본 연구에서는 초음파를 사과의 비파괴 품질판정에 이용하기 위한 기초 연구로서 사과 표면에 입사, 반사되는 초음파 신호를 계측 및 분석하기 위한 시스템을 구축하고 저장기간에 따른 사과의 초음파 특성을 계측하였으며, 그 결론은 다음과 같다. 1. 구성된 비 접촉식 초음파 장치를 이용하여 전압-시간 그래프에서 전압의 진폭(PTP)값을 구하였고 신호처리용 프로그램을 이용하여 획득한 신호를 주파수 영역에서 분석하여 피크주파수, 영역별 에너지 밀도함수 등을 구하였다. 2. 사과의 초음파 특성을 분석한 결과 사과의 저장기간은 초음파 응답신호의 진폭(PTP) 및 제 3영역 에너지 스펙트럼 밀도함수와 높은 상관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 3. 초음파를 농산물의 비파괴 품질판정에 적용시 문제가 되고 지는 센서와 시료와의 접촉응력에 의한 응답신호의 변형에 의한 문제를 해결하고자 비 접촉식 센서를 사용하였으며, 실제 농산물에 적용이 가능한 것으로 판단되었다.

Recently, it is expected that the agricultural and stockbreeding industry are damaged by the China-Japan-South Korea FTA and FTA between the United States and South Korea. After free trade, it is increasing to import crops, aquatic products, and livestock which are produced in a foreign land. But it is affected negatively to the trust relationships and markets, because of breaking it out that low grade foreign products are turned into domestic products. For this reason, we need the traceability management system. In this paper, it designs and implements the traceability management system using RFID and USN providing distribution traceability information as well as the traceability information of the growth environment, automatic control according to the facility growing and monitoring of the storehouse. The implemented whole systems consist of the growth environment monitoring and the traceability management. First, the growth environment monitoring shows the environment of plantation and automatic controller of the storehouse and growing facility. This growth environment monitoring information provides the detailed information about growth environment and writing the farming diary automatically by producer. Second, the traceability management provides all of the traceability information such as production, shipment and consumption to consumers. The traceability management system that has been designed and implemented using RFID and USN in this paper, provides the u-IT agriculture to producer and the reliability about agricultural products. In addition, this system provides the foundation data to operate GAP and HACCP, and becomes the advantaged agricultural products of the interior of a country by application of this system.

우리나라에 보급된 상업용 저온저장고는 총 1,529개동에 239,732평이고 전국평균 가동율이 21.1% 밖에 되지 않아 규모상으로는 저온저장고의 공급이 과도한 상태에 있다는 지적도 있다. 이러한 양적인 문제에 대한 논란은 접어두더라도 저온저장된 농산물의 손실이 10-30%에 이르고 있어 저장환경의 조절에 문제가 있는 것으로 지적되고 있다. (중략)

우리나라 농산물 저온저장고 설치비 중 70% 이상이 저장고내 열관리를 위한 자재와 설비에 소요되며, 저온저장고의 가동에는 많은 에너지가 소요되므로 열관리 설비 및 에너지 비용의 최소화로 저온저장 비용을 절감화 시킬 필요가 있다. 더욱이, 우리나라는 에너지의 대부분을 수입에 크게 의존하는 나라로 에너지를 효율적으로 관리하는 것이 매우 중요하다. (중략)

과실을 포함한 모든 농산물은 1년동안 계속해서 수확되는 것이 아니라 기후의 제약을 받아 생산이 계절적으로 치우치게 되는 것이 불가피하므로 수요에 따른 공급기간의 연장을 위하여는 저장이 꼭 필요하게 된다. 또한 생산농가의 경영적인 측면에서 볼 때에도 생산시기에는 언제나 출하가 집중되어 가격이 떨어지게 되므로 수분함량이 비교적 높은 과실류는 단기간의 저장도 매우 유리한 판매를 할 수 있으며 소비자의 입장에서 볼 때에도 저장을 하지 않을 경우 집중 출하시기에 일시적으로 가격이 싸지만 생산시기가 지나면 다시 가격이 높아지므로 전체적으로 볼 때에는 비싼 값으로 사게되는 결과가 된다. 따라서 생산자 및 소비자 모두를 보호하고 오랫동안 과일을 먹을 수 있도록 하기 위하여는 저장이 반드시 필요하다 하겠다.

This paper analyzes retailers' purchasing patterns of fruits and vegetables and the problems with purchasing from agricultural product wholesale markets. While large-scale retailers purchase fruits and vegetables from various sources, medium and small-scale retailers and food service companies buy them mostly from agricultural product wholesale markets. The retailers point out the problems with purchasing from agricultural product wholesale markets as a lack of quality uniformity, not sufficient cooling storage facilities, not sufficient space for shipping area, high distribution cost, unnecessary price fluctuation, and etc. In order to enhance the linkage with retailers, agricultural product wholesale markets, first of all, have to adopt more flexible trading methods such as private treaty besides auctions which are exclusively legitimate trading methods in the market. Necessary are enlargement of jobbers' operating scale, securing shipping space for retailers, adoption of inspection service, introduction of methods to stabilize auction prices, saving of loading and unloading costs, implementation of marketing strategies.
