Acquiring professional knowledge and clinical practice of nursing students is a major barrier to campus life and nursing education is needed the programs for considering student's stress and personal characteristics. This study was to understand relation among self-leadership, self-efficacy, interpersonal relationship and college life satisfaction in nursing students. We conducted a survey of 375 students in 4 nursing colleges during the period from March 2nd to 31st. 2014. The study found a positive correlation and significant direct effects between self-leadership, self-efficacy, interpersonal relationship and college life satisfaction and these variables explained 26.8% of college life satisfaction. Therefore, self-leadership of students can improve self-efficacy, interpersonal relationship, furthermore, improve ultimately college life satisfaction. According to this study, to improve college life satisfaction, student's personal characteristics should be considered and education programs for self-leadership, self-efficacy and interpersonal relationship be reflected in curriculum.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of wellness, campus-life satisfaction and learning flow among university students. This Model tests various theoretical research hypotheses relating to Wellness, Campus-Life Satisfaction and, Learning Flow. The proposed model is analyzed to target 214 university students in Daegu using Smart Partial Least Square(PLS) 2.0. The result of hypothesis testing are as follows. First, Spiritual, Intellectual, Social, Emotional wellness positively influenced campus-life satisfaction, but does not significantly influence physical wellness. Second, Campus-life satisfaction positively influenced learning flow. The results of the study empirically shows that university student's wellness meaning the optimal condition increases the campus life satisfaction and has a positive effect on learning flow in a moment. Thus, based on the results of the study, it is needed to make an effort to provide diverse programs to improve university student's wellness for the increase of their campus life satisfaction and learning flow.

We explored the influence of educational service quality on university image, student satisfaction, and word of mouth, as well as the causal association between university image, student satisfaction, and word of mouth. Second-order structural model testing was conducted with 274 questionnaires being used to analyze the hypotheses. The findings demonstrated, first, that educational service quality positively affected university image, student satisfaction, and word of mouth. The important sub-dimensions of educational service quality were teaching method, followed by lecture content, professor attitude, and communication through the second-order structural analysis. Second, university image positively affected student satisfaction and word of mouth. Third, student satisfaction positively affected word of mouth. Finally, for factor loading, the results of educational service quality indicated that teaching method(0.972) and lecture content(0.934) were the key factors in estimating the quality, revealing their significant and positive impact on university image, student satisfaction, and word of mouth. Thus, service providers should strengthen the teaching method and lecture content of educational service quality to enhance the university image, student satisfaction, and word of mouth of university performance from the perspective of university students.

Job satisfaction can affect not only physical and mental health in an individual's life but also productivity and job performance in an organzational setting. This study investigate the level of the academic librarians' job satisfaction in Korea. As the results of this investigation, the librarian or the university administrator and futhermore the government autorities must attempt to know of needs of academic librarians to improve of job satisfaction. Consequence of this study is conducive to the establishment of the academic librarians's personnel management and the advancement of academic library in Korea.

The purpose of this study was to classify latent profiles based on satisfaction of student by the campus-life&educational-experiences and to identify factors affecting satisfaction according to each type. For this study, data from the survey of the A univ(1,952 data) were used. To analyze this, a latent profiles analysis was applied to identify subgroups, in which the students by the campus-life&educational-experiences satisfaction, and a multinomial logistic regression model was applied to verify factors affecting group classification. As a result of the analysis, first four groups were classified in the order of 'average·class·highest·relationship satisfaction type'. Second the factors affecting the classification into the remaining three types with 'the average satisfaction type' as a reference group were found to be significant influencing factors(gender, grade, admission process, GPA grade). Based on these results, this study suggested implications for planning and promoting student-tailored education and student support policies at the university level.

This study examined the relationship between demographic characteristics, satisfaction of operating factors in college lifelong education, satisfaction of college lifelong education, and recommendation intention for 1,782 adult learners of college lifelong education (N=1782). As a result of Hypothesis 1, gender and age were found to have a significant effect in all areas of college lifelong education satisfaction (education content, pedagogy, instructor, educational environment, system, support), while education level did not. In addition, the learning time was verified to affect only the educational content, educational environment, and satisfaction with the system and support. As a result of Hypothesis 2, it was found that the satisfaction of the operating factors of the instructor, system, and support had a positive effect on the satisfaction of college lifelong education, and the environmental factors of education had a negative effect. As a result of verification of Hypothesis 3, it was found that the satisfaction of college lifelong education influenced the intention of recommendation. The purpose of this study is to determine the degree of satisfaction with the operational factors of college lifelong education, the satisfaction of college lifelong education, and the intention of recommendation for adult learners of a university that is operating a degree program dedicated to adult learners who are actually practicing the transition to a lifelong education system of university as an innovation in higher education. The relationship verification is expected to provide practical implications for constructing a new college lifelong education model in the future.

The purpose of this study was to study the quality of service, student satisfaction, and university image of the university sports center as part of the university education service in order to find necessary marketing measures to secure university competitiveness. To this end, we used the convenience sampling method for sports centers of three universities in the Seoul metropolitan area. and analyzed the final 326 copies, excluding 24 questionnaires out of a total of 350 questionnaires. Using the SPSS 21.0 program, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The results showed that the geographical, human and convenience factors of the university's sports center affect student satisfaction. Second, it was found that the facility and convenience factors of the university sports center affect the university image. Third, it was revealed that the university sports center's satisfaction with the quality of its service affected the university image.

This study was attempted to find out the effect of major satisfaction and clinical practice satisfaction of nursing college students on job-seeking stress. For this study, from May to June 2021, 152 4^th grade students were participated from M University in Jeolla-do Province, using a self-reported questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used for data analysis. As a result of this study, it was revealed that there was a significant negative correlation between the job-seeking stress of nursing students on major satisfaction(r=-.356, p<.001), but clinical practice satisfaction was not((r=-.018, p=.825). Also, the factors affecting the job-seeking stress of nursing students were age(β=0.285, p<.001), G.P.A.(β=0.250, p=.001) and major satisfaction(β=-0.331, p<.001) with a total explanatory power of 25.3%. As the results of this study, to decrease the job-seeking stress of nursing students, it is necessary to develop and apply programs to increase major satisfaction, and also the programs should be considered the nursing students' ages and G.P.As.

서비스는 기본적으로 고객과 서비스공급자간의 상호작용을 필요로 한다. 이때 서비스 공급자 구체적으로 종업원들이 자신의 직무에서 느낀 것들이 서비스 조우시 그대로 고객에게 전달되게 된다. 즉, 기업의 최종 지향점인 고객만족을 위해 내부 고객인 종업원의 만족이 필수적이라 할 수 있는데, 본 연구에서는 내부고객을 대상으로 한 내부마케팅 구체적으로 내부고객에게 제공되는 서비스품질의 내용을 알아보기 위해 선행연구에 대한 포괄적인 검토를 통해 이를 파악하고, 종업원만족이나 고객만족 등의 후행변수에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 병원에 근무하는 간호사들을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였고, 연구결과 내부고객에게 제공되는 내부서비스품질이 높을수록 종업원만족이 상승함을 발견하였다.

This study was to investigate the relationship among clinical practice stress, major satisfaction, campus life satisfaction of nursing students. Data was collected from university students in C. do province and college students in S city. All 81 subjects was analyzed by SPSS 21.0ver. Campus life satisfactions were differences on gender and major satisfaction. Satisfied nursing students with campus life had lower level of clinical practice stress than unsatisfied students, especially in health care giver's attitude, patient's attitude, clinical circumstances and mental factors. This study suggested that the convergent extracurriculum program should be paid to interpersonal relationship competence before clinical practice.
