This study started as an effort to solve the serious environmental program that the Korean government and internationally focused on. For the purpose of the study, a green based growth education program was composed that young children could participate in. With this program, the study participants could form attitudes, behavior, and knowledge of environmental preservation. To see the effectiveness of the green growth educational program, the study set up a control and an experimental group. The program was composed with four major content 'ecosystem', 'energy', 'resource', and 'green citizenship'. The study planned 20 sessions including fairy tales, storytelling, art, game, and science activities. The study's participants were a total of 42 five-year-old children. The result of the research showed that the experimental group's environmental preservation knowledge, attitude, and behavior score was significantly higher than the control group. The green growth educational program had a positive effect on young children's knowledge, attitude, and behavior of environmental preservation. This study included the realities of the difficulties applying green growth education in kindergarten, the result provided practical information regarding the green growth educational program to kindergarten teachers.

The purpose of this study was the development of green technology education program for elementary school creative activities. The result of this study were follow. Basically this program was developed through three steps of preparation, development and improvement. First, in the preparation step, Need analysis were analyzed by investigation the needs of the society. Then the themes of this program were determined by thestages based on the National and social issues. Second, in the development step, the following was included. 1) Begin with Setting up education goals of this program. 2) selecting of learning object and content. 3) structuring educational program. This study's aims at seeking ways to support educational activity in 'Green-Growth' for children, in order for children to practice green life from their infancy and studying effects of their educational activity in knowledge of environmental conservation and receptivity to the natural environment, attitudes in environment conservation. This study conducted a survey of fifty-four children of five years of age attending the kindergartens in the Metropolitan City of Incheon. Twenty-seven were classified in the experimental group and the remaining Twenty-seven were in the comparative group. For the statistical analysis of the data collected, the t-test and the analysis of covariance(ANCOVA) were conducted using the SPSS WIN 17.0 program. The findings of this research are as follows: the children of the experimental group who experienced educational activity in green growth, demonstrated higher score than those of the comparative group in knowledge of environmental conservation and receptivity to the natural environment, attitudes in environment conservation. The result of the research indicates that educational activity in green growth, for children, enhances their knowledge in environment conservation, the receptivity to natural environment and the positive changes of attitudes in environmental conservation. It is then advisable to integrate and apply educational activity in green growth to the curriculum of kindergartens from early childhood.

In this paper, we developed the program related green growth based Educational-Robot in the framework of Convergence for the community child welfare centers' children who are in poverty and broken homes as the way to enhance the competitiveness about education and a solution to cope with actively about the main tasks of the state for human resources in the future. Through the program developed, it has been verified the impact on the energy saving attitude. According to this result, it has been proved that convergence study program linked green growth for children of community welfare child center is effective to energy saving attitude. Through it, it is expected to help to meet the educational needs of the community child welfare centers' children.

Various efforts are being made to live a Green life began to recognize an importance of eco-friendly living. In this paper, we have designed and implemented a mobile-based environmental keeping education service, which is offered well-defined category searching and environmental outreach related designed categories, for the purpose of supporting distribution of educational application. The implemented prototype system not only plays a function of environmental pollution report, related to simple environmental stewardship schemes, but also provides environmental monitoring service and integrated educational system supporting certified online volunteer activity. This study provides an one of famous methods to the youth for environmental monitoring education system based on mobile environments, and suggests an improvement to the environmental education for schools students.

The purpose of this research is to seek the suggestions applicable to Korean green-growth(development) policy and the realization of low carbon society by looking around the promotion policy and the process, the promotion system, main environmental policy in each city about the business for environmental model city in Japan which has been promoted in a city in order to realize low-carbon society. Japan had selected 13 local governments as an environmental model city as a part of a policy to build low-carbon society in 2008~2009, and Japan has formed information sharing between cities and provinces, the spread of information sharing and the free competition among local governments for an environmental model city through Zero Carbon City Promotion Council consisting of local governments and specialists. When examining these cases in Japan, the green-growth policy promoting currently in Korea needs to be converted from the central government-dominated policy to the local government-dominated policy and Koreaneeds to make more effort to develop software programs in order to realize green-growth social system.
