본 연구는 최근 실용주의 입장에서 대학 및 그 부속기관들의 평가가 경제적 가치의 평가 문제로 다루어지고 있는 현상을 배경으로 하여 국내 대학도서관의 가치측정을 위한 기반 연구로써 대학도서관 서비스들 중 참고정보서비스와 기술서비스를 중심으로 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이들 서비스가 가지는 상이한 특성으로 인한 각 연구들의 측정접근 방법 및 절차와 결과의 다양성을 분석하기 위하여 대학도서관의 영향력이나 가치와 관련한 최근 문헌을 대상으로 사례 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 이를 통하여 대학도서관의 가치측정의 방향과 방법론적인 틀을 검토하고 이를 실질적으로 적용할 수 있는 측정모형 구축을 위한 기반을 제공하고자 하였다.

The question acutely raised regarding Korea's entrance test is not just a matter of yesterday or today. It is not an exception to cartoon related fields, which lack of creativity and patterning trend, problems according to the types of autonomous performance tests for each school, problem of evaluation are being pointed out. As such alternative, methods such as expansion of time for performance test, introduction of extra performance test for evaluating creativity, and public sector exclusively taking in charge of creativity evaluation, and etc. will be made as the subject of discussion. Therefore, the most important assumption is to establish what Universities are intending to teach to students first, and to teach such thing, the questions of their entrance tests should contain relevant criteria so that students with relevant abilities would be selected. Even after entering school, constant monitoring would be necessary, and if it shows different results as expected, the criteria should be reviewed again. As such, the reason for Universities requiring much things is because the Universities are, the subject of student selection, the subject which requires certain abilities to students, and the subject of evaluation. Therefore, it is because a University can achieve its original purpose only when good talented students are obtained through such process of selection and are developed through education.

Recently, the needs fur management innovation of universities are growing. Therefore, introduction of Balanced Scorecard(BSC) for measuring performance has been considered as a way of management innovation. However, the introduction of BSC does not always become successful, and sometimes act as an obstacle to innovative activities. This study was designed to conduct pre-evaluation for J University well in advance of its BSC introduction to solve problems with the introduction and prove the importance of pre-evaluation to make BSC introduction a success. Methodologically, the study explored key factors of successful introduction of BSC by examining previous studies, and conducted a comparative analysis of such key factors, focusing on J University. To evaluate factor-specific results in a more practical way, weighted value analysis on factors was conducted by experts so as to investigate how many factors J University can meet fur the introduction of BSC. As a result, the outcome of the pre-evaluation before J University introduces the BSC was generated, and the study aimed to suggest such empirical analysis as a method of pre-evaluation of the BSC introduction.

The objective of this study is to draw implications and also to design an evaluation model suitable for vocational education in college based on the literary consideration of the quality management of curriculum and the case analysis on the quality management of curriculum of early childhood education department in college, and then to seek for the measures for the systematic quality management of curriculum of early childhood education department applying the evaluation model. To the core of this study, as the evaluation measures for systematically approaching the quality management of curriculum in the aspect of department, this study presented a curriculum quality management model for early childhood education department of college which was mixed with CIPP model as a program evaluation model that has been a lot used for the evaluation of domestic/foreign curriculums in the evaluation(C) stage of PDCA with the use of PDCA procedure as a school administrative process, and then suggested the roles and quality culture of members. The results of this study could be used as the basic data for the quality management of curriculum of early childhood education department in college, desired by diverse institutions and projects for the institutional support in the future.

In this paper, we utilize student survey, scholastic level assessment and class evaluation in order to address the problems and find out the improvements on operating the subjects in the university-level program(UP), focusing on the Calculus I. We also propose effective management strategies and learning methods for the UP classes consisting of excellent high school students.

The purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation indicator of institutional repositories to be used by participating university libraries of dCollection. Based on the literature reviews of digital library evaluation, core evaluation measures and criteria were identified. In order to verify the applicability and appropriateness of those evaluation criteria for institutional repositories, two methods were employed: A case study with sixteen university libraries and a Delphi study with twenty university libraries. The results of both studies led the development of an evaluation model which consisted of four evaluation dimensions and 29 criteria. This evaluation model should be utilized as tools for objective assessment and guidelines for improving institutional repository services by universities libraries in which the dCollection is currently Implemented or the future plan of the dCollection is underway.

The purpose of this study analyzed the overall attitude and perception of course evaluation of nursing students, and suggested improvement direction of course evaluation. The sample consist of 428 A-university students in J province. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 23.0 program using ANOVA, t-test, and $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test. As a result, it was confirmed that nursing students participated in course evaluation with a careful and correct response attitude, and course evaluation result was reliable. The instructor should share the process of improving the class by reflecting the evaluation results so that the students can recognize the purpose and importance of course evaluation. In addition, it suggested that it is necessary to develop items of a course evaluation reflecting the characteristic of nursing such as clinical practice courses and to revise the evaluation system.

최근 기후변화 및 환경변화로 인해 하천으로 유입되는 오염물질의 변화로 하천 오염원의 다양화가 발생되고 있다. 국내에서는 BOD, T-P 항목으로 수질을 관리하고 있으나, 중·소하천에서는 다양한 오염원의 영향이 나타나 BOD, T-P 항목의 관리는 한계가 발생한다. 따라서 수질오염 영향인자들을 고려한 하천의 종합적인 수질 평가 기법의 도입이 필요한 실정이다. 특히, 한강 유역의 경기도 지역은 인구밀도 및 불투수면적이 높고 중소하천의 분포가 넓은 유역으로 다항목 수질의 종합적인 평가가 필요하다. 국내·외에서는 하천의 종합적인 수질을 평가하고자 수질지수(Water Quality Index, WQI)를 점수 및 등급으로 산정하여 하천의 수질을 평가하였다. 수질지수는 평가 목적 및 계산 방법, 평가되는 수질 항목, 등급 체계의 차이로 다양한 종류의 수질지수가 개발되었다. 국내에서는 통계분석과 수질지수를 활용하여 하천의 시공간적 변화를 파악하고 하천 생활환경기준과 비교를 통해 수질지수의 적용성을 검토하는 효율적인 수질관리에 대해 연구 되고 있다. 국외에서는 주요 오염원 및 영향인자를 식별하기 위해 수질지수를 활용하여 하천의 수질 변화를 평가하였다. 하천의 주요 영향인자는 유역특성에 따른 차이가 발생하여 유역 특성에 적합한 수질지수를 활용한 맞춤형 수질관리가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 도시하천의 효율적인 수질관리에 기여하고자 유역 특성을 반영한 수질지수를 활용하여 도시하천의 종합적인 수질을 평가하고자 한다. 군집분석을 활용하여 도시 유형을 분류하고 요인분석으로 도시하천의 수질 인자별 관계성을 도출하여 유역의 도시 현황별 영향인자를 파악하고자 한다. CCME WQI, NSFWQI 등 기존 국내·외에서 개발된 수질지수를 도시하천의 주요 영향인자로 산정하여 도시하천의 종합적인 수질을 평가하고자 한다. 산정된 수질지수의 점수 및 등급과 하천 생활환경기준의 적용성을 검증하여 도시하천에서 발생되는 수질오염 관리 및 대응의 의사결정 도구로서 활용될 것으로 사료된다.

비점오염원에서 배출되는 오염부하량(BOD, T-P)은 점오염원의 2배 이상을 차지하고 있어 비점오염원 관리에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 이에 비점오염원의 효율적 관리를 위한 전략 및 추진과제 마련을 위해 제1차('04-'11), 제2차('12-'20) 비점오염원 관리 종합대책(이하 종합대책)이 수립 및 이행되었다. 이어 2016년 물환경보전법 개정에 따라 종합대책의 수립이 법제화되고 지난 2020년 말 제3차 비점종합대책('21~'25)이 수립되었다. 제3차 비점종합대책은 수질개선이 체감되는 비점오염원 관리라는 비전을 가지며 도시, 농·축산, 산림, 관리기반의 4개 분야에 총 71개의 세부 추진과제를 제시하고 있다. T-P 비점오염배출부하량 5% 감축, 불투수율 감축, 비점오염관리지역개소 확대, 고랭지 흙탕물 관리지역 구역 확장, 지역 거버넌스 구축을 대책의 목표와 각 분야별 관리지표로 제시하고 있다. 물환경보전법 제53조의5와 동법 시행령 제75조의3에 따라 환경부장관은 매년 이행사항을 점검 및 평가하여 그 결과를 비점오염원 관리 정책의 수립 및 집행에 반영해야 한다. 지난 제1·2차 대책의 경우 성과 점검 및 관리를 위한 체계가 부재하여 사업의 실효성 확보에 한계가 있었으며 이에 따라 소관별 이행사항 점검 및 평가체계의 필요성이 제기되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 종합대책 이행평가 전략 및 세부 추진체계를 마련하여 효율적인 소관별 이행사항 점검 및 평가를 도모하고자 하였다. 분야별 세부 추진과제는 매년, 대책의 목표와 각 분야별 관리지표는 대책 시행 후 5차년에 점검 및 평가할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 또한 종합대책의 최종 목표 달성 시뮬레이션을 통해 5차년 이후 원활한 평가가 이루어질 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구에서 마련한 이행평가 체계를 통해 적절한 이행평가 및 효율적인 비점오염원 관리를 도모할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
