Using a sample from Korea Education Employment Panel(KEEP), this study attempts to ascertain determinants of demand for alternative education in Korea. It found that children's gender and duration of computer use exert a strong effect on demand for alternative education. Also, those parents, who show more interest in government's education policy; are less content with the schools their children are attending; and exhibit the higher likelihood of migration for children's education, appear to have the stronger tendency to seek alternative education for their children. Meanwhile, there was a significant difference between male and female students in the factors that influence demand for alternative education. For male students, duration of computer use and the parents' interest in government's education policy tend to matter. For female students, however, health condition seems to be associated with demand for alternative education. For both male and female students, those parents' who are more discontent with the schools their children are attending and/or have the higher likelihood of migration for children's education seem more likely to send their children to alternative schools.

Almost all Drivers who are not familiar with local areas usually rely on road signs equipped along the roadways. The road signs in Korea present the name of the city along the driver’s direction. The consistency of guided name on the road-signs is important for drivers. The discordances among road signs frustrate drivers particularly when the drivers are confused with whether or not they are in the right direction. There are several studies focusing on the continuity of information on the road signs. Most of the researches, however, do not suggest the objective way but diagnose present problem. Applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), we evaluate the impact of information on road signs and select the candidate information considering the score and limited number of information. We also suggest the reasonable spatial influence area of road sign information using geo-spatial analysis. From this study, we expect that the director in charge of selecting information can make decision reasonably without difficulties of choosing information.

원격 교육의 서비스질의 문제는 지금까지 원격교육이 원격교육 기술의 확보와 컨텐츠확보 및 다양한 매체 영역확장의 과정이라 볼 수 있다. 인터넷 상에서 단순히 텍스트를 제시하고 이에 적절한 답을 피드백 하는 구조에서 적절한 그래픽 인터페이스구사 동영상 및 효과음 등의 멀티미디어 적 요소로의 진행 과정이 그것이다. 이제 이러한 초기 단계에서 사이버대학, 상업적 원격교육 등이 점차 중요한 현재 교육의 대안으로 되면서 원격교육의 서비스 질이 중요하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 원격교육의 서비스 질 확보를 위한 현재 제안되고 구현되고 있는 기술들을 제시하고자 한다. 이로서는 IntServ 모델의 문제점을 극복하기 위해 제안된 DiffServ 모델은 현재 이의 구현을 위한 연구개발이 진행 중에 있다. 제안된 DiffServ 구조 및 지금까지 진행되어온 연구개발 현황 분석 등을 통해 제안된 DiffServ의 문제점과 대안 등을 검토하였다.

최근 수산물 유통 및 물류구조 합리화 방안의 일환으로 수산물 산지종합처리장 설립이 적극 추진되고 있으나 부지 선정을 위한 합리적 의사결정 모형이 마련되지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 수산물 처리의 특성을 반영할 수 있는 평가 모형을 개발ㆍ제시한다. 모형 설계에는 평가 기준의 체계를 수립하고 적절한 평가 기법을 선택하는 과정이 포함된다. 평가 기준의 확립을 위하여 시설 입지와 관련된 문헌을 고찰하고 다차원적 접근법에 의한 계층적 체계화를 시도하였다. 체계화된 평가 기준에 따른 의사결정 대안의 평가 기법으로 주관적 판단의 계량화에 적절하다고 판단되는 계층분석과정(Analytic Hierarchy Process : AHP) 기법을 선택하여 평가 모형을 완성하였다. 모형 적용의 일부분인 기준 간 중요도 평가를 위한 실사를 수행하고, AHP에서 제공하는 계층 일관성 기준에 따라 신뢰성 있다고 판단되는 자료만을 분석에 사용하여 결과를 제시하였다.

다 단계 의사결정지원시스템, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)는 다수 대안에 대하여 다 면적인 평가기준과 다수 주체에 의한 의사결정을 위해 설계된 의사결정지원방법의 하나이다. AHP 시스템은 먼저 주어진 시스템을 구성하고있는 요소를 세분하고 그 분할된 요소를 계층적으로 구성하며 다음으로 계층간 각 레벨에 있는 요소의 상대적 중요도에 대한 판단을 종합하는 과정을 거친다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 AHP방법을 실용화하기 위하여 사용자가 Web기반에서 활용하기 쉽도록 GUI-tyre 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 검증하였으며 예제를 들어 보였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 소프트웨어는 크게 다음과 같이 3 가지 구조로 구성하였다. 단계 1 : 대안 평가의 아이디어 창출 단계(Brainstorming), 단계 2 : 다 단계, 다 기준 의사결정지원시스템(AHP), 단계 3 우선 순위 종합모델(MRM)

금융시장 환경이 점차 변화하고 있다. 흔히 지점이라 불리는 오프라인 환경에서 애플리케이션을 이용하거나 웹페이지를 이용하는 온라인 비대면 환경으로 이동함에 따라 기존의 정형 정보를 중심으로 한 소비자 행동 예측 방법보다 더 나은 방법을 모색하기 이르렀다. 이에 따라 주관적 비정형 정보의 중요하게 된 것이다. 본 연구는 비대면 대출시장에서 주관적 비정형 정보의 하나인 SNS 프로필 사진과 대출상환에 영향을 미치는 변인을 파악하는 것을 목표로 한다. SNS 프로필 사진은 자신의 감정이나 상태를 표현하는 도구로 떠오르고 있으며, 이러한 차입자의 SNS 프로필사진을 분석함으로써 정보비대칭의 최소화로, 대출심사를 위한 신용평가에 유의적 요소들을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 대출자들이 차입자에 대한 평가의 중요 고려 요소들을 규명하고 탐색하는데 초점을 맞춰 SNS 대안 신용평가만을 심사기준으로 이용한 대출인 텐스페이스의 AI LOAN 대출자중에서 2020년 2월부터 2020년 2월까지 대출자료를 확보할 예정이다. 이러한 자료 중에서 2020년 12월 30일을 기준으로 상환기일이 도래한 대출상환 자료 중 SNS사진을 순서형 로짓회귀모형을 이용해 분석하고자 한다.

제대로 배운 안전교육이, 또한 한 순간의 올바른 교육이 사람의 생명을 살릴 수 있다. 개개인의 생명을 살리고, 사고를 사전에 예방하는 적절한 대안이 바로 안전교육이며, 안전교육은 안전을 생활화하는 사회를 만드는 데 중요한 밑거름이 된다.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the sector-specific greenhouse gas reduction implementation strategies priority using the multi-criteria analysis methods (AHP and Feedback ANP). Our analysis demonstrates that the highest priority among the evaluation criteria is given to the feasibility compared to the efficiency and the effectiveness in most of the sectors. In the public and the building sectors, it has been found that the governmental driving force is absolutely crucial in technological dissemination and diffusion. The results and the main findings are as follows. Firstly, the priority of the policy evaluation criteria has been changed by analysis methods. Secondly, the total weight and the priority of each sector's alternatives also have been changed. Finally, the priority of the alternatives for criteria has been changed by the analysis methods.

우리는 어떠한 문제이든지 인간들이 구성하고 있는 모든 조직 및 정책전략에 있어서 크고 작은 의사결정들에 의해서 움직여진다고 할 수 있다. 불확실한 상황에서의 의사결정이 필요한 경우는 무수히 많지만, 분야별로 분류해서 의사결정을 지원한다 해도 정확한 결과를 예측하고 시행할 수 있는 표준안은 완벽하게 준비되 있다고 말할 수 없다. 단지 완벽에 가까운 의사결정방법론을 제시하고, 의사결정을 할 뿐이다. 본 연구논문에서는 정보기술 관련 벤처 사업의 전략적 대안들을 어떻게 하면 가장 최적으로 추출하고, 분석해서 그 대안들을 위해 어떻게 준비할 것인가에 대한 지원프로세스를 중요 관점으로 해서 불확실한 상황에서의 직면한 문제에 대한 해결책을 제시하고자 한다.

알고리즘이란 ‘유한한 단계를 거쳐 일련의 문제를 해결하기 위한 명확하고 체계적인 방법’ 으로써 수량에 관련된 문제를 보다 신속 ${\cdot}$ 정확하게 처리하기 위하여 역사적으로 다양한 알고리즘이 존재 ${\cdot}$ 변천해 왔다. 계산기가 발명되기 전까지는 지필 알고리즘이 매우 강조되어 왔으나 계산기가 상용화되면서 지필알고리즘에 대한 효용성과 활용도가 점차 줄어들고 있으나 지필 알고리즘은 수학학습의 기초 ${\cdot}$ 기본인 동시에 뼈대로써 그 가치와 역할은 여전히 중요하다. 그러나 표준화된 지필 알고리즘에 대한 지나친 강조로 인해 학생들은 대수적 구조나 계산 원리를 바르게 이해하지 못한 채 반복 연습을 통해 익힌 표준 알고리즘을 기계적으로 적용하여 답을 구하는 경우가 많으며, 이로 인해 학생들은 수학학습에 대한 불안감과 기피현상이 보이고 있다. 또 인간의 창조적 사고활동의 최종적인 산물인 표준 알고리즘은 대안적인 알고리즘에 비해 효율성에서 앞서지만 학생들의 사고 수준에서는 그 원리를 이해하기 힘든 경우가 있을 것이다. 따라서 수학교육의 목적 중의 하나인 문제 해결력을 기르기 위해, 그리고 표준 알고리즘의 가치와 효율성을 인식시키고, 수학학습에 대한 불안감을 줄이기 위해 표준 알고리즘뿐만 아니라 대안적인 알고리즘을 병행하여 지도할 필요가 있다.
