An active steering bogie has been theoretically proved to improve both stability and steering performance remarkably. However, It has not been commercialized yet even though many researchers have been trying to develop it because some technical difficulties still exist such as information acquisition fer active control, increasing mechanical components, high energy consumption, fail-safe problem and so on. To solve those problems, an advanced active steering mechanism is proposed in this paper. With this mechanism, required control force is small enough to use direct drives. Therefore, the number of additional mechanical components can be minimized since mechanical transducers like gears are not necessary. Fail-safe function can be also inserted easily. In this paper, concept design of the proposed active steering bogie is introduced and the possibility is verified through computer simulation using linear dynamic model.

'가스사용시설에서 소비자의 취급부주의 및 제품 불량 등에 의한 이상상태를 감시 또는 검지, 차단하는 기능을 가진 제품 또는 부품' 가스안전기기를 일컫는 말이다. 가스는 일상생활에서 뿐만 아니라 산업현장에서 없어서는 안될 유용한 에너지원이지만 취급 부주의 등 내외변수로 인해 화마로 변모하는 특성을 갖고 있어 취급에 상당한 주의를 요구하고 있다. 이 때문에 가스를 사용하는 기구나 시설에는 안전장치를 부착해 위험을 대비하고 능동적으로 관리하는 것이 필수적이다.

월성 발전소에서의 중대사고 진행을 예측하고 분석하기 위하여 CANDU 발전소의 중대사고 해석코드인 ISAAC을 이용하여 능동 안전 장치들이 동작하지 않는 발전소 정전사고에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. ISAAC은 사고 관리용 전산코드로 개발된 MAAP4/PWR를 근간으로 월성 발전소의 고유 특성에 관한 모델들을 추가하여 개발되었다 월성 발전소의 경우 칼랜드리아 안의 감속재와 칼랜드리아 볼트 안의 냉각수는 피동 열침원으로, 능동 안전 장치들이 동작하지 않는 중대사고시 노심으로부터의 붕괴열을 제거하여 노심 손상을 지연시킬 수 있다. 발전소 정전사고에 대한 ISAAC 계산 결과 노심 손상후 칼랜드리아 파손까지 약 40 시간이 예상되며, 이 동안에 운전자는 사고를 완화시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색할 수 있다. 따라서, 월성발전소의 피동안전장치는 사고 관리 전략 수립에 중요한 기능을 담당한다.

This study examined the drivers' acceptance level of various active safety features with Korean drivers on Seoul urban and city roads. The test vehicle, 2013 Cadillac ATS, was equipped with FCA(Forward Collision Alert), LDW(Lane Departure Warning), SBZA(Side Blind Zone Alert), FRPA(Front/Rear Park Assist), RCTA(Rear Cross Traffic Alert), ACC(Adaptive Cruise Control), and AEB(Autonomous Emergency Braking). Participants had chances to run the tests on those systems in the parking lot accompanied by the 106km long stretch of predetermined route including local road and interurban highway in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do under normal traffic flowing environment. After the test, participants completed a series of questionnaires about the features they experienced. The results revealed that RCTA and SBZA systems received more favourable ratings compared to the other features in avoiding crashes. The respondents preferred sound alerts to haptic ones even though haptic warning methods were better in providing directional information.

The secret sharing is the basic concept of the threshold cryptosystem and has an important position in the modern cryptography. At 1995, Jarecki proposed the proactive secret sharing to be a solution of existing the mobile adversary and also proposed the share renewal scheme for (k, n) threshold scheme. For n participants in the protocol, his method needs $O(n^2)$ modular exponentiation per one participant. It is very high computational cost and is not fit for the scalable cryptosystem. In this paper, we propose the efficient share renewal scheme that need only O(n) modular exponentiation per participant. And we prove our scheme is secure if less than img ${\frac{1}{2}}$ n-1 adversaries exist and they are static adversary.

최근, 차량간 통신 기술의 적용을 통해 운전자의 안전성 강화를 목적으로 하는 능동형 차량 안전서비스 실현을 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 서비스의 범주에는 충돌사고 경고 및 회피, 도로상의 위험요소 경고, 교통 안전정보 제공 등이 포함된다. 본 고에서는 통신 시스템 설계 관점에서 차량 안전서비스 실현을 위한 기술 요소, 통신 프로토콜 설계 및 개발 방법론에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

IMO sub-committee on safety of navigation has worked a draft recommendation for RTE in order to amy a radar target enhancer(RTE) on small ships. According to the draft recommendation for RTE, we need a preliminary research for RTE development and its applicability. In this paper, we investigate the results rf field tests in other countries and analyze technical and critical problems in RTE The results of our analysis will provide helpful comments in IMO subcommmitte as well as in a domestic development of RTE.
