The purpose of this research is to examine childcare teacher's cognition of human right awareness for handicapped children and consciousness of social integration. The subjects were 209 kindergarten teachers in G city. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression analysis with SPSS ver. 14.0. The results are as follows: Among the childcare teacher's awareness about children with disabilities human right, awareness of right to survive, right to be protected, right to participate, and right to development had direct effects on their consciousness of social integration. Among the social supports influenced by childcare teacher's awareness of human right, informational support and material support had both direct and indirect effects on their consciousness of social integration. Therefore, as childcare teachers' awareness of human right is an important factor for their consciousness of social integration, a systemic human right education for human right awareness should be provided, the necessity of establishing various social support system should be recognized to foster the social environment of respecting young children's human right, and human right awareness should be practiced into action in daily life, in order to help childcare teachers to develop as the main agents of children's human right.

This study examined the characteristics of a character education program for university students by reviewing the Korean studies and incorporating the results. The research method was an integrated literature review, and for the study, 13 articles were selected by searching with key words, such as 'university student', 'character', and 'program' in 3 research databases, spanning between 2000 and 2015. The results showed that research on the character education program for university students is common, and have been studied for the purpose of self-knowledge and improvement of sociality. Regarding the effective variables, research on self-esteem has attracted the most attention. Based on the research result, the development of a program including various aspects of character is needed, and character education should be arranged over a long period of time with the cooperation of home, school, and whole society, not a one-time and temporary education.

This study is to observe the correlation between user properties and user behavior on the mobile game, one of the most prominent digital contents with the most mutual interaction. Among various factors affecting on behaviors of game users, the user properties itself was accentuated, and the effect of individual and psychological quality on the use of game was evaluated. The user properties were mainly categorized into five factors of "interpersonal relationship", "level of game skill", "inclination of innovation", "self-esteem", and "competitive spirit", and the use behavior of game was categorized mainly into two types - quantitative behavior of "amount of use (time of use, consumption cost)" and qualitative behavior of "perceived satisfaction level (perceived enjoyment, perceived service quality, and perceived price)". As a result of study, in general, as the user quality subjected in this study is stronger, the amount of use and satisfaction level are higher. This study is to observe what type of user qualities leads to the more use, consumption, and satisfaction level of game contents to contribute to the study about the use of conventional digital contents and heavy use.

This study explored the experience of clinical nurses caring for foreign wives in Korea. A narrative study approach within the qualitative research paradigm was applied in this study. The data were collected using individual in-depth interviews with 10 clinical nurses who had at least 5 years working experiences caring for foreign wives and their children in the Women and Children's clinical setting. The narrative stories of the clinical nurses were analyzed in the frame of culture-bounded nursing care. In the culture-bounded nursing care, ethnocentric viewpoints, acceptable viewpoints, and culture-based viewpoints were identified within the time frame. Significantly, the narrator identified herself as a therapeutic caregiver in the culture-based viewpoints providing tailored caregiving for foreign wives. This study requires cultural sensitivity of nurses who care for the people with different cultural backgrounds. Self-awareness would be the starting point to reach culturally competent nursing care.

This study analyze the process of bibliotherapy, the typical problems of participant, and the trend on books of bibliotherapy, using the theses about clinical bibliotherapy program for Elementary School Students from 2003 to 2010 in Korea. Bibliotherapy has been studied at various academic fields. And the bibliotherapy process for all steps of readiness, comprehension-building, and evaluation is more effective in clinical bibliotherapy. Typical problems and contents of participant deal with a lack of sociality, a lack of self-conception and self-esteem, depression, a feeling of uneasiness, and desultory attitude of learning as the problems of psychosocial risk or mental disorders. And also, bibliotherapist need to develope suitable list of books for the typical problems of participant. The study is to present basic data for clinical bibliotherapist and researcher and to indicate the direction of their study in the future.

It is important to prevent progression of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) to Alzheimer's disease or other dementia. This study was conducted to investigate cognitive-based intervention and its effectiveness for the older patients with MCI through systematic review. Data search was conducted in September 2020, using the Korea Research Information Service (Riss) and KoreaMed. After selection of literatures according to the predefined inclusion criteria, a total of 12 articles were included. It is revealed that the cognitive-based intervention for the older adults with MCI was found to have a positive effect on the various factors including cognitive function, depression, physical health status, quality of life, and communication. However, it is difficult to draw a definite conclusion due to the various intervention strategies and instruments used. Thus, based on the results of this study, we suggest more studies to verify the effectiveness of such programs.

Recently, in each local self-governments Japan, the importation of universal design policy is actively being expanded as a plan to maximize living satisfaction of.citizens within the region. This research investigates the background on how the local self-governments ended up importing the universal design administrative policy, investigates the policies which each self governing bodies have been promoting and presents necessary stipulations following those policies. When we sum up the necessity of promoting universal design by local self-governments, although the we carry various problems in the promoting process in the settlement of provincial era and promoting substantiality of it, we can point out the low birth rate phenomenon, progression of aged people's society, diversification of values as a result of social and economic maturity, etc. as social and economic background. For people's values, as they escape from the economic they attach great importance to economic supremacy, they respect culture, environment, etc. with higher level than economic aspect and the improvement of life's quality is becoming important. Meanwhile, the universal design which is known to many users as a usable design concept as reach to a point where it is getting attention as a basic concept of 21st century design. Today, each of local self-governments in Japan are making various efforts for unperturbed importation and application of universal design to local communities through homepage, universal design guideline or report, various workshops, etc. Especially, there are universal design policies of public areas, facilities, manufacture of other products and information for the contents of the policy. The enforcement of universal design policy puts importance in 1) the process of planning, alteration, policy scheme and decision making 2) the process of policy's enforcement 3) the probation process of all processes and I could find out that equal participation of roles by local citizens, citizen's organizations, companies with the administration hasn't been adopted for each of these processes.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of science experience with their children on mothers who have children who are science gifted children and how they perceive what kind of parenting methods are appropriate for the growth and development of children who are science gifted children. To do this, we interviewed 13 mothers of the gifted education center of the Ministry of Education and conducted two in - depth interviews with them. Results, mothers who have scientific gifted children have various science experiences with children who are scientific gifted. In this process, mothers of gifted children understand the gifted children through science experience with their children, I have come to realize that it is necessary to provide an educational environment that can express my child's talents and help to determine the direction of my career. For this purpose, leadership education that reminds the importance of relationships between people, providing opportunities for various experiences so that they can decide their life, career education through inquiry of deep science experience and meeting with senior scientists, humanities for integrated thinking And the arts. In this way, it is possible to provide in-depth research results to the mothers of the gifted and talented to provide specific directions for the various supportive methods and teaching methods that the gifted children should provide for intellectual and emotional growth and development. Development of educational programs is necessary.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the possibility of the character education and the concrete implementation process in the field of science education in accordance with the social demand for character education. Based on this purpose, the researchers tried to understand the specific character elements appearing in various science learning situations and to understand the qualities of each specific character elements that can be emphasized through science learning and the aspect of expression process in related learning situations. The researchers selected 11 students from the 7th and 8th graders in Seoul and developed and applied the 'Become a Science Teacher' mentor program in 2014 and 2015. Data collection was conducted through class recordings, mentor teachers' and assistant teacher's journal, artifacts, student journals, student portfolios, class listeners' essays for science class and analyzed qualitative data collected through constant comparison method. According to the result, we extracted 11 character elements and reorganized them into 16 specific character elements revealed in various learning situations based on the relationship between each character elements. The results of the study are eight specific character elements that can be emphasized through science learning and related learning situations. The eight specific character elements are 'responsibility for teaching behavior due to hierarchy of scientific knowledge structure, communication for forming scientific concept, empathic concern based on science learning experience, cooperation for promoting rationality of inquiry method, positive perception of scientific endeavor, respect for scientists' attitudes toward research, confidence in future scientific research, persistence in trial and error'. Based on the results of this study, we proposed the research methods of character in the field of science education in the future.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the implications for maximizing the efficiency of job training conducted by companies through studying the effects of job education and training programs on job efficiency and job satisfaction. This study surveyed 300 employees of medium and large companies in Cheongju. The causality was verified based on the collected questionnaires. The results of the study are as follows. First, companies should understand the educational needs of heir employees and develop and operate employee-centered education programs. Second, companies need to have an autonomous system in order to allow voluntary application of education that can help employees to perform their duties among the external education programs. Third, companies should uncover the needs of their employees in various ways and build up the latest educational materials and educational environment to establish new knowledge and learning conditions. Finally, companies should recognize their employees as a concept of their partners and respect each employee's capabilities so that they can have autonomy and fun in their work activities.
