This research is based on the purpose of awaking the importance to publicity of terrorism prevention in the environment of neo-terrorism and presenting the direction of effective publicity activities of terrorism prevention in the counter-terrorism system. Government publicity through public media plays a significant role in promoting people's participation and improving the awareness. So, to strengthen the terrorism prevention in environmental changes of terror occurrence, active method available for people must be found as publicity method of terrorism prevention suitable for high information society. For this method, this research argued first about relationship between police organization and public as counter-terrorism system and about effective publicity methods of terrorism prevention through active erection of these relationships. This research suggested the operation method through introduction of e-CRM and etc, with ultimate purpose about maximizing the publicity effect of terrorism prevention by using as the advantage of internet these days as possible. And needs of information service activities and other administration strategies of publicity of terrorism prevention are suggested through enlarging the distribution scope of governmental counter-terrorism information materials by strengthening the national publicity activities and using media.

HACCP is a preventative food safety management system whose application is highly encouraged worldwide. In this study, the workers' demands for the application of HACCP system at the meat retail shops were surveyed. According to a factor analysis on the demands of the application of HACCP system, the results could be classified into three factors: HACCP support, HACCP promotion and education, and generic livestock product safety management. Items on demands showed higher results for HACCP support (3.91 point) than for HACCP promotion and education (3.83 point) or generic livestock product safety management (3.72 point). The application of HACCP system was more demanded by HACCPcertified retailors with 4.11 point than the non-HACCP-certified ones (3.57 point). From the analysis of items on demands, 'governmental promotion of the general public livestock HACCP; (p<0.001) was the highest demand item by the HACCPcertified retailors and 'HACCP certification support for the government's investment' by the non-HACCP-certified ones (p<0.05). The strengthening of governmental support for the application of HACCP at meat retail shops as well as active HACCP promotion and education aiming at general public was demanded. With this, the establishment of HACCP system and the improvement of safety management level at the area of meat retail shops could be achieved, contributing to the increase of consumers' satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the knowledge and recognition about blood donation and satisfaction, look for ways to promote the idea that effective, was trying to get the plan to provide the basis for the expanding population of voluntary and continuous blood donation. A survey was from May 9, 2012 to May 24, 2012 and total 636 copies were used as final study data. The data collected analyzed with SPSS win 21.0 using descriptive methods, frequency analysis, chi-square test, t-test, ANOVA. The results were as follows. First, the rates of the blood donors were higher in the men, in the age group from 20 to 29, in the students and in the group that received college or higher education. Second, as for the knowledge and recognition of the blood donors on blood donation, many replied they didn't know well about it. Concerning satisfaction level, they gave higher marks to satisfaction with related service than with blood donation itself. Third, the necessity of sustained blood donation promotion and education was pointed out. TV was most preferred, followed by ads on the street and ads on the subway. To expedite an increase in the blood-doner population, prolonged education and promotion are required to change the way that people in general look at blood donation, and a variety of rewards should be provided for blood donors.

This research is devoted to increase resuscitation rate of emergency patients, expanding CPR to a pan-national campaigning, revaluating popularity and suitability of the education about the existing CPR(Bystander cardiopulmonary resuscitation) education expansion of 119 EMS. Questionnaire was carried from seven hundred fifty eight residental and students in kyuggi fist area(Southern suwon, Middle suwon, Osan, Young-in) from July 20 to July 30, 2006. The institutional support for CPR education and special eduction institution are not prepared, 52.44% of those have CPR education, according to questionnaire. 39.9% of the educated is from 119 EMS and it is big outcome, 119 EMS efforts in the vortex of poor surroundings. But, 69.76% of the uneducated said they had not chance of CPR education and 19.63% said that the reason is no special eduction institution and information for CPR education. They say that CPR education was carried for only applicants in 119 EMS, without systematic and institutional support, special eduction institution. So, we have to expand the infrastructure, institute CPR education for systematic propagation of CPR education. And we need to make plan constructive public relations, intensify maintaining of CPR educated.

우식활성이 높은 어린이와 청소년 전체를 수용할 수 있는 치면열구전색(치아홈메우기) 사업의 확대 재생산을 위한 방안으로 건강보험 급여에 포함하는 정책이 2009년 12월부터 실시됨에 따라 본 연구는 급여화 기준 설정, 상대가치지수 개발 및 수가산정, 소요 재정추계 등, 급여화 운용을 위한 제반사항을 연구, 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 치면열구전색술의 적응증, 실시연령, 대상치아등에 대해 문헌고찰과 함께 상기 항목에 대한 정책적인 면에서의 검토를 시행하였으며, 치과의사를 대상으로 전국규모의 설문조사를 실시하여 치면열구전색술의 상대가치지수(RBRVS)와 연계한 의사업무량을 산출하고, 행위 기술서를 작성하였으며, 직접 및 간접비용의 세부내역 산출하였다. 도출된 상대가치지수를 바탕으로 예상수가를 산정하였으며 이를 근거로 대상 연령 및 대상치아, 의료 이용율 대비 재정추계 시행하였다. 이와함께 치면열구전색술의 급여화 순조로운 정착을 위한 외국사례 연구, 보험적용추진을 위해 치면열구전색의 유지율 및 비용효과, 예방적 레진수복과의 차등화문제, 재료적 고찰, 대국민 및 시술기관 대상 홍보 사항 등 급여화에 관련된 제반 사항을 검토, 제안하였다.

This study conducts a comparative study on the perceptions of disabled child carers and officials on the Adult Guardianship System, and study the settlement method. First of all, 68.9% of the disabled child carers and 43.9% of the officials were aware of the system. Both the carers(90.2%) and officials(94.3%) responded that it was a helpful system for the respect for human rights. In terms of preferred guardian type, carers responded 'parents' and officials responded 'professionals'. All respondents responded that the 'establishment of national organization' was the most needed improvement of the system. In order for the Adult Guardianship System to stabilize as the system that can contribute to respect for human rights and social integration, promoting general public about the Adult Guardianship System, cultivate a high quality public guardian, the national organization of the Adult Guardianship System should be founded.

Purpose: Recently, smoking cessation treatment at dental clinic can be covered by national health insurance. The aim of this study is to evaluate the awareness on the health insurance coverage for smoking cessation treatment in dentistry. Materials and Methods: The survey was carried out on 100 new patients of the patients in Dankook Dental Hospital from March to April 2015. The Questionnaire consists of 18 items. Results: The results show that many of patients expect positive effects of the treatment but most of the respondents were not aware of the initiation of health insurance coverage smoking cessation treatment in dentistry. Conclusion: The government and ministry of health should pay more attention to the promotion of the smoking cessation treatment in dentistry.

This study was conducted with the purpose of providing suggestions for improvement through a comparison and analysis of the services of the U.S. National Library of Medicine, the world's largest medical library, and the National Center for Medical Information and Knowledge, Korea's national medical library. Core services that need to be improved are topic-specific services, community services, services by user type, educational services, technology, facility/space services, research support services, and marketing and public relations and cooperation services. Specialized libraries are also increasingly interested in topic-specific services and public services. Efficiency in access through services for each type of user is needed, and various types of educational services that do not limit the target audience are also needed. Marketing through AI, virtual reality, and technology, facility, and space services to support the disabled, research support services centered on research ethics, research grants, and programs, and collaborative services with domestic and international libraries, academic societies, institutions, and local communities in other related fields and publicity are also needed.

The aim of this study is to develop strategies activating long-term care visiting nursing. The research design was a descriptive survey study, and the data were collected from the visiting nursing center managers, customers, and long-term care insurance staffs. The major results were as follows. To activate the long-term care visiting nursing, first, the basic nursing care for ensuring sustainable health management has to be included. Second, the visiting nursing must be designated as mandatory use in standard guideline for using long-term care services. Third, the insurance pricing of visiting nursing must be based on the cost of visiting nursing. And, last, using a visiting nursing must be possible without a doctor's order sheet, when it is required for the assessment of patient's health status.

This study is conducted to analyze the parents' perceptions of policy and needs of the elementary SW education. We surveyed in targeting 273 parents who did not participate living in big and small cities and 74 parents participated in the SW-related event. And we analyzed the differences in policy and the need of the SW education of the groups. Analysis showed that parents who participated in the SW-related events were considered to be positive about education than parents who non-participated in the SW-related events. They who participated in the SW-related events also recognized that the SW education needs for the child' s future. Based on these results, in order to include the SW education in formal education curriculum in elementary education, we have to conduct a variety of SW-related events aimed at parents. And we could see the effort required for the promotion of the general public people.
