The Effect of person-job fit on job performance: The Mediating effect of job-based psychological ownership (개인-직무적합성이 직무성과에 미치는 영향: 직무기반 심리적 주인의식의 매개효과)

  • This study is of academic significance to investigate the relationship between person-job fit and job-based psychological ownership, which previous studies lacked, and further confirmed for the first time in Korea that job-based psychological ownership mediates the relationship between person-job fit and job performance. In addition, the study supports the expectation theory that competency suitability affects job performance and the social exchange theory that requirement suitability affects job performance.

  • It is important to improve the creative problem- solving ability through subject matter education. Especially, Informatics education is important to improve the problem-solving ability by using computer as well as the general problem-solving ability. This paper identifies the creative problem- solving ability which is required in Informatics education. The cognitive components of the creative problem-solving ability are organized as the result of crossing the problem-solving ability and the creativity. This paper investigated the validity of the contents as judged by a panel of experts. The cognitive components of creativity are the elaboration, sensitivity, and reorganization in the step of 'Understanding and Analysis the Problem'. Also, The cognitive components of creativity are the fluency, flexibility, and originality in the step of the 'Exploring the Problem Solutions'. The cognitive components of creativity are elaboration in the step of the 'Design the Problem Solution' and 'Implementation'. Finally, the cognitive components of creativity are the flexibility and elaboration in the step of the 'Evaluation'.

  • 지금까지 적합성운용시험이란 용어는 서로 다른 유형의 광의 적합성시험을 구별없이 일컫는 방법으로 사용되어왔으며, 상호운용시험이란 용어도 다양한 가능한 시험구조레 대하여 무차별적으로 사용되어왔다. 본 연구는 적합성시험을 접속적합성시험과 개체적합성시험으로 구분하여, 상호운용성시험구조의 시험능력이 달라짐에 따라 상호운용성시험이 이들 적합성시험과 어떻게 연결 지워질 수 있는지를 탐구한다.

  • The escalating demand for organized information resource management within organizations necessitates increased investment in information security (IS), as a single error can lead to information exposure incidents, underscoring the importance of IS compliance by insiders. The research aims to elevate IS compliance within the organization by examining the influence of the shared goal of information security policy (ISP), perceived ISP value and individual's fits on an insider's intention to comply with the ISP. Antecedent research in organizational behavior and IS led to a proposed hypothesis, tested using 366 obtained samples. The ISP shared goal's positive influence on ISP compliance intentions was evident from the test results, primarily through the perceived ISP value. Furthermore, the person-organization and demand-ability fit moderated the antecedent factors associated with ISP compliance intentions. Our findings suggest the methods for sustaining organizational IS levels by examining the requisite conditions from the viewpoints of the organizational environment, ISP values, and fits.

  • 폴리우레탄의 특징을 이용하여 폴리우레탄에 흡습능력 과 탈취능력을 향상시키고 향의 서방성 능력을 첨가하여 장루 환자들이 사용하기에 적합한 패드의 특징을 테스트 후 분석하였다. 수분의 흡습능력, 변의 냄새제거 정도의 탈취 능력 , 향의 지속성을 측정하였다. 폴리우레탄만의 특징으로도 흡습능력과 탈취능력이 있지만 주흡습제 보조흡수제를 첨가하고, 소취 제와 보조제를 첨가하여 더욱 개선된 흡습능력과 탈취능력을 확인하였다.

  • This study investigates the effects of three types of person-environment fit, i.e. POF, PJF(ability) and PJF(needs), on effectiveness variables and the mediating effect of work motivation in SMEs. The data were collected from 211 employees who work for SMEs. Results of structural equation modeling(SEM) analyses demonstrated that PJF(ability) was significantly associated with task performance and turnover intention, while POF and PJF(needs) were significantly associated with turnover intention only. PJF(needs) and PJF(ability) have the positive impact on intrinsic motivation, PJF(ability) also has the positive impact on external and identified motivation. We also analysed mediating effects using Process macro. Results demonstrated that intrinsic motivation mediated the relationship between POF, PJF(needs), PJF(ability) and task performance. The relationship between PJF(ability) and task performance was mediated by external motivation. Based on the results, theoretical and practical implications are derived. Also suggested are methodological limitations and future research directions.

A Study on the Appropriateness of he Problem-Solving Models and the Information Literacy Education (문제극복 모형의 적합성과 정보화 교육에 관한 연구)

  • This study is an attempt to analyze the individual merit of the INSTRAT model, which forms a cognitive process paradigm, and that of the Big6 model, which involves a functional approach, as tools for enhancing human information activities and aptitude. The former was examined through logical interpretations, while the latter was deduced from interviews using the Micro-Moment Time-Line method, a key methodology used in the Sense-Making Approaches. Results indicate that the application of the INSTRAT model is suitable for developing information systems that can assist users in the stage of defining information needs and search strategies, and that the application of the Big6 model is appropriate in information literacy education or information aptitude training. Of particular significance is the fact that the study proves for the first time that human information problem-solving behavior indeed follows the process delineated in the Big6 model.

  • To determine the influence of qualification on field and currency, the model is presented that there is the connection between job competence and job fit about the function of qualification. To find out this connection, the study is being done and based on this, a clue of qualification on field and currency is tried to figure out. First, in case of national technical qualification holders in Machinery field, the type of the function of qualification(signal, guide, screen functions) of job competence and job fit shows correlation between them. Second, the job competence and job fit of the owner of national technical qualification in Machinery field is mostly affected by signal function. Thirdly, the mediating effect of job competence on the effect of the function of qualification on job-fit is showed by the types of function of qualification. Guide function does not have any mediation effect, but signal function and screen function have the mediation effect. Especially, out of all, signal function is the most affecting factor of mediating effect. Lastly, the model of the relationship between subordinate factors by types of function of qualification on job competence and job fitis presented.
