The Effect of Perceived e-Service Quality and Other-Word of Mouth on Customer Satisfaction and Revisit Intention - In a Family Restaurant Website (온라인 서비스품질에 대한 자신의 인지적 평가와 타인의 구전효과가 고객만족도와 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 - 패밀리 레스토랑 웹사이트를 대상으로)

  • The current paper aims to analyze the influence of users' self evaluation of e-service quality and others' word-of-mouth(WOM) on customer satisfaction and revisit intention in a family restaurant web site. The research model includes the constructs of service quality, WOM, customer satisfaction, and revisit intention. This study examines the hypothesized model using data from 175 college students around the Seoul metropolitan area who have visited a family restaurant as well as used its web site during the last three months. The findings show that service quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction and a full-mediation effect between WOM and customer satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction has a significant influence on revisit intention. Family restaurants need to have an effort to manage service quality factors and social influences such as online WOM in order to use a web site as a tool of customer relationship management.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the service quality of entrepreneurship education, academic self - efficacy, and learning commitment in college students. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, the difference of entrepreneurship education with professors of entrepreneurship education has a significant influence on the learning commitment, and the operation of entrepreneurship education has no significant influence. Second, the difference of entrepreneurship education and the operation of entrepreneurship education have a significant effect on academic self - efficacy, while the entrepreneurship professional instructor has no significant influence. Third, academic self - efficacy has a significant effect on learning commitment. Fourth, in the relationship between the service quality of entrepreneurship education and learning commitment, the academic self-efficiency was found to have a mediated effect.

  • 본 연구는 시장지향성이 사업성과에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 시장지향성의 관점에서 사업성과와의 관계를 조명 해보고, 시장지향성과 사업성과간의 관계 연구에서 통합적 매개변수들의 역할을 연구하였다. 기존 선행연구에서 매개변수로 사용한 종업원 만족, 차별화 전략, 벤치마킹, 혁신, 경쟁전략, 시장지향성, 직무만족, 조직몰입, 조직간 정보공유 둥을 통합하여 변수들의 중복을 피하고, 상호 독립성이 유지되는 변수들만을 채택하여 종업원만족, 혁신, 경쟁전략의 선택과 실행 등 3개의 변수를 도출하였으며, 여기에다 국내 선행연구에선 아직 사용하지 않은 조직학습을 신규 매개변수로 추가하여 기업역량변수로 설정하였다. 또한 고객만족, 서비스품질, 서비스충성도(애호도), 서비스이미지, 기업이미지, 등을 통합하여 고객만족, 서비스품질, 충성도 등 3개의 변수로 도출하였으며 신규 매개변수로써 기업과 고객간 정보공유를 채택하여 고객반응으로 명명하였다. 여기에서, 각각 4개씩 도출된 변수들은 각각 하나의 차원으로 통합하였으며, 두 차원의 통합적 매개변수들이 어떠한 인과적 역할을 하는지 보다 깊이 연구하였다. 연구가설은 6개의 가설 중 시장지향성과 사업성과 간 기업역량과 고객반응의 통합적 매개변수들의 간접효과가 지지되어 4개의 가설이 채택되었다. 그러나, 시장지향성과 사업성과 간의 직접효과와 기업역량과 고객반응의 중복매개는 기각되었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 이론적 실무적 공헌을 제안하였으며, 끝으로 본 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향을 제언하였다.

  • 현대 사회는 경제, 사회, 문화 등의 모든 분야에 걸쳐 극심한 경쟁상황에 직면하여 생존과 발전을 위해 고객위주의 전략을 수립하지 않으면 안 된다. 국내의 교육시장도 마찬가지로 교육시장 개방과 주 고객인 진학예정 학생수의 감소, 교육기관 특히 대학의 과잉으로 말미암아 대학간의 경쟁이 치열해 졌으며 특별한 대책이 없는 한 머지않아 상당수의 대학이 사라질 형편이 되었다. 이런 현상은 지방대학의 경우 더욱 심한 상황이고 따라서 각 대학들은 다양한 생존전략을 수립하여 어려움을 극복하고자 한다.(중략)

  • This study investigated general educational quality, satisfaction and loyalty related to dietary life among K university students in Busan. SPSS version 20.0 was employed to conduct various analyses, namely frequency, factor, reliability and regression. A number of results were discovered. First, factors of nutrition education quality (knowledge, interest, instructor) had a positive influence on satisfaction. Second, factors of satisfaction with nutrition education quality had a positive influence on loyalty. Third, the three factorsof nutrition education quality had a positive influence on loyalty. Of the the three nutrition education quality factors, the knowledge factor exhibited the strongest effect on satisfaction among, while the Interest factor had the strongest impacton loyalty. As a result, consideration must be given the factors that act on nutrition education quality.

  • The paper describes a case study in which Sungkyunkwan University Library participated in the official ARL(Assoication of Research Libraries) LibQUAL+ evaluation program. LibQUAL+ model is based on the SERVQUAL service quality evaluation model originally developed in the marketing area. It details a number of processes including translation of the LibQUAL+ survey instrument into Korean, selection of study sample and choice of survey versions. In addition, it offers a number of strategies that can be adopted in order to analyze the survey data for various comparisons among different user groups and institutions. LibQUAL+ is more that a survey instrument; it a holistic system for assessing library service quality. Despite criticisms on LibQUAL+, we expect that university libraries in Korean will benefit from participating in the program. It is preferable that a group of libraries form a consortium to participate in the LibQUAL+ program as opposed to individual participation. The consortium can function as a learning community through various workshops and sharing activities, thus elevate the overall evaluation efforts in Korean libraries to a higher level.

  • As competition in the airline industry intensifies, effective airline service quality evaluation has become one of the main challenges. In particular, as big data analytics has been touted as a new research paradigm, new research on service quality measurement using online review analysis has been attempted. However, these studies do not use review titles for analysis, relyon supervised learning that requires a lot of human intervention in learning, and do not consider airline characteristics in classifying service quality dimensions.To overcome the limitations of existing studies, this study attempts to measure airlines service quality and to classify it into the AIRQUAL service quality dimension using online review text as well as title based on self-trainingand sentiment analysis. The results show the way of effective extracting service quality dimensions of AIRQUAL from online reviews, and find that each service quality dimension have a significant effect on service satisfaction. Furthermore, the effect of review title on service satisfaction is also found to be significant. This study sheds new light on service quality measurement in airline industry by using an advanced analytical approach to analyze effects of service quality on customer satisfaction. This study also helps managers who want to improve customer satisfaction by providing high quality service in airline industry.

Developing Measurements of University Satisfaction using Public Customer Satisfaction Index (공공기관 고객만족지수를 이용한 대학의 고객만족 측정도구 개발)

  • With the higher competition of university environment, universities has been adapted Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). However, the problem of CSI focuses on score and ranking announcement. In public sectors, PCSI model is used because of increasing its strategic utilization by providing diagnosis of the phenomenon and direction for future improvement through causal model analysis. The purpose of this research is to develop a measurements of university satisfaction using PCSI. This research demonstrates validity and reliability of PCSI using test-retest method using multi-group confirmatory factor analysis. The results of this research indicate that the reliability and validity of the PCSI model is verified. Service product quality, service delivery quality, environment quality and social quality have positive effects on customer satisfaction. In turn, customer satisfaction have positve effects on university performance and social performance. In conclusion, service quality, PCSI, and service performance are clarified to be appropriate components of the satisfaction survey. These results can be used to measure the satisfaction level of education at actual universities. It is expected that practical basic data can be obtained to improve the quality of university education.

Effects of Medical Service Quality on the Customer Satisfaction and Intention of Revisit in Cancer Patients (의료서비스품질이 암환자의 고객만족과 재이용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze effects of medical service quality on the customer satisfaction and intention of revisit in cancer patients. To achieve purpose of the research, the data was collected from 420 patients in university hospitals using a standardized questionnaires. Using the structural equation modeling(SEM), this study examines the relationship among medical service quality, customer satisfaction and intention of revisit. The results show that the medical service quality factors such as medical expertise, administrative service have positive effects on the customer satisfaction which positively relates to intention of revisit. Medical expertise, convenience, administrative service of the medical service quality factors have positive influence upon intention of revisit. Therefore, the results of this study show that the medical service quality factors which are medical expertise, administrative service leading to customer satisfaction are important factors to revisit hospitals.

  • 최근 중국 시장에서 모바일 결재 서비스이 사용량이 매우 증가하고 있으며, 세계 모바일 결재 시장에서 1위를 차지하였다. 모바일 간편 결제란 일반적으로 재화, 서비스 이용에 연관된 결제를 모바일 단말기로 처리하는 것을 말하는데. 고객들의 수요를 만족시켜 사용도를 높이고 고객충성도를 효과적으로 배양하고 끌어올리는 것은 각 모바일 간편결제 서비스 플랫폼들의 초미의 관심사가 되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 중국 모바일 간편결재 서비스품질과 기술수용모델이 고객만족도와 재사용의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 그리고 유형별 분석결과에 대한 차이가 있는지 살펴보았다. 먼저 선행연구를 바탕으로 연구모형 및 연구가설을 설정하고, 중국의 고객들을 대상으로 250명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, SPSS 19.0 통계분석 프로그램을 사용하여 실증분석을 하였다.
