Development of long-term daily high-resolution gridded meteorological data based on deep learning (딥러닝에 기반한 우리나라 장기간 일 단위 고해상도 격자형 기상자료 생산)

  • 유역 내 수자원 계획을 효율적으로 수립하기 위해서는 장기간에 걸친 수문 모델링 뿐만 아니라 미래 기후 시나리오에 따른 수문학적 기후변화 영향 분석도 중요하다. 이를 위해서는 관측 값에 기반한 고품질 및 고해상도 격자형 기상자료 생산이 필수적이다. 하지만, 우리나라는 종관기상관측시스템(ASOS)과 방재기상관측시스템(AWS)으로 이루어진 고밀도 관측 네트워크가 2000년 이후부터 이용 가능했기에 장기간 격자형 기상자료가 부족하다. 이를 보완하고자 본 연구는 가정적인 상황에 기반하여 만약 2000년 이전에도 현재와 동일한 고밀도 관측 네트워크가 존재했다면 산출 가능했을 장기간 일 단위 고해상도 격자형 기상자료를 생산하는 것을 목표로 한다. 구체적으로, 2000년을 기준으로 최근과 과거 기간의 격자형 기상자료를 딥러닝 알고리즘으로 모델링하여 과거 기간을 대상으로 기상자료(일 단위 기온, 강수량)의 공간적 변동성 및 특성을 재구성한다. 격자형 기상자료의 생산을 위해 우리나라의 고도에 기반하여 기상 인자들의 영향을 정량화 하는 보간법인 K-PRISM을 적용하여 고밀도 및 저밀도 관측 네트워크로 두 가지 격자형 기상자료를 생산한다. 생산한 격자형 기상자료 중 저밀도 관측 네트워크의 자료를 입력 자료로, 고밀도 관측 네트워크의 자료를 출력 자료로 선정하여 각 격자점에 대해 Long-Short Term Memory(LSTM) 알고리즘을 개발한다. 이 때, 멀티 그래픽 처리장치(GPU)에 기반한 병렬 처리를 통해 비용 효율적인 계산이 가능하도록 한다. 최종적으로 1973년부터 1999년까지의 저밀도 관측 네트워크의 격자형 기상자료를 입력 자료로 하여 해당 기간에 대한 고밀도 관측 네트워크의 격자형 기상자료를 생산한다. 개발된 대부분의 예측 모델 결과가 0.9 이상의 NSE 값을 나타낸다. 따라서, 본 연구에서 개발된 모델은 고품질의 장기간 기상자료를 효율적으로 정확도 높게 산출하며, 이는 향후 장기간 기후 추세 및 변동 분석에 중요 자료로 활용 가능하다.

  • 옷감의 종류에 따른 올바른 세탁 방법이 존재하는데, 이를 따르지 않고 세탁을 하게 되면 옷이 금방 손상된다. 이러한 잘못된 세탁 방법으로 세탁하여 옷이 손상되는 문제점을 해소하고자 세탁물 인식 및 세탁 방법제공 웹사이트를 제작하였다. 개발된 웹사이트는 사전에 학습된 모델을 바탕으로 사용자의 세탁물 이미지를 인식하여 예측 결과에 따른 세탁 방법을 제공하며 이를 통해 사용자는 성분이 불분명한 옷감에 대한 정보와 세탁 방법을 얻을 수 있다.

Test development and verifying the validity and reliability for measuring a effectiveness of e-learning course in cyber university (사이버대학에서의 강좌평가를 위한 측정도구 개발 및 양호도 검증)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a test and verifying the validity and reliability for measuring a effectiveness of e-earning course in cyber university. Twenty-five items were developed based on literature review and were examined by experts in the field. For item analysis, EFA(Exploratory Factor Analysis) was performed with 768 students in first study. In order to validate the test, CFA(Confirmatory Factor Analysis) was conducted with 791 students in second study. The result of the study yielded five factors with 25 items: 1) contents and design, 2) instructor, 3) system, 4) evaluation, and 5) overall course satisfaction. And this research reports the reliability and validity of new test.

Effect of Flipped Learning Education in Physical Examination and Practicum (플립러닝을 활용한 건강사정 및 실습 교육 효과)

  • The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of an education method applying the flipped learning technique for college students. Both self-directed learning readiness and educational performance before and after applying the flipped learning were examined. After applying the flipped learning technique, teacher-student interaction, learning satisfaction, and learning motivation were identified. The correlation of each variable was examined after applying the flipped learning technique to investigate its influence on learning motivation. A total of 68 second-year nursing students enrolled in E University were analyzed. A difference between before and after applying the flipped learning was analyzed by the paired t-test; a correlation between the variables was analyzed via Pearson's correlation coefficient; and an influence on the dependent variable learning motivation was analyzed using the stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results showed that self-directed learning readiness increased before and after applying the flipped learning technique with statistical significance, and the difference of educational performance was not significant. After an education session applying the flipped learning technique, a learning motivation demonstrated a significantly positive correlation with self-directed learning readiness (r=0.33, p=.006), college student educational performance (r=0.51, p<.001), teacher-student interaction (r=0.72, p<.001), and learning satisfaction (r=0.79, p<.001). A significantly positive correlation was also observed between the other variables. Factors influencing learning motivation were learning satisfaction and teacher-student interaction. The explanatory power for learning motivation in the regression model considering these two variables was 71.3% (F=80.66, p<.001). Therefore, to enhance learning motivation in applying the flipped learning technique, it is necessary to increase learning satisfaction and to establish a strategy that further vitalizes the teacher-student interaction.

  • Although the internet has gained many conveniences and benefits, it is causing economic and social damage to users due to intelligent malware. Most of the signature-based anti-virus programs are used to detect and defend this, but it is insufficient to prevent malware variants becoming more intelligent. Therefore, we proposes a model that detects and defends the intelligent malware that is pouring out in the paper. The proposed model learns by imaging the characteristics of malware based on deeplearning, and detects newly detected malware variants using the learned model. It was shown that the proposed model detects not only the existing malware but also most of the variants that transform the existing malware.

A Case Study of a Blended Learning for English Listening and Reading Class (영어 듣기와 읽기 수업을 위한 블렌디드 러닝 사례 연구)

  • This study is investigating the effectiveness of a blended learning for English listening and reading class by analyzing students' learning behavior. To this end, two surveys were conducted on a total of 75 students from the two different classes of Academic English Listening and Reading course. The research results showed that in the online class, the students built undesirable learning behavior such as solving listening quizzes by reading listening scripts or watching the instructor's lectures about the scripts and completing the assignment of summary of the scripts by referring to the Korean versions. In the offline class, the students' participation in group activities and attention to lectures was good. Therefore, it can be concluded that because of the students' poor online learning behavior, this blended learning was rather not effective. So the suggestions are discussed to enhance the effectiveness of the blended learning for English listening and reading.

  • Purpose: This is a study to design an optimal Edutech teaching-learning platform model that can be linked with various types of LMS to activate e-learning. Methods: For this purpose, the contents of e-learning systems that can be used in the 4th industrial technology of cyber universities and general universities were cross-sectionally analyzed. Results: Cyber universities relied entirely on LMS, and general universities supplemented and utilized different Edutech methods for each professor such as Google Classroom, Zoom video communication, and YouTube in addition to LMS. It was considered that it would be meaningful to provide a minimal algorithm mapping to LMS to share metadata such as Google and YouTube for the Edutech teaching and learning platform model. Conclusion: Therefore, this study is expected to contribute to the improvement of teaching methods and academic achievement through the LMS-based Edutech teaching and learning platform model.

  • This study is to find out the possibility of applying the Blended Learning which combines the advantage of face-to-face classroom instruction and e-Learning to design education. This Blended Loaming Model has five steps such as 'prepare, teach, show, interact, and collaborate'. It is designed by the learning decision points (performance outcomes, content stability and structure, audience size, and so on) and the characteristics of delivery methods(asynchronous, synchronous). This research is based on the learners' satisfaction data of each step. The number of the participants is 27 and a questionnaire with 21 items is administered. Ten items of them are designed with 5-point Likert scales and the rest of them ask learners describe the reason of their selection. The result show that learners are satisfied with the blended learning than the off-line classroom. It is expected that the blended learning can be a substitute of the off-line classroom for the effectiveness of design education.

  • Nursing clinical practice, especially because it is required to reproduce this fusion education is very urgent. This Study was done to examine the effect of action learning techniques in simulation class. The study was designed using a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The participants consisted of control group 92, experimental group 92. The data analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program. Professional self-concept are higher than in the control group were measured.(t=-5.118, p=>.001). communication competence and self-directed learning capability of experimental group increased significantly from those control group. This result means that can help to significantly improve the professional nursing students learning techniques to simulate the application of an action class. In other words, if the act of creative training techniques such as future action learning hands-on training to be a big help.

  • Flip-learning enables an effective teaching and learning in accordance with the deepening degree of engineering education as a framework that enables learning according to the individual differences of the theoretical aspects, and solving real problems and practice of the learner-centered education through the application of this. The subject of basic fluid power practice which is used in various industries requiring factory automation aims at understanding of the composition and operating principles of pneumatic components and programming of electric sequential circuits, building the design ability of pneumatic system. This subject goes by 3 hour classes with theory and practice side by side. So it has not enough time to instruct students various contents related in this subject. In this study, the instructional design was performed according to the KOREATECH (Korea University of Technology and Education) flip-learning basic model for the effective teaching of 'Basic Fluid Power Practice' in basic engineering practice courses,. And the effectiveness of flip-learning is analyzed through the students survey after performing classes.
