공작기계가 생산시스템에 사용된 이후 생산시스템은 대량생산체제를 거쳐 소비자의 다양한 욕구에 부응하기 위한 Mass Customization 생산체제가 정립되었다. 이러한 생산시스템의 발전은 공작기계와 같은 다양한 생산장비들이 유기적으로 결합되어 유연성과 이식성을 부여하고, 이를 구현하기 위해 지능화된 제어시스템을 도입하게 되었다 지능화란 인간전문가가 생산장비를 운영하는 방법과 가공에 필요한 지식 및 이상상태에 따른 대처능력을 대상기계에 구현한 것이라고 할 수 있다.(중략)

사회적으로 커다란 사건이 발생할 때마다 위기관리가 필요하다느니, 위기대응능력이 부족하다느니 하는 얘기를 자주 듣게 된다. 그러나 위기관리라고 하는 것을 올바로 이해하고 그것을 정착시켜 나가고자 하는 노력은 그다지 찾아 볼 수 없다. 왜냐하면 위기관리를 그다지 발생할 것 같지 않은 어떤 특별한 사건에 대해 어떤 특별한 방법에 의해 대처해야 하는 것으로 생각하기 때문이다. 위기관리는 결코 특별한 상황에 대처하기 위한 특별한 관리가 아니다. 위기를 유발시키는 사건과 그에 따른 상황은 우리의 일상 속에 존재하고 있기 때문이다.

용인시민안전체험관은 코로나19로 인한 대면교육 중단과 이에 따른 안전교육 공백을 최소화 하고자 다양한 비대면 소방안전교육을 진행해왔다. 신종 감염병이 나날이 늘어가는 현대사회에서 각종재난 발생 위험에 따른 대처능력 향상을 위한 수요가 증가됨에 따라 안전교육 역시 알맞은 방안을 구상하여 효과적인 학습기회를 제공할 수 있도록 지속적인 연구가 필요하다.

The object of this dissertation is to teach the divorced inmates the method to deal with the conflicts which they have had. This program constitutes 10 terms session, and the participants are 6 at first, but reduced one latter. In the process of the program, when making nickname, the participants preferred the words that present their personal emotion and experience. And the participation rate by each participants were ascent more and more in accordance with the process. After the whole process of the program, we executed conflict-dealing scale test before and after the program. The result showed that 'Patience' and 'Siloam' presented change from emotional dealing to rational dealing. 'Sea', 'Jin' and 'Birth' presented higher level of emotional dealing than before the test. Therefore Through this result, we knew that conflict-dealing method program improved the skills and abilities which are used for the situation making conflicts.

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of grateful disposition and subjective well-being on stress coping of college students in the convergence society. The participants were 336 college students, data were analyzed using t-test, Pearson Correlation, Multiple regression. It was found that: nursing students showed higher score at grateful disposition, life satisfaction, and positive stress coping than non-nursing students. 2nd grade students's grateful disposition, and negative stress coping score were significantly higher than non-nursing students. Significant correlation were found among grateful disposition and subjective well-being on stress coping. The factors influencing stress coping were grateful disposition, and positive affect. Therefore some effective way to enhance of subjective well-being and grateful disposition through various educational curriculum and extra-curricular activities are needed.

The Purpose of this study is to examine the effect of emotional intelligence, resilience, and communication style on stress coping in college students. The research problems were verified by correlation analysis and multivariate regression analysis. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 303 college students. The findings are as follows. First, college students who have high emotional intelligence show more problem-focused coping and social-support seeking coping in stressful conditions. Particularly, it is found that managing emotion in emotional intelligence has the greatest effect on problem-focused coping and social-support seeking coping, using emotion influences emotion-focused coping. Second, college students who have high resilience are also found more problem-focused coping and social-support seeking coping in stressful conditions. Especially it is found that controllability has the greatest effect on problem-focused coping, positivism influences wishful thinking coping. Similarly, sociability influences social-support seeking coping and emotion-focused coping. Third, those students who was androgynous with high assertiveness and responsiveness used more frequently the problem-focused coping, those who was feminine with high responsiveness used more frequently the social-support seeking coping and wishful thinking coping.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between decision making abilities young children and their self-directed learning abilities. A survey was carried out using 160 young children in the J region. The collected data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and multiple regression techniques using the SPSS statistics program. The conclusions are as follows : First, decision making abilities in young children exhibited a positive correlation with their self-directed learning abilities. Second, decision making abilities in young children were an influential variable in terms of their self-directed learning abilities. As a result, decision making abilities in young children were an important variable in predicting their self-directed learning abilities.
