This study was conducted to identify the convergence relation of critical thinking disposition, problem-solving ability and college life adaptation and to find out the factors that influence college life adaptation. The survey was collected on 172 2nd and 3rd grade students majoring in dental laboratory technology from three-year colleges in Chungbuk and Jeonbuk. The analysis results showed that the critical thinking disposition was 3.50, problem-solving ability of the study subjects was 3.55 and college life adaptation was 3.27. The most influential factor in college life adaptation was critical thinking disposition followed by major satisfaction and college satisfaction in that order. In order to improve the level of college life adaptation of dental laboratory technology students, it is necessary to reform the educational environment and develop a variety of educational program to increase critical thinking, major satisfaction and college satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the current practices of the customized bibliographic instructions (CBI) at four-year academic libraries in Korea. Among the entire 206 academic libraries, a total of 149 libraries participated in the survey. Study result shows that the libraries providing CBI was 63.1%. The findings of the study revealed the overall picture of the CBI operated in Korean academic libraries. The findings of the study suggested useful strategies to apply in adopting and operating the CBI in academic libraries in Korea.

This study aimed to identify academic stress factors of nursing students who have experienced COVID-19. The subjects of this study were 172 nursing students from three universities in Gyeongsangnam-do. Data were collected at November 2022 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, Hierarchical regression by SPSS/WIN 21.0. As a result of the study, the degree of academic stress 2.09 points and the factors affecting nursing students' academic stress were major satisfaction, satisfaction with alternative clinical practicum, emotion-focused coping, problem-focused coping, self-efficacy, perceived health status, and depression due to COVID-19, and the total explanatory power was 62.3%. Based on these research results, we need to prepare a systematic education plan to reduce the academic stress of nursing students in future disasters and infectious diseases by preparing measures to increase nursing students' major satisfaction and satisfaction with alternative clinical practicum.

방송예술 및 콘텐츠 제작 역량을 교육시키는 방송예술특성화 대학으로서 C3(Creativity, Convergence, Contents) 방송예술 창의융합교육 모델인 융합수업을 개설하고 전체 학과에서 신청한 학생들을 대상으로 교육을 진행하였다. 융합수업은 전공이 다른 학생들이 희망하는 콘텐츠 제작과정을 수강하고, 방송사와 산업체에서 실무경험이 풍부한 교수와 전문가들이 직접 콘텐츠 제작을 지도함으로써 고품질의 수준 높은 콘텐츠 제작 교육을 경험할 수 있는 수업이다. 즉, 재학 중 학교수업을 통해 미리 현장 경험을 쌓음으로써 취업 즉시 콘텐츠 제작 역량을 발휘할 수 있는 자신감 함양과 제작현장에 기여할 수 있는 융합형 인재양성 교육프로그램인 것이다. 본 연구에서는 대학이 보유하고 있는 방송용 버츄얼 스튜디오를 활용한 가상 세트 영상 제작 교육 『영화담』을 제작하는 융합수업과 드론 항공촬영을 활용한 제작교육 『드론 탐사대』 융합수업을 실시하여 첨단 기술을 활용한 콘텐츠 협업 제작의 효과와 학생들의 만족도를 분석하였다.

There were several documents that might reflect the great concern on the education of psychosomatic medicine in medical school from the 1960s. But the hour of class and proportion of psychosomatic medicine have been quite small among the total lecture time of psychiatry. Notwithstanding the importance of biopsychosocial perspective in practice and research there have been no agreement on the goal and content of teaching psychosomatic medicine in the medical school curriculum. Consultation-liaison psychiatric activity in the hospital were currently under-developed and educational content and process were not systematic. We should have established the goal of psychosomatic education in the medical school that includes making doctor who could not only cure disease but also care the ill patients. And we should develop the curriculum that covers essential area of psychosomatic medicine and checking system to monitor the process of education. With the continuance of psychosomatic perspectives from medical school education to clinical subspecialty we can make progress in this field.

Convergence education, which is operated by many engineering colleges, is mainly led by government-led projects. Convergence majors are established in consideration of the research field of the university professors rather than systematically analyzing the needs of the industry. The purpose of this study is to present the directions of convergence technology education related to new industry fields by analyzing industry needs. Participants were 299 industrial workers in various fields. Instrument consisted of three parts: necessity for convergence education, demand for convergence new technology education from industry perspective, and opinions about undergraduate convergence education. As a result, it was found that the level of awareness of industry needs for fusion technology education was high, and it was confirmed that there is a high demand for IoT convergence, bio-health, advanced new material, and renewable energy fields among convergence technology fields. In addition, the results of the industry demand for convergence new technology education were presented. The suggestions for expectations, problems, and improvements in undergraduate education were presented and implications for convergence technology education were discussed based on the results of the study.

This study was attempted to identify the difference between nursing competencies and major satisfaction before and after the first clinical practice of nursing college students and use it as basic data for efficient clinical practice education. Data collection by single group pre- and post-design was conducted from February 18 to April 23, 2019 for 201 nursing college students before and after clinical practice for 8 weeks. The collected data were analyzed by frequency, paried t-test, and Pearson's Correlation, Multiple Regression using SPSS/Win 23.0. As a result of the study, Nursing competency increased after the first clinical practice than before, but it was not significant(t=-1.73, p=.084). Among the sub-factors of nursing competency, educational ability(t=-1.97, p=.050) and ethical practical ability(t=-209, p=.038) was found to increase significantly. Major satisfaction was significantly increased after clinical practice than before(t=-2.45, p=.015). After clinical practice, it was found that general satisfaction, relationship satisfaction, and recognition satisfaction which are sub-factors of major satisfaction, had a positive correlation with nursing competency. As a result of analyzing the impact on nursing competency, it was found that recognition satisfaction explains nursing competency as 9.9%. Therefore, it is necessary to reorganize the clinical practice curriculum that can improve nursing competency, develop a program that can improve major satisfaction, and verify the effectiveness.

The purpose of this study is to seek practical implementation of adult learner-targeted college. For this, it first of all pointed out expanding opportunities of adult learners to learn and limitation of current lifelong education system at higher education level as well as lifelong learning centered university project. Then it selected and examined 3 university cases abroad, such as Harvard university, the university of Chicago in US and Warwick university in UK in terms of their curriculum and operating method for adult learners. In addition to the literature and case studies, this study did interviews on 5 professors with major of lifelong education and 5 managerial experts of university to suggest practical operating approach of adult learner-targeted college, which is as following. University's philosophy should be geared to meet public responsibility, specialization and persistency of the system and proper measurement be followed such as various range of admission track, prior education courses, recognition of prior learning experience, major, teaching method, curriculum and extra adult learner tailored service including financial support. Based on the study result, practical implications were suggested.

대학에서 학습효과를 높이기 위해 신입생들을 대상으로 기초학습능력검사를 실시하고 있다. 대학별 수시 비율이 높아짐에 따라 특성화고등학교 학생들이 입학의 기회 폭이 증가하였다. 이과와 문과의 계열성을 떠나 수학, 영어 등의 기본 교육과정이 다르기 때문에 대학에 진학해서 그동안 배우지 않은 전공 교과목에 많은 어려움을 느끼고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 보건계열 치위생과에 입학한 학생들의 가장 기본 전공과목인 치위생학개론 수업 전 구강에 관련된 지식을 다 각도에 따라 분석하여 이를 기초한 교수 학습 방법 및 학습자의 능동적인 수업 참여와 함께 동기 유발이 될 수 있도록 함에 있다.

This study aimed to investigate the perception of students for the general creativity education in order to suggest the practical education for the improvement of their creativity. Most students chose 'discussion and projects' which indicates students preferred the class where they can mainly participate with a help of professors.
