This research is aimed to develop a National competency standards(NCS) as a method of job standardization, and then to be applicated as a baseline data on overall university curriculum by using the NCS. Study period is from June 21, 2014 to November 30, 2014. To accomplish the aims, a pool of researchers and experts like as industrial site experts, education training experts, and job analysis specialists was formed. Job title to be conducted in medical record is defined as medical information management and NCS was developed through deducing 12 competency unit, 43 competency unit elementary and competency unit each career during lifelong. And finally the developed standards proposal was completed to be NCS after verification by on-the-spot specialists.

This study aimed to make proposals to develop an apprenticeship program and organize the apprenticeship curriculum by conducting an overall analysis of how vocational education and training high schools participating in the apprenticeship system(apprenticeship schools) organized the apprenticeship program in the school curriculum. To that end, the study analyzed the current state of the apprenticeship curriculum of 33 apprenticeship schools and came up with the following results: First, the apprenticeship class and the general class had a similar relevance between 'departments' and 'areas and goals of student training' and between 'departments' and 'qualifications,' while the apprenticeship class had a higher relevance between 'areas and goals of student training' and 'qualifications' than the general class. Second, both the required and optional competency units of the apprenticeship program were relatively evenly included in the Off-JT and OJT. Third, the competency units of the apprentice program were included in the technical subjects of the 2009 revised curriculum as well as the NCS practical subjects of the 2015 revised curriculum. Fourth, although most of the competency units of the apprenticeship program have a high correlation with the technical subjects of the school curriculum, there were also many schools showing a low correlation. Fifth, although the hierarchy of organizing the competency units of the apprenticeship program by semester was mostly high, there were a considerable number of schools with a low hierarchy. As a result, this study made the following policy proposals: granting a grace period for approval of the changes in the curriculum of the apprenticeship, distributing the matching table before and after the revision of the NCS competency units, organizing subjects not included in the national curriculum, creating subjects specialized for companies, and monitoring and consulting the curriculum of the apprenticeship schools.

농업용수에 대한 주요 물 공급원은 17,000 여개 이상의 시설이 운영되고 있는 농업용 저수지라 할 수 있다. 따라서 농업용수에 대한 갈수 상황 모니터링을 위해서는 농업용 저수지에 대한 모니터링이 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 농업용 저수지의 용수공급능력 평가 및 모니터링을 위한 방안으로 농업용 저수지의 현재 저수량과 해당 저수지에 요구되는 용수 수요량을 비교함으로써 현재의 저수량으로 향후 공급 가능한 기간을 추정하여 제시하는 방안을 검토하였다. 이를 위해서는 농업용 저수지의 일별 수요량을 추정할 필요가 있으며, 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 수자원장기종합계획(국토교통부, 2016)에서 제시된 논 용수 단위용수량 자료를 이용하였다. 논 용수 수요 추정 과정에서 제시된 수계별 수리답 면적 및 수요량을 이용하여 수계별 수리답의 단위용수량을 추정하여 활용하였다. 수계별 수리답의 단위용수량 추정 결과와 중권역별 논 용수에 대한 일별 수요 패턴을 이용하여 1월 1일부터 12월 31일까지 일 단위로 필요한 단위면적당 용수수요를 산정하였다. 산정된 일별 용수수요를 이용하여 1일부터 180일가지 누적할 경우에 대한 필요 용수수요량을 산정하였으며, 이를 이용하여 농업용 저수지의 용수공급능력을 평가하는 방안을 제시하였다. 용수공급능력을 모니터링하고자 하는 농업용 저수지의 수혜면적에 단위면적당 용수수요를 적용할 경우 저수지별로 필요한 일별 수요량 및 누적 수요량을 추정할 수 있으며, 이를 해당 저수지의 현재 저수량과 비교함으로써 향후 공급 가능한 기간을 추정할 수 있다. 추정된 공급 가능기간은 해당 저수지의 용수공급능력 모니터링 결과로 활용할 수 있으며, 이를 갈수관리를 위한 농업용 저수지 모니터링에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this paper is to compare SWECOM and Information & Communication Engineering NCS to explore how to improve current NCS. First, it would be helpful to use NCS competency unit and competency unit element as categorization criteria and then to provide levels and roles into performance criteria and KSA. Second, developing common lower level competency unit would decrease the redundancy of KSA and make it clear for users. Third, providing other kinds of skills along with technical skills such as management skill would be useful for users.

The Purpose of this Study is to Identify the Learning Modules of the National Competency Standard (NCS) Related to the Information Systems Development Curriculum of 4-year Colleges, to Explore the Possibility of Applying NCS to the Curriculum, and to Examine Implications. The Importance of 26 Competency Units in the Applied SW Engineering of NCS was Compared by Area Experts Composed of 14 Information Systems Developers and Professors of 7 Universities who Teach Software Engineering Subjects Through the Hierarchical Analysis Process (AHP). The Results of the Study as Follows. First, the Relative Importance of the Competency Elements was in order of 'Confirming the Requirements', 'Checking the UI Requirements', 'Designing the Physical Data Repository', 'Testing Developer Integration', and 'Fixing Developer Defects'. Second, while the Entry and Intermediate Level Developer Group Determined that the Competency Elements Related to the IS Development Implementation Stage is more Important, the Advanced IS Developer Groups Consider the Competency Elements Related to the Theory-oriented Design Stage as Important Competency. In Addition, the Group of College Professors was Found to Choose all the Practical and Theoretical Competency Elements that Two Developers Groups Considered Important. Implications of the Study Suggested that the Job Performance Competence and Quality of Education Related to IS Development can be Enhanced.

The government is operating a course evaluation-type qualification system for the purpose of overcoming the limitations of the test-type qualification system and cultivating talents with practical skills applicable to related industries. However, there is a part that does not match the purpose of the course evaluation qualification system by educating competency units in the field of surveying rather than the field of cadastral field in the education and training course of the course evaluation qualification. Therefore, this study closely analyzed the course evaluation qualification system in the cadastral field and suggested improvement plans accordingly. First, NCS in the cadastral field has not been supplemented or developed since its development in 2014, and there are many parts that do not conform to the current laws, so supplementary development is necessary. Second, It was proposed to improve the optional competency unit in the field of surveying to the NCS competency unit in the cadastral field. In addition, if the 12 competency units of the current NCS in the cadastral field are designated as essential competency units and education and training are operated, it will be possible to foster working-level talents with sufficient competency at the cadastral engineer level. However, for practical system operation and application, supplementation and development of NCS in the cadastral field, which is used for education and training of the course evaluation qualification system, must be preceded.

The purpose of this study is to confirm the effectiveness of NCS-based education in the field of hair beauty applied in the educational field and to find ways to improve it. To this end, the importance of each NCS competency unit in the field of hair beauty evaluated by senior hair designers and the achievements of new designers evaluated by the IPA method were analyzed to explore the difference between importance-achievement and improvement plans through this. As a result of the study, NCS education in the field of hair beauty was found to be 6 items for improvement, 21 items for maintenance and strengthening, 14 items for long-term improvement, and 1 item for improvement consideration among the existing 41 competency units. In particular, the lack of creativity and the ability to collect and analyze the latest information, which should be improved urgently, appear, confirming the necessity of efforts to develop creative abilities as hair designers in the NCS education field.

The purpose of this study is to provide a suggestion to improve speciality and job performance of social work case management using importance-performance-analysis(IPA). A quantitative research design was used and data were collected from 209 social workers who are in charge of case manager job at Ulsan metropolitan area. Study participants were asked the recognition of importance-job competence and need for supervision-experience of social work case management job description on the NCS(9 competency units, 33 competency units). Descriptive analysis and IPA were performed. This study found the need for intensified job competence of 'building external operating systems' and 'development of resource linkage systems'. Also, it is necessary to provide intensive supervision for 'building an external and internal operating system.' Based on the results, future direction of intensified job performance for socla work case management was discussed.

National Competency Standards or NCS is an educational system that emphasizes developing job-related abilities. Therefore it will be an effective solution in training field-oriented work forces if properly applied. However, in the department of social welfare, it is not easy to apply NCS to the curriculum since most academic subjects concerning social welfare focus not on practice but on theory and in addition, most of social welfare departments in junior colleges have an accredited curriculum for the 2nd degree of the social worker qualification. This means it is preposterous if NCS is applied to the curriculum without prior changes in the existing qualification system. So, this paper proposes a draft model to apply NCS to the already-accredited curriculum for the 2nd degree social workers in the junior colleges and details are as follows. Firstly, the competency units will be customized for the existing academic subjects in the curriculum rather than developing new subjects in accordance with NCS competency units. Secondly, some client-related competency units including children, seniors, the disabled are newly developed and then applied to the curriculum, which are crucial for the career development at the junior college level. Thirdly, the competency units are categorized into three types in accordance with the degree of job relevancy - type 1, type 2, type 3. Fourthly, four out of 11 basic job abilities are selected and then developed into academic subjects. Fifthly, all competency units concerning the main job market are regarded as one virtual competency unit and then arranged in the order of type 1s, type 2s and type 3s and then the scope of their study is adjusted to the job abilities required at the main job market.

산업현장에서 직무를 수행하기 위해 요구되는 지식 기술 소양 등의 내용을 국가가 산업부분별 수준별로 체계화한 것을 국가직무능력표준이고, 국가적 차원에서 표준화했다. 본 연구에서는 국가직무능력표준의 능력단위별 학습모듈 기반으로 한 학습과정 설정과 학습을 구현했다.
