현재 우리나라 농업은 인구의 고령화, 농촌인구의 도시 유출, 기후온난화 등의 영향으로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 정부에서는 각종 지원정책을 통해 농업관련산업을 지원하고 있으나 뚜렷한 효과를 보지 못하고 있으며 농업으로의 창업에서도 성과를 내지 못하고 있다. 정부에서는 농업관련 기관을 통해 농업관련산업 내 창업에 대한 지원사업을 확대하고 있으며 다양한 컨텐츠를 접목시켜 양을 늘리고 질적인 성장을 꾀하고 있다. 농업관련산업 창업에 대한 검토와 함께 차별화된 정책이 필요하며, ICT와 소프트 웨어 중심의 창업지원 정책에서 새로운 성장 컨텐츠를 더하는 변화가 요구된다고 하였다. 따라서 4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞아 다양한 기술들이 농업관련산업에 접목되고 있으며 예비창업자들의 대부분이 큰 기대와 함께 창업을 할 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구에서는 농업관련산업의 관심이 있는 예비창업자를 대상으로 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 여러 가지 영향중에 내적개인특성, 창업지원, 외부환경특성 등의 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 향후 농업관련산업 내 예비창업자들에게 도움이 되고 관련 기관이 지원정책을 수립합에 있어 도움이 될것으로 기대한다.

우리나라 농업은 농지의 감소, 생산비 증가로 인한 수익성 악화, 외국농산물의 수입개방 등과 같은 대내외적인 농업환경 변화에 적응하기 위해 많은 변화를 모색하고 있다. 다시말해 우리나라 농업은 농축임산물의 생산부문 뿐만 아니라 생산물의 가공, 유통, 서비스에 이르는 모든 농업 관련산업에 신기술과 첨단과학을 점목시킴으로서 농업은 노동집약적인 일차산업이라는 인식을 불식시키고 근대적인 기술산업으로서의 활로를 모색하고 있다고 할 수 있다.(중략)

The insect industry in Korea has been supported by the Act of Fostering and Supporting Insect Industry since 2010. Based on the Act, insect breeders are entitled as farmers. However, the insect industry is not included in the Fundamental Act of Agriculture, Rural Community and Food Industry which defines all concepts, such as agriculture, farmers, and agricultural products. Legally and strictly speaking, there is no method to defense the insect industry when an argument is raised that insect industry is not included into agriculture, so persons who breed insects are not eligible for all agricultural supports and subsidies of the government. Thus, it is necessary to clear the legal status of insect industry by revising the related laws and regulations.

The present study investigated the feasibility of using the ethanolic extract of Hermetia illucens larvae (HIE) as a whitening improvement material. In cell viability assays using B16F1 melanoma cells, no cytotoxicity was recorded up to 200 ㎍·mL^-1 of HIE. Moreover, while tyrosinase inhibitory activity increased, melanin content decreased in a dose-dependent manner, indicating that HIE likely inhibited tyrosine-induced intracellular melanin biosynthesis in B16F1 melanoma cells. Therefore, HIE is expected to serve as a potent whitening improvement material.

This study investigated the perception of beauty-agriculture convergence industry for businesses in senary industries in Jeju Special Self-governing Province. Currently this area is in the stage right before the suggestion of a convergence-based win-win industrial development model. The ultimate goal is to provide basic data to beauty-agriculture convergence industries. Agricultural products are used as main ingredients in the cosmetics industry and recently, farmers have been focusing on certain areas of the beauty industry, such as the internal production of beauty products and the attraction of customers. According to a comparative analysis on the beauty-agriculture convergence industry between employees and non-employees, a statistically significant difference was found in the following: Possibility of creating high profits, personal interest in the beauty industry and the possibility of utilizing natural resources. In terms of the reasons for beauty-agriculture convergence industry development potential such as added value, leading industry, product competitiveness, aesthetic lifestyle and market size, as well, a significant difference was found. In the perception of the necessity of government supports such as financing, facilities, technology, education and PR marketing, no significant difference was observed. Since creative and diverse contents are needed for beauty-agriculture convergence, high-quality technical support and continuous education are essential. Therefore, diverse government supports including funds and facilities are needed.
