A Study on Creating Barrier-Free Exhibition Appreciation Environment based on the Visually Impaired Person's Perspectives (시각장애인 당사자관점에 기초한 베리어프리 전시감상환경 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the possibility of creating barrier-free exhibition-appreciation environment based on the visually impaired person's perspectives. Participants were selected by the purposeful sampling method. Researchers conducted a couple of in-depth interviews with four visually impaired persons. Yin's case study method was employed to analyze qualitative information. The analysis revealed nine sub-themes in two sections: three from 'accessibility within the exhibition room'; and six from 'demand for immersive exhibition environment.' Based on the results, following suggestions were presented: First, we need to provide quality information appropriate for artworks-appreciation; secondly, to ensure the visually impaired people to appreciate the culture and arts without any barrier, we need to extend certification of barrier-free living environment to exhibition-appreciation area. Finally, to facilitate these two tasks we need to encourage the convergence research among science and technology, humanities and society, and culture and arts.

  • 어플리케이션에 대해 사용한 후 비용을 지불하는 use first, pay later 서비스 개념의 SaaS의 구현 성숙도 모델이 Microsoft 사, Dharmesh Shah, Forrester 사에서 정리되어 발표되었다. 하지만 기존의 SaaS 성숙도 모델은 SaaS 생태계에 존재하는 이해당사자들의 관점 중 서비스 제공자의 관점만 반영되어 SaaS 어플리케이션 사용자, 개발자, 테넌트 관리자의 측면에서 고려된 기술 성숙 방향이 반영되어 있지 않다. 본 논문은 SaaS 기본 이론과 업계 제품에서 조사된 이론에 입각해 SaaS 생태계 전반의 SaaS 이해당사자들 관점에서 SaaS 플랫폼 역량의 발전을 분류할 수 있는 체계를 아키텍처에 기반하여 제시하고자 한다.

  • 정보보호 분야의 국제표준화는 기술들의 특성 및 참여하는 사용자들의 관점에 따라 다양한 국제표준화기구에서 국제표준개발 및 관련 연구가 진행되고 있다. 즉, ITU-T SG17(보안)에서는 전기통신(Telecommunication) 관점에서 통신망에 적용 가능한 응용기술들을 중심으로 국제표준화가 추진되고 있으며, ISO/IEC JTC1/SC27(정보보호)에서는 정보보호 원천기술들에 대한 국제표준화를 다루며, IETF Security Area에서는 인터넷 서비스의 품질 보장 및 향상된 인터넷 환경 구축을 위한 산업체 중심의 사실표준을 추진하고 있다. 그리고 유럽 및 아시아 지역에서 국가간에 정보통신 표준화와 국제표준화 기구들에 대한 공동 대응을 위한 ETSI, ASTAP, CJK Security WG 등에서도 지역 내 정보보호 표준화 활동들이 이루어지고 있다. 또한, 이러한 국제표준기구는 참여하는 이해 당사자가 국가(National Body)인지 혹은 산업체 등의 이해당사자들 간에 참여인지에 따라 특성 또한 달라지며, 표준을 개발하는 절차가 공식적인 방법에 따른 것인지 이해 당사자들 간에 합의에 의한 것인지에 따라 구분될 수도 있다. 본 논문에서는 2011년 11월, 두바이에서 개최된 ITU-T WTSA-12(세계정보통신표준총회) 국제회의 결과를 바탕으로 향후 4년간의 ITU-T SG17 국제표준화 활동 방향에 대한 정보를 제공하고자 한다.

  • 많은 기업의 정보화 프로젝트가 계획된 예산과 기한 내에 완수하지 못하고, 폐지되거나 당초 예상된 성과를 달성하지 못하고 있다. 정보화 프로젝트의 성공 확률을 높이기 위해서는 프로젝트 실패의 원인이 될 수 있는 잠재된 위험을 식별하고, 식별된 위험요인을 체계적이며, 지속적으로 관리할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보화 사업 중 시스템통합 사업에서 발생할 수 있는 위험요인을 체계적으로 분류하고 관리 할 수 있는 기반을 제안하고자 한다. 위험관리 프레임워크는 이해당사자들의 관점을 중심으로 위험요인을 체계적으로 분류하고, 위험요인을 점검할 수 있는 체크리스트를 제공함으로써 각 이해당사자들의 요구에 맞게 SI 프로젝트의 위험에 대응하여 정보화 프로젝트의 성공 확률을 높이는 데 이바지 할 수 있다.

Development of Stakeholder-based Evaluation Scales for the Lifelong Education Field Training Program (이해당사자 기반 평생교육실습 프로그램 평가척도 개발)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the evaluation scales that can access hierarchically the lifelong education field training program based on relevant stakeholders. To fulfill this purpose, both qualitative and quantitative research methods were applied. First of all, four groups of stakeholders were selected such as trainees, professors, field instructors, and program inspectors. The in-depth interviews with 13 experts in the field were conducted, and as a result, the scale with hierarchy of evaluation area, evaluation section, and evaluation item for each stakeholder was developed. In order to verify the content validity of the evaluation scales, delphi surveys for each stakeholder were conducted, using 35 expert panels. After delphi survey, the scale was applied to 90 trainees, 22 professors, and 31 field instructors. SPSS program was used to analyze the descriptive statistics, validity, and reliability. Finally, the evaluation scale of the trainer was identified as 8 evaluation areas, 14 evaluation sections and 51 evaluation items. And the professor's scale consisted of 6 areas, 10 sections and 40 items. The field instructor's scale was determined as 3 areas, 7 sections and 31 items, and the program inspector's evaluation scale was confirmed as 7 areas, 15 sections, and 32 items.

  • BPMN is a standard business process description notation developed by OMG. It allows the user to have an abstract view of a process that hides its details with the Collapsed Sub-Process notation. While it is a useful direction of abstraction that can be called the horizontal abstraction, a different kind of abstraction, the vertical abstraction, is necessary when different stakeholders of business would like to have different views of the business process form their own viewpoints of interest. For example, stakeholders may want to see a process from the viewpoint of a particular group of actors or from the viewpoint of a certain set of goals. This paper first extends horizontal abstraction capability of BPMN by introducing the notion of super edge and, moreover, adds the vertical abstraction capability to it by introducing the notions of 'aspect attribute' and 'interest specification' and notations for them.

  • VMI의 최종목표는 공급자가 수입을 유지하는 동안 최종사용자에게 있어서는 비용을 줄이고 서비스를 향상시켜주는 것이다. VMI는 소매상인과 공급자가 각 비즈니스의 계획, 예측, 보급과정에서 협력하는 것을 허용하며, 각 당사자에게 다른 비즈니스 데이터의 투명한 관점을 제공한다. 또한 VMI는 더욱 정확한 기획, 증가된 판매, 감소된 재고품과 빠른 주식의 회전결과를 처리한다. 본 연구에서는 현재 기업에서 많이 도입되고 있는 SCM 영역에서 주요한 이슈로 부각되고 있는 VMI 관련 기술 및 구축현황을 조사하였으며, 아울러 인터넷쇼핑몰 환경에 맞는 VMI 아키텍쳐의 개발에 대한 연구를 제시한다.

A Study on the Priority Analysis of Information Systems Audit Evaluation Factors using Fuzzy-AHP Method (Fuzzy-AHP 기법을 이용한 정보시스템 감리서비스 평가항목에 대한 우선순위 분석에 관한 연구)

  • Current trend of audit is to check the physical aspects of developed information system, such as checking the budget constraints, time constraints or functional fluency etc. However, ultimate goal of information system is to help the organization to achieve the competency over their competitors. Also, there are three different interest groups in system auditing, like audit requesting group, audited group and audit group, who may have different points of interests in auditing. Current auditing process, however, ignores this point, and so does not check the differences between three groups. This study tries to develop new auditing method to cure these two problems. Contributions of this study may be summarized as follows. First, Introduce the new indexes that can check the possibility that the information system may contribute the competency of organization. Also check the feasibility of indexes through Fuzzy AHP. Second, Divide the audit related person into three groups, and their different needs toward the information system was analyzed. Third, Analyze and compare the main interests of three groups, and weights of each groups to each indexes were calculated. Fourth, Fuzzy theory was applied to quantify the qualitative answers, which may minimize the ambiguity of questionnaire replies.

  • Main concerns of IT project managements are concentrated on the output control and process management. IT project, however, is difficult to measure the quality of achievement, because it produces invisible and intangible outputs. Many studies have been carried on to quantify the intangible aspects of process management. However, most of them have been focused on the technological aspects. This study measures the priority of factors to manage IT project by applying the IT-BSC and PMBOK method. Established indexes include the factors of managerial, social and future-oriented perspectives to check the different aspects of project management over the technical factors. This study uses AHP method for quantitative measurement. This study can be meaningful because of following reasons. First, this study re-arranges IT project management evaluation indexes by balanced scorecard. Second, this model includes human factors of developers and users who are directly related to the project development and operation. Third, important items of each stakeholder have been separated, and the weights of each item have been quantified to have fixed values.

A Study on the Coping Experience of Mental Disorder Symptoms (정신장애인의 정신질환 증상 대처 경험에 관한 연구)

  • This work aims to explore personal coping and insight experience in mental disorder symptoms from the perspective of the parties in order to lay an empirical basis for the transition of the mental health service paradigm from a medical model to a human rights model. For this purpose, in-depth interviews with 8 persons with mental disorders were conducted and a model of practice was suggested through analysis using the grounded theory. As a result, 11 categories, 23 sub-categories and 132 concepts were identified. According to the analysis of this study, people with mental disorders have changed their perspective on symptoms through in-depth insight into their identities and symptoms as mental disorders, and discovered their own autonomous ways to cope with symptoms, managing their daily lives. Therefore, in developing a Korean alternative model for people with mental disorders, it is necessary to prepare conditions to find their own countermeasures through opportunities for insight.
