The twenty-first century revealed the era of cultural contents with the growth of digital cultures. Accordingly, popular culture became the primary sector of the cultural industry, and among them, the roads on which people walk emerged as great content for the leisure and tourist industry. Walking has already become a commercial good, as each road's story is unique enough to attract numerous tourists. On roads are the development of history, movement of life, and various cultural channels. The old road development project contributes to the revitalization of the neighborhood and increases its competitiveness as cultural content, as it restores the ecological nature and rediscovers the value of the road from history and its culture. For Gangwon-do's road development project, a storytelling strategy is necessary to succeed as cultural tourism content. Specifically, when forming an image of the old roads, it is advantageous to develop a new story that suits modern people's aesthetic taste and lead communication between locals and tourists rather than borrowing and utilizing the existing facts. For instance, it is helpful to recreate the nostalgic and sentimental mood and combine the imagination based on the consumers' humanistic experiences to create their own participation. This paper demonstrates the historical value of the roads in Gangwon-do, precedents of other leading road development projects in South Korea, and development plans by storytelling for cultural contents in Gangwon-do.
The history of The Korean Buddhist music dates back to as early as the 2nd year of Goguryeo King Sosoorim's reign (372) when Buddhism was introduced to the land for the first time and should cover the entire development to this date, which spans over 1,600 years. The extensive scope of research is overwhelming and research efforts are limited at best. Against this backdrop, this study aims to examine how the historical development of The Korean Buddhist music has unfolded over such a long period of time and to understand how the Buddhist music is supposed to further develop in this land in and after the 21st century. Since the Three Kingdoms period, followed by Goryeo and Joseon Dynasty period, Japanese colonial period, and to this date, the history of the Buddhist music has unfolded in line with the 'ups and downs of the history of Buddhism'. The Buddhist music is characterized by various development paths based on historical peculiarities over different periods, including protection by the royal family during the Three Kingdoms period, aspect of Buddhist music during the Goryeo Dynasty period, policy to worship Confucianism and suppress Buddhism during the Joseon Dynasty period, harsh repression of Buddhism during the Japanese colonial period, and the present Buddhist music seeking new ways of proliferating Buddhism among the public, which requires an effort to understand the different characteristics of different periods by identifying key perspectives and tasks of Buddhist music in different periods. In this vein, this article includes not only the history of 'Beompae(Buddhist Chant)', a collective term for Buddhist music in a narrow sense but also all Buddhist music characterized by with Buddhism that is communicated in this land and extends its coverage even to Chanbulga(Buddhist hymn)讚佛歌 music created in and after the 20th century. It also examines the historical development of Buddhism related music in this land. Another task of this article is to understand the Myeongching-gagok 名稱歌曲 sung by monks in the early Joseon Dynasty period, music created for public mission work during the Joseon Dynasty period, the meaning of the existence of 'Hwacheong' 和請, and the traces of Buddhist music existing in the music of the Joseon Dynasty period.
Currently, two-dimensional culture is the main keyword in Chinese contents market. In China, many capital and economic giants have entered into two-dimensional cultural market because the number of users and the interest of the public for two-dimensional culture are increasing day by day. The reason for the rise of the two-dimensional culture into the mainstream culture is not only the switching of the mainstream consumer class but also Two-Dimensional Culture forms a huge industrial chain covering many areas including movies, performances and theme parks in addition to ACGN (Animation, Comic, Game and light Novel), the second is that more people are participating in Two-Dimensional Culture due to the specific audience with high social environment and loyalty and the third is looking for the role of the users in Two-Dimensional cultural content from three characteristics, such as strong cultural prevalence. This study analyzed the Chinese two-dimensional cultural environment through PEST(Political, Economic, Social and Technological analysis) In addition, as the ecological environment and communication method of Two-Dimensional Culture users changed, the users became active participants and the second producers of contents. I examined the way of using the users' contents through the phenomenon of 'Barrage'. Therefore, this study discussed the appropriate development path for the user-oriented contents industry in the Chinese Two-Dimensional cultural environment.
Research about U.S. and European countries demonstrated that startups and young firms account for nearly all net job creation. If we want to bring down unemployment and to increase economic growth rate, we need to create new companies and to make them to grow. Credit availability is one of the most important factors for entrepreneurs as they attempt to start or expand a business. For young firms, access to credit for business growth can mean the difference between survival and failure. Equity crowdfunding is an innovative means of raising capital for businesses. Crowdfunding campaigns can give new business access to a large pool of investors. This brings huge benefits for marketing and increase provability of success of business and ROI, so it leads follow-on investment from Venture Capital and Angel investors. In Korea, the survival rate of startups and average growth rate of survivors is far lower than those of the U.S or other countries due to lack of funds for startup or early business growth. Equity crowdfunding can be a new funding source for venture or startups. It can increase startup and survival rate, in addition to the growth rate of survivors, resulting in decreased unemployment rate. In Korea, Equity crowdfunding will be available from 2016. Further study is needed to determine whether the impact of crowdfunding in Korea on job creation will be similar to its impact in the U.S.

When writing historical dramas, there was an argument that restoring the language of the times was the responsibility of the playwright, but no full-scale research was done. There was no collaborative study between playwrights and Korean Language scholars. So far, many playwrights have considered it the responsibility of Korean Language scholars to discover and restore language. However, it is a medium that can easily meet the public like a play or movie, and it should have a great responsibility for creation. Language changes with time, so restoring the language of the time in plays and scenarios can lead to difficulties in communicating with modern audiences. However, the change of language according to the times means that it captures the social image and fashion of the time Therefore, language restoration in historical dream means that scenes and backgrounds can be described more realistically. Restore of language is not just necessary to improve the creative environment; it should be understood as the responsibility of the artist to meet the ability of the audience to understand the language of the times already learned. The playwright who writes the historical drama should not only learn the grammar of the background era, but also find out the lost pronunciation and the changed vocabulary so that he can use various dialogues.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how Andong Joongang Cinema (hereinafter referred to as "The Cinema"), the only art cinema in Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, is perceived by local people as a local cultural resource. For this, an analysis framework was set for analyzing local people's perception of The Cinema as a local cultural resource, by analyzing the functions of local cultural resources and the function of The Cinema and examining the correlation between the two sectors, on the basis of precedent studies on local cultural resources and related papers on art theaters and The Cinema. Based on the proposed analysis framework, the local people's perceptions of The Cinema as a local cultural resource were summarized into four divisions: the perception of the enjoyment of culture & art, the perception of historicity, the perception of a tourist attraction, and the perception of community formation. As a result, it is judged that The Cinema has the identity, the traditionality and the community spirit as the three functions of which a local cultural resource has, and thus, it is proved that The Cinema functions as a local cultural resource. Therefore, local cultural resources have been performing their functions encompassing its scope with the region's history and surrounding environment, not standing alone. The Cinema also has been functioning as a space for the enjoyment of culture and art, a tourist attraction, and a cultural space for communicating with the public, keeping its historicity of the region. It is expected that there will be specific follow-up studies so that The Cinema can consistently play its role as a local cultural resource.

The evaluation regarding a transportation policy by an evaluation volition viewpoint there is a difference. The ALSCAL method currently transportation system construction degree condition in base and, the MDPREF method currently improvement degree of the transportation policy which it follows in traffic system construction appeared with the fact that it is desirable to establish a hereafter traffic policy in base.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data on the importance of accurate scientific communication and the current status of popular astronomy based on science articles that occurred during the so-called Super Blue Moon astronomical phenomenon in August 2023. To this end, the subjects were divided into non-experts, quasi-experts, and experts based on the degree of knowledge of the astronomical universe to investigate the data interpretation ability of astronomical science information and to analyze the causes of errors in the interpretation process through in-depth interviews. We also investigated the favorability and reliability of research institutes that strive to provide scientific information and the media that strive to spread it and also investigated the changes in existing favorability and reliability when incorrect scientific information spreads, as in this case. Although there were differences in the interpretation of scientific information about the astronomical universe depending on the cognitive aspect, the influence of linguistic elements or literacy, which could be called communication, could not be ignored. In particular, it was confirmed that misconceptions inherent in the existing research subjects could be expressed, leading to errors in accurate information interpretation. In addition, after recognizing that errors were included in the spread of scientific information, the subjects' favorability toward research institutes and the media fell 12.30% and 17.58%, respectively, while reliability fell 19.40% for research institutes and 24.49% for media outlets. Regardless of the cause of the error, the importance of providing accurate scientific information is further emphasized, considering that the overall favorability and reliability of both research institutes and the media decline. In order for research institutes and media outlets to spread accurate scientific information about the astronomical universe based on the public's trust, it is necessary to establish a system that can accurately deliver error-free information generated by research institutes related to astronomical space to media or science communicators and to develop a system that quickly retrieves and corrects incorrect scientific information through continuous monitoring.
The purpose of this study is verifying whether convergence does its role as a transfer medium in dance expression or not, finding the effect of convergence characteristics and confirming whether it would bring change and new creation in performance art or not. This study suggests that studies on convergence in dance are required in accordance with the trend of time. This study believes that convergence is a modern art expression method, which can maximize the artistic expression in dance work and it will play an important role in the advance of dance works. There are ongoing studies on convergence art genre by many creators; however, still academic study this matter is not sufficient. Therefore, it is believed that more studies on convergence genre from the viewpoint of human studies are required. Accordingly, this study took Blush, the dance art works of Wim Vandekeybus, as the subject of study because convergence is clearly visible in these works. It is possible to draw convergence from these works because the works attempt new creation and utilize image by accommodating other genre art in dance art. The convergence in these works maximizes the originality of choreography and expands the time and space of stage through various effects. In other words, it is possible to see that Wim Vandekeybus is doing new attempts in his dance works by experimental elements, which escaped from simple movement, and convergence appears in the works.
With the support of the government and public institutions, local government characters achieved a lot of quantitative growth. However, there are very few successful cases such as strengthening local identity and revitalizing the local economy using characters. This paper presents a transmedia storytelling strategy as a way to solve the problem of local government characters. To do so, I identify the problems of the current local government characters, and analyze the preceding studies on the features and components of transmedia contents, and the principles of transmedia storytelling, to develop strategies and yielded the expected effect. The transmedia strategy of local government characters consists of a total of three stages. In the first step, the local identity is established through the development of a unique story to the region. The second step, improve attractivity by renewing character design for various individual media platforms. And lastly the third step, enhance usability by expanding interactivity based on communication and participation of development actors and the public. This paper is meaningful in that it derives a transmedia storytelling strategy from the perspective of brand marketing as a way to revitalize local government characters. Based on the conclusions drawn from this study, a follow-up study is needed to apply it to specific cases of local government characters.
