This study was to investigate 1) the effect of the variables (age, education level, average monthly income, occupation) relating to the multi-cultural family father(MF) on children's vocabulary(CV), 2) the relationship between the father's participation in their children's fostering(FPCF) and CV. FPCF in 24 MFs and CV were evaluated using the questionnaire, interview. The results are as follows: 1) There were significant correlations among father's education level, average income, occupation, and CV. FPCF scores. 2) There were no significant correlation between father's age and CV. 3) There were significant correlations between FPCF scores and CV. And some interview examples were illustrated in this paper.

An unpaired many-to-many k-disjoint nth cover (k-DPC) of a graph G is a set of k disjoint paths joining k distinct sources and sinks in which each vertex of G is covered by a path. Here, a source can be freely matched to a sink. In this paper, we investigate unpaired many-to-many DPC's in a subclass of hpercube-like interconnection networks, called restricted HL-graphs, and show that every n-dimensional restricted HL-graph, $(m{\geq}3)$, with f or less faulty elements (vertices and/or edges) has an unpaired many-to-many k-DPC for any $f{\geq}0\;and\;k{\geq}1\;with\;f+k{\leq}m-2$.

새로운 Fe기 초미세 결정립합금의 제조 가능성 및 자기특성에 관하여 조사하였다. 고포화자화 (Fe.$_{85}$Co.$_{15}$ )$_{80}$B$_{20}$ 비정질합금에서 천이금속을 약 10 at.% Al으로 치환한 (Fe.$_{85}$ Co.$_{15}$ )$_{70}$B$_{20}$Al$_{10}$ 합금은 급속응고에 의하여 비정질 기지내에 직접 .alpha. -Fe(Co)의 석출이 가능하다. 또한 (Fe.$_{85}$Co.$_{15}$ )$_{70}$B$_{20}$Al$_{10}$합금에 2~6 at.% Nb의 첨가는 급속 응고시 결정립성장을 억제하고 포화자왜를 약 6ppm이하로 감소시켜 자기 특성을 개선시킨다. 열처리에 의한 자기 특성은 Nb의 치환량이 증가할 수록 감소한다. 400 .deg. C에서 1시간 열처리한 (Fe.$_{85}$Co.$_{15}$ )$_{70}$ B$_{18}$ Al$_{10}$Nb$_{2}$합금은 평균 약 8nm이하의 .alpha. -Fe(Co) 결정립으로 구성된 초미세 결정립합금 으로 제조가 가능하며, 포화자속밀도, 철손 및 투자율 (f=50 kHz, B$_{m}$ =0.2 T)이 각각 1.2 T, 12W/kg 및 2.5 *$10^{4}$으로 가장 우수하다. 이는 Fe-Si-B-Nb-Cu 초미세결정립합금 및 영자왜 Co기 비정질합금과 거의 같은 자기특성을 나타낸다.다..다.다..낸다.다..

This study performed to develop a basic framework of adolescent's perceptions about multicultural families, the children of multicultural families, the impacts of cultural exchange on cultural diversity, and multicultural efficacy. The participants were 368 students from four high schools in the Seoul area. The data were analysyed by ANOVA, Duncan-test, and multiple regression. The results revealed significant differences; perceptions of the multicultural family was the highest among those who believed the perceptions would increase, while the lowest among those believing to decrease. Perceptions of multicultural efficacy showed significant differences in thought about education for understanding other country people, the multi media experiences of multicultural families, knowledge about the multiculture, and thought about an increasing number of multicultural families. There were significant correlations among perceptions about the multicultural family, the children in the multicultural family, the impacts of cultural exchange on cultural diversity, and efficacy of the multicultural environment.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors influencing the marital satisfaction of husbands in multicultural families. This study will provide basic data to develop the policies and services related to multicultural families. Data were collected through the questionnaire method from 99 multicultural couples. Analysis of the data consisted of t-tests to compare the psychological characters of the couple and multiple regression to analyze the independent effects of the related variables. The results can be summarized as follows: First, self-esteem, depression, and multicultural acceptance attitude are significantly higher for the wife than for the husband. Second, regarding the influence of the relevant factors on the husband's marital satisfaction, the most significant factors include the gap in the couple's ages, the husband's self-esteem and sex role attitude, and the wife's sex role attitude, godiness, and marital satisfaction.

In this study, we proposed duty executions to confine a robot in a specific place with multiple robots. The proposed method involved the use of a role classifier for assigning labor roles, behavior selector for each robot, and a collaboration manager for handling complex situations. Further, we verified the validity of the proposed method by performing simulations to confine a robot in the specific location by using multiple robots.

In order to increase the signal-to-noise ratio in multi-component seismic data, we developed new polarization filters based on the method of multicomponent complex trace analysis. Unlike the previous polarization filters, the present filters separately compute linear and elliptic components at each time sample using amplitude ratio of horizontal and vertical components of body waves and ellipticity of Rayleigh waves. The polarization filters work ideally even with low S/N data. Application of the filters to both synthetic and real seismic data shows that Rayleigh waves of elliptic motions are effectively eliminated and both P and S waves of linear motions are well separated each other.

Isolation tables are widely used for precision equipments and their isolation performances have been usually expressed and evaluated by transsmissibility. However, transmissibility is a concept for 1-degree of freedom(DOF) system. In practice, isolation tables are supproted by more than 4 springs. Each spring is subjected to vertical and horizontal ground vibrations, and also the table has more than 1-DOF. Therefore, isolation tables should be treated as multi-input/multi-output(MIMO) system of which isolation performance is expressed by transmissibility matrix. However, the matrix is too complicated to be an index for a system. In this paper, maximum singular value of transmissibility matrx is suggested as a simple performance index of a MIMO isolation system. Physical meaning of singular value is explained using a simple a 2-DOF isolation table. Furthermore, maximum singular values of passive, 3-DOF active and 6-DOF active isolation tables are obtained through experiments, and their meaning are explained and compared with each other.

In the light of the present situation of fertilizing presently apllied in farmer's mulberry fields, it was considered to be value enough to carry out the experiment on whether its degree of fertilizing have no affect on silkworm growth and their cocoon harvest as well, so that the results thus obtained from the experiment are as following; The amount of fertilizing, N 44.4kg, P$_2$O$\sub$5/ 18.4kg, and K$_2$O 34.4kg, respectively were minimum for the . east affect on the silkworm growth and cocoon yields.

인터넷이 널리 보급되면서 발달한 온라인상에서 사용자들이 서로 공유된 가상공간의 다른 사용자와 상호작용할 수 있는 다사용자온라인게임은 그 시나리오나 수용방식에 대한 변화 가능성에 관한 내용을 다루고 있을 뿐, 그래픽 인터페이스에 관한 연구는 전무한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷이라는 매체적 특징을 이용하여 다사용자온라인게임 사용자간의 상호작용에 주목하였고, 그러한 상호작용 요소를 중점적으로 한 그래픽인터페이스 요소를 추출하여 내용분석을 시행하였다. 본 내용분석을 위하여 각종 관련 게임 사이트에서 160개 게임의 905개 스크린 샷을 수집하여 빈도분석과 교차분석을 시행한 결과를 종합하여 보면 다사용자온라인게임은 3D그래픽 기술의 발전으로 캐릭터와 배경 및 시점에 있어 실재감 있는 화면과 애니메이션을 통해 사용자들의 가상현실 체험을 높이고 있다. 이를 위해 실재감을 방해할 수 있는 다른 조작요소의 색은 상대적으로 어둡고 공간을 작게 차지하도록 하는 경향을 띠고 있는 것으로 보인다. 이를 위해 기존의 게임과는 다른 인터페이스 레이아웃이 발전되어 자리잡고 있으며 또한 비교적 성공을 거둔 것으로 파악되는 인기도가 높은 게임의 경우를 미루어 보아 게임의 소재와 배경은 모호하게 설정하여 현실세계와 다르면서도 어디엔가 존재할 수 있음직한 세계를 설정하여 재미와 실재감을 동시에 높이고 있는 것으로 보인다. 또한 이러한 인터페이스의 변화를 주도하는 요인으로는 문화적, 기술적, 디자인적 요인으로 나뉠 수 있으며 각 요인들에 의한 획기적 인터페이스의 등장은 다른 게임들에도 영향을 미치게 되어 결국 인터페이스 유형 자체를 변화시키는 것으로 분석되었다.
