computing facilities. On the contrary, theoretical approaches adopting linear approximations for soils are relatively simple and easy to handle. Therefore, they would be a useful tool in predicting a pile-soil interaction, particularly in early design stage. In this study an analysis for a pile inserted in soil is performed. The pile and soil are modelled as a beam and continuum medium, respectively, within an elastic range. In this analysis, influence factors at the pile head for lateral loads are predicted by means of this continuum approach for various length-diameter ratios of the pile. The influence factors predicted are validated with those reported in literature, proposed from a finite element analysis.

Prioritizing for Failure Modes of Dynamic Positioning System Using Fuzzy-FMEA (Fuzzy-FMEA를 이용한 동적위치제어 시스템의 고장유형 우선순위 도출)

  • Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) has been used by Dynamic Positioning (DP) system for risk and reliability analysis. However, there are limitations associated with its implementation in offshore project. 1) since the failure data measured from the SCADA system is missing or unreliable, assessments of Severity, Occurrence, Detection are based on expert's knowledge; 2) it is not easy for experts to precisely evaluate the three risk factors. The risk factors are often expressed in a linguistic way. 3) the relative importance among three risk factors are rarely even considered. To solve these problems and improve the effectiveness of the traditional FMEA, we suggest a Fuzzy-FMEA method for risk and failure mode analysis in Dynamic Positioning System of offshore. The information gathered from DP FMEA report and DP FMEA Proving Trials is expressed using fuzzy linguistic terms. The proposed method is applied to an offshore Dynamic Positioning system, and the results are compared with traditional FMEA.
