The purpose of study was to examine the effects of an emotional intelligence development program on the stress recognition and stress coping of elementary school children. The subjects of this study are 24 fourth grade students who were selected based on the level of their emotional intelligence and stress recognition(level under the mean). They were divided into an experimental group and a control group, and each group had 12 students. The quantitative results of this study are as follows: First, the experimental-group increased in the level of emotional intelligence and showed a significant increase in the sub-areas of emotional intelligence(emotional recognition and expression, thought promotion) than the control group. Second, the experimental group decreased in the level of stress recognition and showed a significant decrease in the sub-areas of stress recognition(parents, family environment, friends, schoolworks) than the control group. Third, the experimental group improved in stress coping and showed a significant improvement in the sub-areas of stress coping(active coping, passive/avoidant coping, and social support seeking coping) than the control group. This study shows that emotional intelligence development program can be an effective tool for the change of stress recognition and stress coping of elementary school children.

The purposes of this study are to identify factors that affect personal information protection activities from the perspective of personal information managers and explore ways of promoting such activities. The main factors examined by threat and response assessments were selected based on the protection motivation theory, and the effects of each factor were analyzed using a multinomial logit model. The analysis results show that small-scale personal information managers need to be provided with both educational support to enhance their awareness and technical support, such as protection inspection tools, to help them carry out their own personal information protection activities. Personal information managers larger than a certain size also require tax support, including tax cuts, to support their budgets for and investments in personal information protection activities. In addition, they need professional education that emphasizes practice.

우리나라의 대학이 '크고 살아 있으며, 힘 있고 창조적인' 대학이 될 수 있도록 대교협은 '큰' 역할을 수행해야 한다. 공인된 질적, 전문적 대학평가 관리기구로서 대학 발전을 저해하는 정치적 세력에 대한 합법적 보호 대처기구로서 자리해야 하며, 대학의 문제를 해결하는 사회적 조정 기제로서의 역할을 수행할 수 있어야 한다. 아울러 대학 현장의 목소리를 가감 없이 경청하고 과소평가하지 않아야 할 것이다.

참여정부가 출범한 지 3년이 지났다. 역대 어느 정권보다 참여정부는 부동산 시장 안정을 정책의 최우선 순위에 두고 시장안정, 투기세력 엄단을 부르짖었다. 하지만 참여정부의 부동산 정책에 대한 평가는 보는 시각에 따라 극명하게 엇갈린다. 참여정부의 부동산 정책에 대한 평가와 진단 그리고 향후 대처 방안에 대해 알아보도록 하자.

도서관 품질 평가를 위한 척도로 개발된 라이브퀼 플러스(LibQUAL+)를 국내 대학도서관에 적용하여 분석을 시도하였다. 이용자 집단별(신분, 연령, 성별, 전공, 도서관 방문횟수, 도서관 홈페이지 접속 횟수) 사전 기대와 실제 인식 사이의 갭을 평가하고 그 원인을 분석하였다. 평가 후 실제 도서관 경영에 필요한 서비스 개선방안을 마련하고 이용자의 인식 향상 및 요구사항에 대처하기 위한 활동과 책무를 밝힘으로써 도서관 서비스 품질 평가를 수행하고, 그 방안을 마련하였다.

컴퓨터를 활용한 원격교육은 컴퓨터의 발달과 인터넷의 고속화로 인하여 다양한 분야에서 시작하고 있다. 원격교육은 널리 활용되고 있지만 이에 대한 평가에서는 문제점을 지닌다. 부정행위의 감시와 문제의 오류에 대한 즉각적인 대처 둥의 문제점 때문에 원격으로 평가가 행해지지 못하고 현재 학교 등에서 행해지는 평가와 유사한 형태로 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 올바른 학생 평가를 위해서 현재 학생의 상태를 전송하고 교수는 학생의 상태에 따라서 부정행위 여부 등을 판단할 수 있으며 문제의 오류를 실시간으로 보정하여 문제의 공정성을 향상시킨 시스템을 제안한다.

원자력발전소의 주요 기기들에 대한 가동중검사는 관련법규에 따라 철저히 수행되고 있다. 그러나 최근 선진국에서는 이에 만족하지 않고 원전 기기의 안전성을 더욱 확고히 하기 위해 기존의 가동중검사 요건을 계속 강화하고 있으며, 원전 관련 당사자들은 강화된 요건들을 충족시키기 위한 노력을 끊임없이 계속하고 있다. 이 글에서는 원전 기기 가동중검사 신규 요건들인 초음파탐상검사 시스템의 기량검증(Performance Demonstration) 요건, 비파괴검사자 및 초음파검사자 자격 인정 요건(ANSI/ASNT CP-189, Appendix VII of ASME Sec. XI), 증기발생기 전열관 와전류검사, 신호평가자 자격인정(Qualified Data Analyst : QDA), 미국규제기관(NRC)에서 발행하고 있는 NRC Bulletin, NRC information 등의 가동중검사 관련 사항들을 살펴보고 선진 외국에서는 이들 요건 및 정보에 대해 어떻게 대처하고 있는가를 알아본다. 또한 국내에서도 이들 신규 요건에 대한 대처 현황과 대처 방안을 모색한다.

게임의 운영과 관련하여 부정 사건은 유저들의 이탈을 부르며 매출에 중요한 영향을 미친다. 이러한 사건 사고는 여러 가지 게임에서 발생하고 있으며 사건에 따라서 대처도 다르고 유저의 반응도 다르다. 본 논문에서는 온라인 게임에서 일어나는 사건 사고를 분석하고 유저의 동향을 파악하여 게임 운영과 관련하여 사건 사고가 발생했을 때 잘 대처하여 유저들에게 좋은 평가를 받고 사건의 피해를 최소화하며 유저들이 다시 게임에 돌아오도록 하기 위해 중요한 점이 무엇인지 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the validity and reliability of the Revised Multidimensional Coping Scale(MCS-R) in university student who attended smoking cessation group therapy. Data were collected from 198 university students. Construct validity using exploratory factor analysis were conducted and convergent validity using Resilience scale, Patient Health Questionare-9(PHQ-9) were conducted. A Principal components analysis with varimax rotation and Kaiser normalization identified a thirteen-factor accounting for 69.7% of the variance in scores. Also, the internal consistency(0.66-0.94) and test-retest reliability was adequate(0.44-0.85) in all subscales of the MCS-R. The MCS-R has adequate psychometric characteristics so it can be used to verify.

분산형 데스크탑 그리드 시스템에서 안정적인 연산 수행을 위한 노드 구성 기법과 동적인 환경에 적응적인 스케줄링 기법은 필수 요소이다. 그러나 기존 연구에서는 자원 제공자의 휘발성에 적응적으로 대처하지 못하는 연산 수행 모델을 사용하였기 때문에 데드라인 내에 전체 작업을 완료해야하는 응용에 대처하지 못하는 문제점이 발생한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 자원제공자의 성능과 논리적인 위치기반으로 자가 조직적 연산 오버레이 네트워크(Computation Overlay Network) 구성 기법과 자원제공자의 작업 완료 확률과 신용도 값을 이용하여 응용 QoS 보장을 위한 휴리스틱기반 복제 (Heuristic based Replication) 기법을 제안한다. 성능평가에서는 기존 스케줄링 기법과 자원제공자의 작업 완료 확률과 신용도에 따른 분포를 이용한 복제기반 스케줄링 기법을 비교평가 한다.
