This study surveyed the retrieval systems for digital information resources of the university libraries in Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam districts and the vendors. Kinds of access points and retrieval conditions (Boolean logic, methods of index term identification, and particularities of the retrieval) of the libraries' systems are various and different to each other. Access points of the vendors' systems are unessentially various and different to each other, but the retrieval conditions are rather elaborated. Upon the result the suggestions for the standardization of digital information retrieval system are offered.

Universities have been investing in their information systems to keep their management functions working efficiently and effectively. Thanks to these efforts, faculty members and other university employees can perform their tasks efficiently almost anywhere and anytime. Several universities embarked upon information systems projects to take advantage of emerging information technologies in their administration and management. Only a limited number of universities have achieved their objectives; some others have been even tinkering with the idea of abandoning their newly developed academic information systems. The development of academic information systems often start with a relatively high risk of system failure. Sometimes, these systems encounter unforeseen obstacles or fail in systems development. These universities with problems also can overcome these issues by collecting their wisdom. The mindfulness theory is suitable for dealing with implementing academic information systems. This research analyzes an academic information systems development case from a mindfulness perspective, and also addresses its research implications and theoretical contributions.

본 연구에서는 정보컨설팅시스템과 지식베이스 관리시스템을 이용하여 연구자에게 연구과제 단위로 정보를 제공해 주는 연구컨설팅시스템을 인터넷 웹상에서 구현하였다. 시스템 평가를 위해 먼저 정보컨설팅시스템에 대한 이용자의 만족도를 조사한 다음 본 시스템을 맨체스터대학의 NetEc와 문헌과 웹사이트 등을 조사하여 비교 분석해 보았다.

소프트웨어의 품질결함은 후반으로 갈수록 발견하고, 수정하는 비용이 증가하기 때문에 평가 비용(appraisal costs) 단계에 속하는 아키텍처 평가에서 품질의 저하를 발견하고, 수정하여 전체 소프트웨어 품질 비용을 감소시켜야 한다. 아키텍처 평가기법인 CBAM(Cost-Benefit Analysis Method)은 ROI(Return On Investment)를 통한 아키텍처 전략선택 기법으로, 소프트웨어 시스템에 미치는 품질에 대해서는 고려하지 않는다. 본 논문은 기존의 CBAM에 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 적용하여 품질 속성과 아키텍처 전략 조합들과의 관계를 통해, 주어진 자원 안에서 시스템의 품질을 최대화 할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 청각장애인의 의사소통을 위한 안드로이드 애플리케이션 시스템 구현 결과를 보인다. 구글 클라우드 플랫폼(Google Cloud Platform)의 STT(Speech to Text) API를 이용하여 음성 인식을 통해 대화의 내용을 텍스트의 형태로 출력한다. 그리고 TTS(Text to Speech)를 이용한 음성 합성을 통해 텍스트를 음성으로 출력한다. 또한, 포그라운드 서비스(Service)에서 가속도계 센서(Accelerometer Sensor)를 이용하여 스마트폰을 2~3회 흔들었을 때 해당 애플리케이션을 실행할 수 있도록 하여 애플리케이션의 활용성을 높인 시스템을 개발하였다.

본 논문에서는 지속되던 코로나-19 바이러스로 인한 일상의 제약이 점차 완화되는 추세 속에서 이전에 영위하지 못하던 개개인의 여가생활을 지원하기 위해 개발하였다. 제약이 완화되면서 많은 사람들이 국내 여행의사가 점차 증가된다고 분석된다. 지금 우리의 일상 속에는 인간이 직접 의사결정을 하는 부분들이 많이 줄어들었다. 공공데이터를 이용한 자동화된 경로 추천 시스템을 통해 사용자들은 의사결정의 단계 없이 제공되는 경로를 지도 API를 통해 시각적으로 이용하며 나들이 준비 과정을 간소화 시킬 것으로 예상된다.

While many scholars and practitioners have studied the effectiveness and utilization of CRM, studies and cases which apply CRM to university operation are not enough in Korea. Therefore, this study focuses on the theoretical background and efforts of university CRM program through a D University case. Also, this study investigates the components of CRM application framework and recommends the segmentation process which can help university officers find a relevant student required from a company.

이 프로젝트의 목표는 공유 공간에서의 고객 이용 시간 관리를 향상하기 위해 라즈베리 파이와 센서 기술을 활용한 자동 시간 체크 시스템의 개발입니다. 이 시스템은 로드셀, 진동 감지 센서, 그리고 LiDAR 센서, 이 세 가지 센서를 활용해 의자에서 사용자의 존재 여부를 감지하고, 사람과 물건을 구별하며, 사용자가 의자에서 일어나는 시점을 파악합니다. 특히, 고객이 의자에 앉게 되면 시스템이 자동으로 시간을 체크하여 실시간으로 이용 시간을 측정하게 됩니다. 이렇게 수집된 정보는 웹 기반의 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 제공되어, 이용 시간 관리가 보다 편리해집니다.

최근 네트워크의 발전과 인터넷을 통한 가상대학의 급속한 활성화는 상대방을 확인 및 검증할 수 있는 다양한 인식기술을 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하는 방안으로 얼굴인식 기술에 기반한 가상대학 수강자 인식시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 구현된 시스템에서는 얼굴영역 검출을 위하여 얼굴 구성의 사전지식을 이용한 평균 일괄컬러 분포도 구성에 의한 검출방법과 고유특징을 추출하기 위하여 얼굴 구성요소의 평균 히스토그램 분포도 구성에 의한 추출 방법을 제시한다. 그리고 실험에 의하여 제안된 시스템이 실시간 계산을 요구하는 시스템에 적절하며 가상대학 적용에 효율적임을 보인다.

The purpose of this study is to present the factors needed to introduce knowledge management systems to university libraries in Korea, to suggest various methods needed to offer much more improved services of a library than now by investigating the current situations about introducing such factors in national and pubic university libraries in Korea. Almost all of the 33 university libraries selected the subject of investigation have offered the on-line reference service, e-mail pushing service, and full text constructions out of the 11 knowledge management system elements presented in this study, but the other services else have been offered by less than half the number of the libraries. The findings suggest to greatly improve the current services of libraries such as information education and selective dissemination of information, and immediately to introduce new systems including e-book and wireless service systems in order to the university competitiveness. The study implies that each library has already introduced the knowledge management systems, in proportion to a budget of the library, ifs librarian number, and a degree restructuring organization, and that an introduction of knowledge management systems such as policy and culture of organization, its librarian number, and its related security of budget takes the most important role in improving services of a library.
