The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between family strength and career decision-making difficulties and the mediating effect or career self-regulation. The results of the present study suggested the significance of family strength and career self-regulation in understanding career decision-making difficulties. With 172 Korean college students, there were both significant direct and indirect effects from family strength to career decision-making difficulties. Specifically, the mediation roles of career self-regulation was confirmed. Comparing the partial mediation model with full mediation model, the partial mediation model fits better with the data. These results have significant clinical implication that counseling practitioners need to address the possible influence of family strength on college student's perceived difficulties in career decision-making process and to assist students develop appropriate level of competencies of regulating one's emotion, thoughts, and behavior related to career problems.

경제성장과 생활 수준이 향상된 소비자들은 여가시간을 어떻게 활용할 것인가에 관한 관심이 증가하면서 삶의 질적 향상을 위해 도심권 여가에서 교외 여가로 관심이 높이자는 가운데 COVID-19로 인해 2019년부터 2021년까지 관광 여가 분야 검색어 중 숙소와 관련된 검색어들이 가장 많은 검색량을 나타냈다. 이렇듯 대중들의 독립적인 펜션 등 숙박업에 관한 관심이 높아지고 있으나, 선행연구에서 숙박업 창업자의 창업 성과에 관한 연구는 부족한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 숙박업 창업자 대상으로 기업가정신이 창업 성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 기업가정신의 주요 구성요소인 '진취성', '위험감수성', '혁신성'을 독립변수로 지정하고 전국 숙박업 창업자 총 101명의 응답을 회수 후 실증분석을 시도했다. 또한, 회복탄력성을 조절변수로 하는 연구 모형을 상정하였는데, 이는 기업가정신과 창업 성과의 관계에서 회복탄력성이 조절 효과 여부를 확인하여 향후 숙박업 창업자 대상 교육에서 회복탄력성에 관한 교육의 중요성을 밝히고 활성화하고자 한다.

The need for Maker Education has received attention as an educational environment for cultivating the active and creative ability that can solve new problems in this era, and it is applied in various educational fields. Many of them use Design Thinking as a stage of maker activities. However, the educational value of each concept has not been magnified, since maker programs are designed by simply borrowing steps without considering the similar but different features of them. Therefore, this study developed a model of Maker Education utilizing Design Thinking based on complementary relationships. To this end, formative research methodology was conducted by the following procedures, developing a draft, conducting a formative evaluation, and completing the final model. As a result, the stages of Maker Education were visualized and detailed activities and instructing strategies in each step by reflecting the features of Maker Education, the autonomy of the learner and producing visible outputs using various tools and materials, and Design Thinking, the specific process of solving problems and enabling social participation.

100세 인생 시대의 도래는 사회적으로 많은 변화를 요구하고 있다. 기성세대들이 기존의 조직구조 속에서 일할 수 있는 최고 연령이 60대 초반인 것을 감안한다면 100세 인생 시대에는 퇴직한 후에 3~40년간 살아나갈 대안이 있어야 한다는 것이다. 이러한 환경 속에서 일반 직장인들에 비해 직장에서 많은 시간과 노력을 하고 있는 경찰관들이 퇴직 후에 경제활동을 지속하게 하는데 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구를 하는 것이 중요하다고 생각한다. 따라서 본 연구는 정년을 마친 후 연금을 받게 되는 경찰관들이 다른 직종의 직장인들과 비교하여 경제활동에 대한 필요성을 느낄 것인가? 그렇다면 그 이유는 무엇인가? 퇴직 후에도 경제활동을 하려는 경찰관들에게 어떠한 요인들이 영향을 주는 것일까? 등에 대한 것을 기존 연구와 문헌들을 통하여 연구 모형과 가설을 정하고 설문 조사를 통해 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구는 재직 경찰관들이 퇴직 후에 경제활동을 지속하기 위한 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구를 위해 개인역량, 경제활동 동기, 돈과 경제에 대한 인식, 경제적 만족도와 직장 안정성, 직장 공정성과 상하관계, 교육 및 교육 참여, 은퇴 준비, 직무만족과 직무의 미래비전을 독립 변수로 하고 경제활동 지속의도를 종속 변수로 설정하여 진행하였다.

This study was to draw some managerial implications by examining the role of content career plateau, an individual's perception that one's own career is stagnated, in the relationship between the members' perception on HR practices and organizational commitment/turnover intention. The result showed that the perception on education/training practices has positive influence on organizational commitment, and a negative effect on turnover intention and career plateau. However, the perception on evaluation/compensation was shown to have no direct impact either on organizational commitment or on turnover intention. In addition, career plateau served as a partial mediator only between the perception on education/training practices and the attitudinal variables. Based on the results, some managerial/practical implications and suggestions for future research on career plateau are discussed.

Since global circumstances have become competitive, entrepreneurship has been regarded as the most important factors in economic revitalization not only in korea but also internationally. According to these changes, public entrepreneurship education has been started from the year of 2004 establishing Entrepreneurial Graduate School as a part of governmental plan. Although entrepreneurship education history is not long enough in korea, but the need for entrepreneurship education in social is now going ahead of the public education systems such as universities and graduate schools. Therefore, this study is conducted for the purpose of drawing the subject frame for systematized integration curriculum of entrepreneurship education through evaluating the importance of the subjects by Analytic Hierarchy Process analysis after being composed of 6 modularity in the Entrepreneurship subjects. This was structured based on studying the current status for entrepreneurship education in domestic universities and graduate schools. The research findings under the condition of Judgement consistency ratio 0.1 are as follows. The most important factors are in order as following; "Entrepreneurial Issues for Fund"(.242), "Entrepreneurship Plan"(.195), "Entrepreneurship & Entrepreneurship mindset"(.161), "Entrepreneurial Issues for Growth & Development"(.160), "Management Skill & Strategy"(.150), and "Special Entrepreneurship"(.093). Then, these findings also represent subfactors as well. The results of this study provide the practical guidelines where the curriculums needed for the entrepreneurship education at graduate schools by suggesting consistency for the systematic and comprehensive curriculum design. It was reflected the survey result from the graduate students taking the entrepreneurship subjects. Therefore, it will contribute the foundation of the present curriculum of Entrepreneurial Graduate School.

급증하는 지식으로 인하여 공학교육은 보다 전문화가 되어왔고 지금도 그러한 추세로 가고 있다. 역설적으로 말한다면, 이러한 이유들 때문에 갓 졸업한 공학도가 회사에 입사하였을 때 받아야 할고된 교육을 감당하기 위해서는 학부교육을 기초공학과 기본적인 설계방법론쪽으로 이끌어 가야 한다. 압축기를 예를 들어 살펴보았듯이 처음 견습기간 이후에는 다양한 종류의 기계류의 전문화는 대학원 교육을 통하여 이루어져야 하고 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 공학센터가 설립되어져야 한다. 다양한 기초공학을 하는 전문가들을 이 센터에 한 자리에 모아놓고 그들의 지식을 센터가 주관하여 연구하는 기계류에 관한 연구와 개발에 응용되도록 하여야 한다. Purdue 대학에 있는 기계공학부의 Ray W. Herrick 실험실의 압축기 센터를 예로 들었으며 미래 공학 센터의 역할에 모형으로써 나타날 수 있다는 것을 지적하였으며, 또한 제거해야 할 문제점들에 대해서도 논의하였다.

In this paper, we develop the thinking extension education program for the gifted students of information and prove the validity and effectiveness of the proposed model by presenting the Tic-tac-toe problem as the practical example of the information-gifted students. This model consists of four phases which has the game tree as data structure and the search of game lee as control structure. And the search of game tree becomes the basis of the thinking extension education program. This model gives the help for students to learn representing the problem as tree structure and solving the problem of tree structure using the search method of game tree. The internal ability of the information-gifted for thinking extension of this education program contains the fluency, perceptiveness, originality, power of concentration, imaginative power, analyzing skills, pattern recognition, space sense, synthesizing, problem-solving.

가뭄은 사회기반시설, 인적 자본 등과 같은 자산에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않으나 물을 중요한 투입재로 사용하는 농업부문에 피해가 집중된다. 가뭄 재해는 준비와 대응에 따라 피해에 큰 차이가 크기 때문에 다른 재해와는 달리 강도뿐만 아니라 지속기간을 고려해야 한다. 효과적인 가뭄 위험 관리를 위해서는 가뭄의 특징과 가뭄 준비 및 대응 수단에 따른 환경 및 경제적 영향을 평가할 수 있는 모형 구축과 다양한 농업자원을 동시적으로 연계 평가하여 지속가능성을 판단할 수 있는 기술 개발이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기후변화 등의 외부요인을 반영한 물-에너지-식량 (Water-Energy-Food, WEF) 넥서스 기반 농업 가뭄 평가 플랫폼 설계를 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 물-에너지-식량 넥서스 연계 해석 고도화 기술을 개발하고, 생물-물리학적 모델 및 경제학적 모델 연계형 기후-토양-물-에너지-식량 넥서스 (CS-WEF NEXUS) 플랫폼을 구축하여, 최종적으로 기후변화 및 농업부문 가뭄 준비 및 대응 수단의 영향 평가를 바탕으로 한 의사결정 지원 도구를 제시하는 것이 최종 목표이다. 본 연구에서 구축된 플랫폼은 넥서스 연계 해석을 통해 농업 가뭄 대응을 위한 식량 및 에너지 안보 정책에도 미칠 수 있는 영향을 분석할 수 있으며, 다양한 식량-물-에너지 정책들이 타 요소들에 미치는 영향을 쉽게 평가할 수 있다는 점에서 정책적 의사결정 지원 시스템으로서 활용도가 높을 것으로 예상한다.

대한민국은 2017년 이후 저출산·고령화사회로 진입하였고 생산가능인구가 감소함에 따라 노동생산성이 낮아지고 있으며, 여성의 경력단절 문제가 심각한 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 정부에서는 여성가족부와 고용노동부가 함께 여성의 경력단절 예방과 해결을 위해 다양한 지원창업과 경제활동을 장려하고 있지만 현실에서의 재취업장벽과 열악한 노동환경, 일과 가정의 양립 문제 등으로 인해 경력단절 여성들 특히, 고스펙·고학력의 여성들은 취업이 아닌 창업을 선택하고 있으나 창업의 성공률은 그다지 높지 않아 다양한 대비책이 요구되는 실정이다. 여성 기업가는 창업부터 성장하기까지 수많은 위험요소에 노출되어 있으며 이러한 위험요소를 체계적으로 관리하고 극복하는 노하우를 쌓아 잘 활용하였을 때 경제활동의 핵심주축으로 성장할 수 있으며 창업이라는 혁신적이고 생산적인 활동으로 전환해 일자리 창출 및 기업의 혁신과 나아가서는 국가경제발전에 기여할 수 있는 토대가 될 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 여성의 기업가정신이 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하는데 있다. 경력단절여성 창업자를 대상으로 기업가정신이 창업성과에 미치는 영향과 회복탄력성이 조절효과를 갖는지 여부를 확인하고자 하였다. 여성기업가 특유의 소비자의 욕구를 세심하고 활동적으로 파악하여 생활밀착형 아이디어가 풍성면모와 창조적인 아이디어를 갖고 적극적으로 실행해보고자 하는 진취적인 성향과 회복탄력성이 창업성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 상황에 초점을 두고 연구모형을 설정하였다. 이를 위해, 기업가정신의 구성요소를 '혁신성', '진취성', '위험감수성'을 독립변수로 구성하였고, 창업성과의 주요구성요소인 '재무성과', '비재무성과'를 종속변수로 설정하였다. 또한 회복탄력성을 조절변수로하는 연구모형을 상정하였고 이는 여성의 기업가정신과 창업성과의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 조절효과여부를 확인하여 여성의 기업가정신교육과 회복탄력성의 중요성을 밝히고 활성화를 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 연구는 여성의 기업가정신이 창업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 것을 규명했다는 점에서 시사점을 갖는다. 심각한 사회문제로 떠오르고 있는 여성의 경력단절 문제를 해소하기 위해 향후 중소벤처기업부 및 여성가족부, 고용노동부 등에서는 여성창업자를 대상으로 체계적인 기업가정신교육과 회복탄력성에 관한 교육을 시행할 것을 제언한다.
